We should probably just save us all some time, and request that every member get a scammer tag for something or the other. I was going to ship something out one time, and I was a day late! DEFINITELY A SCAM! The guy might not have bought it if he would have known that I would be a day late; that was one of the incentives to buy, and therefore was reflected in the cost! So by shipping a day late, I might have cost him .05082973 BTC for defaulting on his expectation. I'm so ashamed...

Yeah, I'm actually expecting them to hit at least $500, as each of the cards is worth at the minimum, around $5, with a few of them being in the $30-50 range.
I'm going to buy a LTC mining rig with my pokeman moneys.

I have arranged to purchase all 8 Libertads from SaltySpitoon and will be sending payment first. I will post again when the coins arrive. Looking forward to a smooth transaction.
Confirmed. Payment was received. I've packaged them up, and they will be shipping out today.

what terrible war?
The one that tore apart my life many years ago...

Well, the company that made them, Wizards of the Coast, figured out exactly how to make trading card games that people would spend all of their money on. Make special cards that will give you a slight advantage if you are playing with them, and make a limited supply. It also helps that the cards I'm selling are the ones that are all from the first release, which was in 1998. People didn't know that they would become one of the leading toys/franchises or whatever pokemans is, and kids just played with them, and ruined them. Now, there are even fewer of these orginial rare cards going around, so certain cards in mint condition can go for $500 each or better.
Wizards also made Magic Cards, which have a slightly older, and larger neckbeard fan base, with a disposable income, and for this reason, certain magic cards can go for $100,000 for the same reason. I never played with magic cards when I was a little fellow, like I did with pokemon, so I don't know as much about them, but I believe there was a small original set of cards which would allow you to win on the first turn if you had them all. Now, the full set will be nearly a million dollars in a complete mint set.
And, then theres the reminisce factor, which is why I bought additional OLDER cards lately, because I wanted to briefly relive my childhood that was cut short by that Terrible war......

Perhaps instead of giving the already burdened forum staff this job, a new Anti Scam Strike Force could be created to at least notify people of possible scams. This of course would have to be done carefully, because it would be pretty shitty to start labeling someone a scammer just because they are new to BTC and don't understand all of the safety precautions. Also, there is nothing wrong with Ponzi Schemes, as long as people know they are ponzi schemes. Just like the BTC Pyramid. Its a pyramid scheme, but who cares, because everyone knows it is. Anyway, all in favor of Team Anti Scammy, say Aye! also, by saying Aye, you are also nominating SaltySpitoon as leader of Team Anti Scammy!

Every so often, something makes me sad to be alive. Normally they are new apple products, and people's responses to them. This time, its this thread. So lets start with the obvious, addressing whether or not Theymos is a scammer. He said he wanted to sell his shares of GLBSE because he didn't like what was going on. He said he didn't want to be legally listed as the treasurer, probably in case something went wrong down the line, he didn't want to be held accountable. Second, if Theymos was really a scammer, why would he play with 800 measly BTC? Sure, $10k is a lot, but with his reputations, and access to everything Bitcoin, he could probably get more BTC than pirate, and then run off. Third, assuming Theymos really was a scammer, you can't honestly believe that he would give himself a tag, so that leaves me the assumption that this thread was made, not seriously, but just to piss people off, which you have almost succeeded?
I really hope Theymos doesn't dignify this with a response....

Well, I can't win the one that ends today, but I'm entering for the other dates. That being said, I bet I will win today.

Alright, I am able to sell them at this point without losing $, so they are now up for sale again at 4 BTC each. I will change the price with any major BTC price change, but as of now, 4 BTC is where they are sitting.

Well, I suppose its time for me to get rid of my pokemans as I need to buy some cool BTC stuffs. I know that my fellow demographic (Males between 16-25) played with these cards back when we were 10, and if you are feeling especially reminiscey, why not get your old collection back and remember the good times, back before everything sucked! I listed them on ebay, as I had forgotten entirely about the possibility of Pokemans for BTC (I know asinine right?) but I would like to say, that I will accept BTC in place of $ if you win the Pokemans. http://www.ebay.com/itm/170921580338?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649If you don't want to go to Ebay, and check out all of the pics, www.imgur.com/a/qxEnB#0
