I think even if he did change the lineup it will not affect how strong the team is i did not see a difference in performance between man city games even in the fa cup game he played with most of the first team players so i do not think that their oponent will have an easy task against them. Changing the lineup will always affect the style of play and the "strength" of the team. There's a reason why there are first team players and why there are reserves. Changes brings surprises and trickiness that's why they can still win against the first team of other teams. I thought it would be a tough job for indian bowlers but I was wrong. As usual shardul thakur was good, he took 3 wickets. Krishna proved he can do the damage. As usual kumar showed he is still in the game. All of a sudden I think the Indian team is playing exceptionally well. I thought England would easily reach tha target as they are capable of but I might have under estimatedthe Indian bowlers. India is exposing the batting order of England when they are under pressure, they lost the last two T20 matches chasing high scores and India was able to pick wickets at regular intervals to put pressure back to the players and the same happened in the first ODI. England needs to find a balance in the position and role of the players to win against a tough India. India are a very stable team and their bowling lineup is just awesome.
