3421  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: How much would you trust trezor? on: November 22, 2015, 07:31:38 AM
For the paranoid, they may be interested to know the conditions under which these devices are manufactured. Even though the hardware is supposed to be open-source, most of us don’t have the capacity to examine it, so we still have to trust Satoshi Labs who designed it and the manufacturer that it chooses to work with. I contacted Satoshi Labs customer support and was told that the devices were made In Czech Republic, where Satoshi Labs was based. In the email, I was told that: “All components are stored in a restricted access area watched by cameras 24/7…Only chosen employees can get into the area. The plastic casing parts are joined with an ultrasound that melts the material together so it’s impossible to replace the internals without a notable damage to it.”

3423  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying bitcoins in the UK on: November 22, 2015, 07:12:52 AM
The problem is, British banks are reluctant to service bitcoin companies so many exchanges are having to bank elsewhere in the EU. In these cases, you'll have to put up with charges on international transfers like SEPA and often wait 2–5 days for your funds to arrive.

3424  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best place for selling Bitcoins? on: November 22, 2015, 07:06:08 AM
The nature of the Bitcoin marketplace means that there are a lot of other exchanges out there where you can trade Bitcoins with national currencies as well as other cryptocurrencies. Some of these exchanges claim to do things differently from first-generation services such as Mt. Gox, and some, like Coinbase, have even received funding from venture capitalists. There’s no guarantee that there won’t be a repat of Mt. Gox, so tread wisely, but if you want to start buying and selling Bitcoins.
here is 10 exchanges i recomend to you : http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/exchanges-buy-sell-bitcoins/
3425  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best place to buy bitcoin in Canada? on: November 22, 2015, 07:03:08 AM
If you have a bank account that supports Interac Online you can buy instantly. It's kind of like the envy of the world. No one else can deposit money into an exchange directly from their bank account instantly but Canadians. All 3 Canadian exchanges support Interac online. (VOS, CaVirtex, QuadregaCX). If your bank doesn't support Interac Online these exchanges can do a direct withdrawal via EFT (takes 3-5 days) from your bank account. The exchanges are the best, cheapest and with Interac fastest way to buy Bitcoin. They require KYC of varying strictness depending on the deposit methods you will use.
If you don't want to go through the KYC process of the exchanges QuickBt, InstaBt, and Instacoins allow you to buy online near instantly with Interac Online. These charge quite the mock up and I have used ATMs that have lower fees than them. These also have limits on amount purchased (QuickBt is 0.2 BTC, InstaBt is 0.5).

3426  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Dark marketplaces? on: November 22, 2015, 07:00:19 AM
This is an attempt at maintaining a definitive list of all functional marketplaces on the Tor network that function as advertised. We do not link to markets that are scams or that function in a way that makes their users unsafe.
Services listed under “Trusted Darknet Markets” have been reliable for a while and have accumulated a good amount of trust in the Darknet community.
To use these markets users must access the .onion addresses using the Tor network.
can you explain about this?is this true?

3427  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: November 22, 2015, 06:48:30 AM
The easiest way to accept bitcoin payments is in-person, simply by getting your customer to send the correct amount of bitcoin (BTC) to your digital wallet. This is similar to thinking of it as a cash-in-hand payment. This can be done via many smartphone apps, such as the Bitcoin Wallet app by Andreas Schildbach, on Android. There are also options available on the Windows Phone app store for users of that OS.

(PARIS) -- France intends to intensify its airstrikes against ISIS in Syria, according to a statement released Thursday by French President Francois Hollande.
The French president instructed his Defense Council to prepare for "the intensification of the ongoing military operations in order to fight Daesh [ISIS] in Syria as well as in Iraq."
France began hitting ISIS in Syria on Sunday, with Hollande having said that his nation was "at war with ISIS."
Hollande and his Defense Council met Thursday to discuss the operations undertaken to arrest those responsible for last week's attacks. The French president specifically brought up diplomatic measures, such as trips to Washington and Moscow.
