Hi, i have a question for my gambler's buddies as i'm perplexed by this. I have a friend who really wishes to gamble, but he is not allowed to because his uncle lost his entire assets and some million's and his grandfather to lost another million or so (they're filthy rich). So due to this facts he is barred from gambling, they believe he'll loose money to, they're stopping him on past incidents and i'm really tired of explaining them they're wrong, what do you'll think, anyone else faces such issues?

Yes but not in gambling. When two are fighting it is best to step aside  That's true , besides as long as he is old enough to being responsible on whatever he wanted , you cannot do much with that fact but give some suggestion is necessary. Everyone with this similar cases won't let their family member to do the same mistake. for sure you are the only one who can decide , but yeaa it has an effect to change your decision. |

I'm constantly trying to adjust these percentages and take more money away from crypto but I keep making more crypto money faster than I can take it away.
Same story as me , back in 2016 i have tried to leave crypto as i feel have made profit enough to live well. But then as time goes by without even i realized , things went coversely. Instead cash the whole crypto investment out. Now i hold fiat only for my monthly expense , the rest of it is on digital asset , almost losing my mind to go allin but i am aware that kind action is just a greedy. |

Markets always work like a yo-yo, they go up and they crash back down but it can't be down forever. Some whales will give it a dose of viagra lol and it will go up again. We hope the Chinese whales after they finish unloading fr Chinese New Year, they decide to cone back in and give a hige cash injection into the cryptopian arena once again so our bags can explode in price. I hate the slump as much as the next guy and gal but all I can do is be patient and wait.  Everyone wants a massive movement , it won't last forever a volatile price just like when it moves from hundreds dollar to thousands dollar. It requires a little drop or even a crash before the market move unexpectedly reach the new ATH. Hodl! A huge money coming after this month to boost the sluggish market , korean and chinese investor will back in action , at least that is what i believe as a fundamental. Everyone loves it but reality will prevail that crypto markets are not going always on its glory days, There's always downfall on it and that one is currently what we experience today But if people cannot afford to hold their positions will be the losers since they will not earn with their tokens new ATH if they will sold off what they have. And I'm expecting to see some another pumps with it since the petitions of koreans are been approved and they are in the motion again to trade with alts. Those governments who like to play the drama to ban bitcoin actually know well it is impossible to do it. I don't see these contracts affecting the price in anyway. Everyone was expecting a price increase when CME and CBOE decided to introduce futures trading and when it happened, the price wasn't affected. I wouldn't put much hopes on it.
It shouldn't be a big deal to talk but considering cme contracts is one of the best way to promote how beneficial bitcoin investment . I think it could attract more investor to come , hopefully. Maybe because of being newbie in physical casinos that's why you have a shyness in gambling. I am also shy especially if there are a lot of people watching you when you play especially when they look at you because you are new to that place. I think it is normal with casinos but eventually your shyness will gone after all.
I think it is more to nervous instead shy when people around you watching the game . But if you really do then it might because shyness to meet new people , things can go wrong if you talk to someone etc. try to do a small talk and you will think that socialize won't make you feel that way anymore. |

Still playing with Bitcoin. Can't wait until Lightning network is implemented to lower the fees and confirmations time.. I feel the fee getting lower and don't need to wait longer anymore for your transaction to be confirmed lately. I haven't gambled for last few weeks and I am completely fine.
Gambling is just a type of addiction which is quite hard to left until you are greedy and have dream of getting rich overnight. I don't have such dream now and only gamble for fun, so gambling is not more addiction for me.
Well good gor you , gambling shouldn't be done exaggeratedly , treat it such as a golf hobby. Expensive and you need to be careful , otherwise it will cost a lot of money and regret. An addict won't feel good even when they did not gamble for a day , it is like you need a drug to boost your spirit to live. |

I lost around 0.15 BTC, so it wasn't that bad year(compared to other years). i don't gamble as much as i used to.. i have put limits on my gambling. let's see how things play out in 2018, i would like to make some profit.  Honestly i did not gamble for profit and i am not a regular gambler , just do it sometimes when i have spare time to play and use small amount only. So not sure if i am in profit or not , one thing that i know is i have not get a huge winning or a jackpot . Maybe if i do bankroll management i must lost more than 50% from what i get as profit. |

It is possible to double our money through sports betting. Doubling the money through sports betting is very much possible but one stand a chance of losing everything when they attempt to make all that money in a single attempt. Trying betting in a lot of games in small portions. Diversifying the bets? I see it will not work unless on a same sport. For me, we are just increasing the risks on betting on a random sports. In sports betting, you must consider the sports you really have knowledge so that your own idea about the sports will give you reference on your future bets. Not an assurance that you will always win but that is an advantage. If we are talking about risks here then I will just to used martingale on which Im alway using. Im a NBA enthusiast for years now and my knowledge here help me in some of my bets. I losed sometimes but overall I have a great winning stats. It's impossible you will lose 5 or let's say 10 times in a row on your favorite sports so martingale will be an effective strategy (just make sure you care for the odds ; parlays will work too). If on the case that a gambler losed 10 times in a row , then stopped doing gambling lol. Just make sure you will always on the track , i mean keep doing the same thing as planned when you do martingale on sportsbetting. I have experienced being overconfident to do exactly what you do on placing bets for the favorite team / dominating team , indeed they have an impressive statistics and at some point i go allin but then things goes wrong unexpectedly , i lost everything include what i have achieved before. Greedy ruin everything. |

I recall you need to pay a fee when moving out of coinbase, not sure if that was still a thing since I never used coinbased when they had added a transaction fee. But basically you are doing a good job. Poloniex has one of the lowest fees right now to withdraw from the exchange, however, they might flag you though if you do not really trade and just use it for a wallet. Not to mention you are withdrawing and depositing from gambling sites. This could trigger AML policies.
That's true when you just send the money to an exchange but did not make a single trade at all continuously , it could be a big deal. You might accused do money laundering or so , why you did not use a mixer service by the way? Do transfer money twice cost too much time , but it is okay if you feel comfortable. |

i would never take the risk when i know it is not a good day for me to gamble.. always think that the money left was for emergencies only and don't put your self in trouble. learn how to control your self in gambling because mostly people who are uncontrol in gambling has an addiction and it is not a good idea if you turn out to be like that,i'll tell you will never see progress in your life because of gambling. Gambling itself basically always makes people in trouble with its addictive . It is like a madness when you rule out something important for the sake of entertainment stuff such as gambling. Now it is too risky to sell because we do not know how far down the bottom is and if this is the bottom you might get priced out. The time to sell was a few days ago and many of us missed the boat. The whales coordinated a big attack to all sell off at once across the board. Now if you have any spare fiat cash, now might be a good time to purchase more Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Etheruem and some of the other big coins that have fallen drastically in price over the last few days.
Yeah I think that if you have invested in bitcoin and want to make money through your investment then wait for some time. There is no need to sell your bitcoin on low price. Many people say that 2018 will be the year of bitcoin and the price will be more than 30000 dollars, then why some bitcoin holders think that they may lose more if they hold bitcoin for some more time because the price is decreasing day by day. Everyone seems so optimistic since bitcoin shows a great potential to skyrocketing again and again. Don't know at this stage where actually there is no bullish sign , just a real crash ahead waiting. Hold if you could waiting at least for the next 1/2 years but cut the loss when you looking to get some little profit daily. |
