3421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 24, 2019, 06:34:13 PM
There is no hazard, Chelsea remains Chelsea. They are a team not just about hazard. By beating Barcelona, of course this is the beginning of a good belief for Lampard to always be consistent in every pre-season or other match.

If a team can't survive when they lost 1 player then they'll get a lot of problems. Liverpool, for example, failed to reproduce their achievement when Suarez or Torres left, but it seems they've learned to deal with it when Coutinho leaves.

I do think losing Hazard is regrettable for Chelsea but that's how football works. Either you deal with it or you will fail to win anything.

I watched the latest firendly matches of Chelsea and they seemed able to overcome Hazard's loss.
In my opinion, they won't suffer a lot from his leave. He was the best player in the team but now they are working more as a team and they are more creative than before that they were expecting Hazard to make a good move.
3422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever looked at how much you have wagered with a hanging mouth? :P on: July 24, 2019, 06:30:24 PM
I have quit gambling now.

However, when I look at the wager amount of my accounts in various sites and add them up, a total of 15 BTC comes up!

That's around $150000= 10,500,000 INR ! Around 1 crore Rupees or 0.15 million dollars!

I know it's easy to reach that wager since wager counts all bets even on 99% chance wins so if someone with 1 BTC wagers 20 times on 99% win chance and win all, they will wager 20 BTC!

But still to think I have wagered that much amount leaves me with a open mouth sometimes. Overall I'm in loss tho xD

I don't want to make those calculations for my losses!
Probably I would fall in depression after that as I would think so many things that I would do with that money If I haven't gambled them in the casinos.
I know that I am in Loss as you do, but it is better not to know the amount...
3423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 on: July 24, 2019, 06:20:22 PM

Even though I think Greece shall play a good role this time, I dont think they will win the trophy... Wink Do you believe anyone could upset the USA this time?

I believe that Greece will have a good tournament and we are about to see good basketball from Giannis.
In my bets I will go with Serbia, they have always a lot of talents and skilled players that can win the tournament anytime.
3424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 24, 2019, 06:16:18 PM
Antonio Conte openly said that Ivan Perisic was not fit to play in Intermilan as he stressed that Perisic would not be in Conte's plans for the upcoming season and there are also rumors that Conte wants to swap Icardi with Aubameyang.

I have faith in Conte and i respect him a lot as he did great work at Chelsea.
However, I believe that he underrates Ivan Perisic a lot... Perisic is a strong player that he gives value to the Inter Milan squad. Italian teams need strong players like Perisic and it will be a huge mistake if they let him leave the club.
3425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 24, 2019, 06:14:26 PM
There's money in China but you'll just be lost from the media buzz and soon people would forget you. Similar is USA or middle east.
Some players don't seem to care about all of that. Maybe Bale is one of them, maybe not, time will tell.

Remember Oscar, the Brazilian who played for Chelsea? He was a good player and went to China at the age of 25-26. The only motivating factor for him was the money as he could have easily stayed in Europe and play for a top club. Nobody even talks about this guy now and he can probably forget about playing for the national team ever again.

Another example is Hulk, another Brazilian who is currently in Shanghai.

Chinese league is a total waste of time, I remember Oscar well. He was quite a good player with Chelsea. I kind of understand when players go to China in their mid to late 30’s to end their careers but it’s insane to go to play football in China in your 20’s.

Oscar was a good player with Chelsea only the first season of joining the team.
From that season and then, he didn't seem to be the next talented player that would compete Ronaldo and Messi, or reach their levels of performance. Good for him that he got transferred in China and got a lot of money.
3426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: July 24, 2019, 06:11:32 PM
the latest news from the YAMAHA MOTOGP team, that Yamaha LIN JARVIS team director, gave a surprising statement about VR46, JARVIS stated that VR46 was no longer the main priority of the YAMAHA team. Undecided Undecided Undecided

That is totally logical and sad in the same time.
Valentino Rossi is not able to compete the championship in my opinion. And as the team knows that they need to replace their "priority" with a most competitive one. The era of Rossi is coming to an end.
3427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: July 24, 2019, 06:07:18 PM
from TOKYO, two Japanese players, Takefusa Kubo and Hiroki Abe, were recruited by two Spanish giants, Real Madrid and Barcelona. The two young Samurai players were considered to be of great potential.  Grin
All I know is Takefusa Kubo. If I'm not mistaken, he is from Barcelona Barcelona and currently he is playing for Real Madrid. Really very unique, Takefusa Kubo indeed aspires to be able to play for real Madrid with the ability now that dream has come true.

Barcelona needs a lot of signing and a great refreshment in the squad.
They lost in the last friendly match from Chelsea. And they seemed unable to be competitive to a team that cannot sign any player and they lost from the main their best player.
3428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TRONbet of TRON Network!!! Do you guys try the gambling site of TRON? on: July 24, 2019, 06:03:22 PM
Uuhhh...  No...?  I read the same news and when I checked him in the Twitterz, this is what I saw:

I guess he just trolled everybody again.  Cheesy  Hilarious.  I hope he keeps on doing it.  It's fun watching those guys at crypto who take themselves too seriously get trolled.

How do you know when that picture was taken? It could just be an attempt to minimize the disruption to the tron blockchain, which hasn't really been too effective as it seems.

Trolling people in this way is practically the same as causing many of your faithful holders to lose money... Doesn't seem like a funny troll.

Do you have any evidence that this picture is fake?
It is said that he had an operation and he had to take this picture in order to shut the mouth of the FUDers. I wonder, aren't people tired of dropping dirt to TRON?
3429  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-07-22] Bitcoin Is ‘Best Long Term Investment’ Per 4 Percent Americans: Stu on: July 23, 2019, 04:27:00 PM
The trend to consider Bitcoin as an investment is gaining momentum. In this connection, the SSRS survey seems to be in line with the conclusions reached by a Fidelity commissioned study.

https://bitcoinist.com/bitcoin-is-best-long-term-investment-per-4-percent-americans-study/

That's good news, as we need people to hold long.
This people combined with young people who buy bitcoins as future investments provide a security level for the market capitalization of Bitcoin.
Americans provide a great portion of bitcoin in the industry and it is a good market as they have good incomes that can fuel the market with more money.
3430  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-07-22] Iran Announces Gold Backed National Cryptocurrency on: July 23, 2019, 04:25:03 PM
Sounds like the garbage the Venezuela was peddling with their Petro.

State backed crypto is just fiat that uses buzzwords from bitcoin etc to help separate the gullible from their money.  Like Libra.

I agree that those currencies are just shitcoins, but we need those initiatives in order more people will start learning about cryptos.
National currencies can help us reach mass adoption or bring new investors to the market.
3431  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Reach $100,000? on: July 23, 2019, 04:22:24 PM
my analysis may be the price of $100k is the easiest value to be reached by bitcoin in the next 1 or 2 years, only I have a lot of conflict analysis by this one parent John McAfee who said to bet 1 million dollars in 2020, whether he saw analyze or get information in it, but I think to see it at the end of this year, many other surprises will come towards the end of the year, my analysis for 2020 - 2021

100k is still a very high level that cannot be reached considering the current situation of the market.
We need to bring more adoption and use cases in the real world so as more citizens will start using bitcoin. If this won't happen we will struggle to be around 15-20k for a very long time.
3432  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin seems to drop faster than rises on: July 23, 2019, 04:20:05 PM
It seems to me that while BTC clearly goes up over time, the drops seem much more steep eg x 2 or 3 than the rises almost always.

Why is this?

It seems the one predictable thing about BTC.

I have noticed that drops are bigger that increases as well.
In my opinion, this happens because many investors in the industry came in order to make profits and not because of the technological advancement that relies behind cryptocurrencies. Having said that, when they see a price drop the start selling immediately.

"Cryptocurrency will go to nothing but blockchain will survive" - Jim Rodgers.

Link to the article: https://goldsilverbitcoin.com/jim-rogers-bitcoin-blockchain-cryptocurrency/

That's not gonna happen. Jim Rogers is so wrong on this statement.
Cryptocurrencies and blockchain are strictly related the one to the other. We cannot have the one without the other. All cryptocurrencies are developed based on the blockchain techonology. Having said that, if we blockchain survives, cryptocurrencies are going to survive as well.
3434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A logo for Satoshis, the smallest unit of a bitcoin. on: July 23, 2019, 04:05:01 PM
Satoshis are the smallest unit of a bitcoin. 100,000,000 Satoshi is equal to 1 bitcoin, 1 Satoshi = 0.00000001 bitcoin. In the future (where bitcoin is way more valuable), it would be much easier to use Satoshis as a unit of price, but unlike the BTC logo where it is the bold B with the two slashes, there doesn't seem to be a logo like this for the Satoshis unit. Can we as a community create and settle on a logo for Satoshis and start maybe test using it? It will take a while for it to catch on but it is for the better.

TLDR : Create a logo for Satoshis, the smallest unit of bitcoin, like the BTC logo and start using it.

You have a good point on that.
As bitcoin becomes mainstream and it is proportionated into smallet amounts the need for a logo will rise.
However, I think that it is a little bit early and this logo is going to be developed when the time will come. The community act a lot of fact when actions like this one will make us communicate easier.
3435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: July 23, 2019, 04:01:07 PM
Bale is supremely talented bit he has a few things that aren’t good for potential suitors -

Age
Injury record
Wages

yup, he is very talented, but with his frequent injuries this makes the club lose a little to buy him because injury means that he will contribute less to the club.
Bale = Injury
Maybe it is true that if we think of bale, certainly what we have in mind is injury. I have to admit that Bale is a very talented player, but if he is susceptible to injury, surely people who want to buy it will think. If the club really wants to buy a bale, of course they must see this fact.

He used to be injured many times.
I think that now he is in a great form (the only negative point is that he is older that in the start of his career) and he can help any team he joins a lot.
It was very sad not to seeing him developing and growing his talents in Real Madrid. I hope that he will join another team in this transfer window and show that he is a valuable player than he used to be.
3436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Iran legalizes mining on: July 23, 2019, 03:57:18 PM
Just think what a great decision Iran made. Having legalized mining, the country has created best conditions for large miners, because now it is safe for them. Perhaps the electricity fee will not be the most profitable but the police will never break your home to arrest mining farm

What is your opinion about that?

I believe that this decision has to do with the rivalry that Iran has with the US.
When they heard that Trump is opposed to cryptocurrencies they started to make positive statements about crypto and blockchain firms in general. I think that we are about to see more exciting things with regards to the cryptocurrency industry.
3437  Other / Off-topic / Re: Funny Story of BITCOIN in Images on: July 23, 2019, 03:47:50 PM
Also, I really don't see what was ever funny about that last one.

There was nothing funny about it for me at all.

It was a Meme that was viral last year when the proce was dropping significantly.
This was posted many times from people who were out of cryptocurrencies and they wanted to make fun of Bitcoin investors. For us, that we are investors it is not funny, but maybe for people outside crypto, it may be.
3438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 23, 2019, 03:44:43 PM
Gareth Bale is a transfer target of Beijing according to some reports. Clubs from China are well known for offering big wages so I dont think there would be any problems in the money department. But I still feel he has more to offer in Europe and accepting a move to China would be too soon in his career.

If he goes to China then expect Real to go after Pogba (YES!!!).  But if I was Bale, I'd give Zidane a huge headache by not leaving and keep the bench warm from three years while receiving top wages.  Grin  Zidane's been disrespecting him imo.

That's not an option for a top class player like Bale.
Their goal is to find a team that would allow him to play and be a member of the first team and not just being on the bench and get paid. Just not that football players are not getting only wages but they have a significant income from sponsorships. And if you are not playing regularly you don't get any sponsorship.

There's money in China but you'll just be lost from the media buzz and soon people would forget you. Similar is USA or middle east.
There's no use of staying in Real as Zidane doesn't want Bale to be there. There have been suggestions that Liverpool should buy Bale, this would be the best option for him and Liverpool too would become stronger.

I agree that Liverpool is the best option for him as he will be in a European club that challenges all competitions.
Staying on the bench in Real is the worst option.. And also, I don't think that he will be lost from the media if he joins a Chinese club. I still read a lot of things about the performance of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and he is the first headlines in news even the fact that he is in an MLS club.

3440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2019: Which coin is the most profitable? on: July 22, 2019, 06:01:36 PM
I am looking for advice. Which coin is the most profitable in 2019

There is not any answer to that, because you don't provide some information.
Most of the coins in the market are profitable... Some of them are profitable in long term, some others in short term... You just have to specify your trading strategy if you want any answer to that.
