3421  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Muhammed Zakir on: April 07, 2015, 09:34:37 AM
I think the scam accusation is the correct section, also for the complaint about users or company. We don't need another section to create more "fight", this is just my personal opinion.

I accused him based on two reasons:

1. https://i.imgur.com/OChMSjX.png and https://i.imgur.com/hLDpXFW.png

- Why did he have access to the account of FuckIdolPlus
- Why FuckIdolPlus send his account for Muhammed Zakir
- Why did he tell me False accusation + Blackmailing the seller

2. https://i.imgur.com/jTDrnMf.png

- When everything has passed, why did he send me message to protect FuckIdolPlus

PS: Based on the above reasons, My purpose is warning everyone when trade with this Indian dog

Then move this thread in the scam accusation board, the meta section is used only for "things" related to the forum (in general).

This is the section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
3422  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for Neteller/Skrill Rate? on: April 07, 2015, 09:23:20 AM
Offered 1 percent neteller/skrill for bitcoin.  From what i read , it should be more like 3 percent?  Thus 3 percent more vig neteller or skrill for bitcoin?  BTC is always worth more than neteller/skrill correct?

I don't understand what are you saying/asking, can you explain better? What do you want to know? Did you mean that neteller has started to accept bitcoin or something like that?
3423  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Muhammed Zakir on: April 07, 2015, 09:16:31 AM
This forum is called "Scam Accusations". If you do not have evidence of fraud and you're only posting a complaint here you should move your post to Meta

There is no such board...

I've suggested that one should be created, but if it doesn't I think that such posts as the OP also fit on the scam accusation board.

3424  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Yemeni fighters attack Houthis as aid flights delayed on: April 07, 2015, 09:04:53 AM
The conflict in Yemen will spread to other parts of the Middle East. There is no doubt about that. The Iranians will definitely retaliate against what they see as an unprovoked attack on the Shiites by the Sunni Saudi military force.

We can start to think about a World war III? This is really sad, we don't need another war I know that Aristotle has said "we make war that we may live in peace":

Human societies have waged war against each other for centuries upon centuries. Wars can involve both entire nations and individual tribes which can shift the balance of power. The victor gains the spoils and, as some have put it, writes the history books. Aristotle asserts that the purpose of war is so that human societies can enjoy peace; that boundaries can be established so that society may be well-ordered. War can involve physical confrontation, but in a broader sense, it means establishing the limits of tolerance and responding when those limits are breached.

Can I ask if there will be the possibility to integrate that script here in this forum (without using an external extension)? Thanks for the attention.
3426  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS destroys Syrian Church on Easter Sunday on: April 07, 2015, 08:39:59 AM
Well this will be good if all ISIS member obey their leader. Maybe they do this because they know soon they will lose.
ISIS leaders know they will be bring to the International Criminal Court / ICC for their crimes.

The ISIS leaders will never go to the International Criminal Court. If they are prosecuted for their crimes, then many members of the Qatari and Saudi royal families will also be investigated for their role in the formation of ISIS. The US will never allow that to happen.

Yes of course because it is impossible they have a lot of money, it is normal that someone is "funding" them (whit weapon, food, etc..). If they will catch I'm sure they will kill them in that instant (as it was happened to Osama bin laden). However I still don't understand why they have destroyed that church, it is really no sense. They aren't Muslims, because if Islam is that thing why the other billion of Muslims aren't like ISIS?
3427  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Yemeni fighters attack Houthis as aid flights delayed on: April 06, 2015, 11:00:25 PM
It seems they want to resolve this situation:

Turkey and Pakistan, two of the biggest military powers in the Muslim world, have launched a diplomatic initiative in an effort to prevent the conflict in Yemen from exploding into a regional one.
....
That meeting is being followed by a flurry of diplomatic get-togethers: a visit to Ankara Monday for consultations by the Saudi deputy crown prince and interior minister, Mohammed bin Nayef; a visit by Turkey’s president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, to Tehran on Tuesday, where he’ll meeting with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei; and a visit Wednesday by Iran’s foreign minister, Javad Zarif, to Islamabad. Later in the week, the Turkish foreign minister is expected in Islamabad.

3428  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin Talk account hacked any way to recover? on: April 06, 2015, 09:04:38 PM
You are an idiot. An older account has certain features that new accounts do not have. Unless you are doing business with someone, there is no identity to misrepresent.

It is illegal to sell your passport. It is not against any rule to sell accounts.

You are clearly misreprenting yourself as being a newer account when you clearly are not.

Maybe the unique legit purpose is "the signature campaign" I can't imagine another reason to buy an high rank account, correct me if I am wrong.
3429  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / The former CIO of Nike is joining a bitcoin startup on: April 06, 2015, 08:11:16 PM
The company, founded in the last six months, transfers deposits of the digital currency bitcoin into other currencies and allows customers to send and receive money anywhere in the world for very low fees. A promo video calls Bitreserve “a next-generation money service built on top of bitcoin,” but goes on to describe the volatility of bitcoin, and says that Bitreserve, “solves bitcoin’s volatility problem by enabling you to hold bitcoin denominated as stable, real-world value.” The site currently offers eight currencies: dollar; euro; pound; franc; yen; yuan; rupee; and peso. It also offers commodities—for now, the metals gold, silver, platinum and palladium.
....
To be sure, Nike, the country’s leading sports apparel giant, and Bitreserve, a digital currency startup that is less than a year old, couldn’t be more different. And Minor acknowledges, “There appears to be some sort of implied suspicion around [bitcoin] and around anyone doing anything new with money in the U.S. That doesn’t exist in the rest of the world. There’s a desperate need in the U.S. to change the attitude toward new financial systems.” Watson knows the perception that some have of digital currency, and it doesn’t concern him. “I’ll be surprised if bitcoin is here in five years,” he said. “It’s a means to an end. The value of bitcoin isn’t the currency, but the technology. I think once the world becomes more accustomed and attuned to the platform of bitcoin, the noise will go away, and the currency will go away too. The real transformation is the idea of taking all barriers down and having it be ubiquitous. Whatever currency or commodity you want to transact in, you can, and you can do it for free. That’s pretty revolutionary.”

Is this real?
3430  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is a game of conviction on: April 06, 2015, 01:00:47 PM
Let me ask you one thing:

Who is that gives value to a "thing"? I think we are giving value to each thing in our life. The problem with the fiat value is that people are giving value to a piece of sheet so Why can't we give value to a byte (data)?
3431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Interest... again on: April 06, 2015, 12:15:52 PM
Maybe in the next few years these exchange will drop and a few new "decentralized" exchange will be created (only to trade btc <>altcoin). The problem with decentralized exchange (FIAT side) is that the fiat money are too big problematic due the chargeback possibility, the stolen of bank, credit card etc....

Decentralized exchanges can be even more risky. Look at what happened to Silk Road 2.0, which was a decentralized market place. Hackers stole the credentials of sellers with good reputation, and then used these accounts to scam ordinary users.

I may agree with you, but the problem was the lack of security acces data of those users not of the "decentralized protocols". Now here we are talking about decentralized exchanges only for trade crypto currency, and that could be possible in the next few years.

What do you think about this avatar?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=222075

I think it is NSFW, and you?

Yes, for me it is "not safe for work". If my boss will see this image when I am working I am sure that I'll have some trouble with him.

PS: the image it's nice, but as I said previously it is NSFW.

Well technically speaking if you're on the forum, then you're not working, so.... that's probably where you'd problems would start.

Not necessarily, If I am working I can surf in the forum (during the breaks) but it depends of what work are you doing.

He made a mistake, he signed whole thing instead of the message. Use Brainwallet's Bitcoin-Qt function to verify.

Oh yes, you are right. This is the first time that I see someone sign a message in this way.

Ohh, I get it now, yeah that was my mistake sorry.

Sorry for the trouble, it was my fault (I didn't check all the message, but only this phrase: Date: 06/04/2015 ....).

How did you verified the message? I can't verify it (also with electrum).

Possibly a hacked/stolen account. No post after 10 July, 2014 other than this. Can you sign a message with one of your address you posted?

Yes of course. OP can you explain why did you changed the password (through) email?

Your last post here in the forum was this (July 10, 2014):

Much easier to put it up on betmoose.com - plus you'll make a commission from the pot. That said, someone else made one for the dota2 internationals, and tried quite heavily to spread it, only one taker.

I think eSports will catch up to bitcoin or vise versa soon though!

Hm, I see. I wish there were some more people interested in it!

EDIT:

can you sign a message from this bitcoin address : 1BoeLensDrVHLjYW4pPab5UENKBuDupfKt ? Here the post : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=630548.msg7052537#msg7052537

Sorry, I should have done this immediately. Yes I did change my password because I lost access to my original password.

I never do the message signing thing but I think I did it right :

Wait, I'm confused. I signed the message without the signature in the middle of the message, how do I put a signature in my signed message before knowing the signature? Won't the signature/message not match?

This is not a proof, WoodCollector should give us something will prove at 100% that he "hided" those bitcoins in those hand carved coins. If he will not prove his thought then as Quickseller said "I am pretty sure that is 100% BS". However I remember that WoodCollector wanted to create a new forum with 250k dollars (if I remember correct) but where is this forum ?
