3421  Economy / Speculation / Re: Investment Advice on: November 06, 2017, 10:01:19 AM
The price of BTC has been going to the moon lately, is it reasonable to think that it's because of the upcoming fork?

Yes, it's the reason why the price of bitcoin is starting to moon. Have you entered to bitcoin earlier?

Do you guys expect that there will be a major crash after the fork the 16th of november?
I'm expecting any crash to happen as the market is quite in a bull run, there are some corrections that are happening so that's enough instead of a crash.

If I recall there wasn't one after BCH was released on the first of august.
I'm too old to remember that but it's because everyone has sold their BCH to bitcoin after the fork.
3422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: November 06, 2017, 09:26:50 AM
Gambling is like other addiction, you have to stop it for a while, make yourself busy and no freetime to think about it then slowly you will forget it. Never try it again even a super small bet, it will make your addiction back.

You should say that in the easiest way but trying to get out of the real thing is hard. Someone's struggling to get out of gambling for good and it's totally a pain that he can't even help himself because his fighting against his own will. He wants to gamble and his mind keeps on telling him to gamble since he used to do it repetitively and that's a hard battle for everyone, I've been there and it's not easy, we can easy say it to stop for a while or do something that you can enjoy.

If you want to come out from a bad habit then people need to take some tough decision otherwise they will never come out of these addictions. As OP mention you have to stop gambling first keep yourself busy with other activities either with non-gambling friends or family members. If you can do that then slowly you will forget and after that, you need to learn skills not to go back to gambling again. Even though it is difficult to implement but for a good reason, we have to try and stop it.

Tough decisions aren't enough without proper application and implementation. Keeping yourself busy is a good way to stop and quit gambling for good and this way you have to get some help with those people that are near you. What is the thing that's happening in the wrong way as most gamblers that wants to quit for good thinks that it will be an easy thing and quick to just quit but they don't know the slowly but surely thing.

3424  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will be 10k in the next 6-10 months! on: November 05, 2017, 08:02:34 PM
I'm guessing it will reach $25k in 2018, but of course I have no detailed proof. Just my guts as all this positive news keeps developing day by day!
Anything can happen now with a blink of an eye with bitcoin. This year is a good progress for bitcoin though there are so many forks that happened still it did help bitcoin a lot and for sure there will be more of it in the future. Everyone is free to speculate with the price of bitcoin as long as you are not hurting others feeling with that speculation, you should be fine with it. Let us keep that positive news keep alive!

3426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: November 05, 2017, 07:27:33 PM
if compared both gambling and invest, yes is better to invest
but invest in the website trusted dont invest your money in HYIP or ponzy scheme

Its not possible that you invest in a ponzi scheme most sites are transperant in terms of the profit earned and each and every bet placed is showed live if you do end up investing in a ponzi well that's your fault because you can easily find out legit sites

People are misleading themselves for understanding investment is equal to HYIP or ponzi. These investments are really scams and people thinks that this is the only way to invest in crypto, they are not aware about trading, mining, joining an ICO and other legit investments. It's better to gamble than to invest on these scams if I were to choose. But comparing to real and legit investments, they are better.
That's true, most of the victims are the newbie in the crypto world, even though there is a sign that the investment is going to be scam
they still trust with their money, so in the end they will lose. I hope if they made a mistake they will learn from it, they have to study harder to find better opportunity.

I became a victim of those scams before when my knowledge isn't that broad and I lack of guidance while I grow in the crypto scene. And I thought of these scams are something that is real but I found it out myself that they are nothing but a bunch of people sucking others money. And I learned from that lesson so I'm helping people to warn them that don't invest to those HYIP's as they are all scams. It's better to invest in trading and just hold if you have bitcoin.
3427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think you are a gambling expert? on: November 05, 2017, 07:14:20 PM
I really don't think I am an expert in gambling and I don't believe that anyone is really an expert when it comes to gambling,  because people are always losing money when gambling. The only expert when it comes to gambling is are the professional poker players.

There are experts in gambling and they are called professional gamblers. Have you ever watched those professional poker leagues/tournaments? Try to search them on youtube and satisfy yourself by watching those big amount of money that they are all-inning for the goal. And think about it if you were in their sits and just watching those big bucks that are losing in a split seconds of time, I myself isn't an expert but I know how to gamble.  Wink
3428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: November 05, 2017, 06:49:56 PM
I set myself weekly limits. I used to gamble every day but have since limited it to the weekends only and only a certain amount. If I walk away with a profit I still don't go beyond my limit.

And what's the limit of winning you have set? what's your limit in losing too? This seems to be a problem when it comes to limiting ourselves in gambling, there will be times that we will struggle to find the most decent amount of winning to runaway for that moment. But profit is still profit no matter what will be the limit you are setting you should be contented on that in any manner when you think you're not on your luck.
3429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you learn from your gambling mistakes? on: November 03, 2017, 04:42:11 AM
Yes I did mistake today at 1xbet with wrong bet because today there is a cricket match between India vs new Zealand, I have to bet on Indian team but unfortunately I betted on new Zealand, I lost more than 150 usd with this mistake.
That's quite a lot for me. How did you bet on New Zealand? Did you analyze it first before betting? This is why before betting with these games we have to secure our bets and make sure that we did all what we can to assure that we've collected enough information on what team/player will show great performance.
3430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: November 03, 2017, 04:24:24 AM
I just quit and never comeback ill tell you my secret isi think always my family if i lose the money instead of giving it to them i just help them with the financial lroblem since id love to trade rather than risking my money into gambling fast ehre in trading you can make your money grow in a safe way not un like in gambling once who lose you triggered your self to try win back your loses

You sure about what you are saying that you did overcome gambling? I've to congratulate if that happened and you did a great job for thinking about your family first. You find luck in trading and that's a better way to make as source of income rather than getting back in gambling. I'll try to follow your tip but this is difficult for me since I was intact to gambling and I think that I can't leave it.

Just to update you guys, as I have stated in the thread previously I broke even with the sports bet, I also won on FJ

I have hit their jackpot yesterday Smiley

So, considering I lost on 1: 60 000 and 1 : 120 000 in a span of 10 minutes, I  also hit a 1 in a 10 million jackpot with a total of 600k bets, so I guess the tables have turned and the lack of fortune initially has been credited to me with interest Smiley

Nice iluvbitcoins! Not all the time luck isn't with us and whenever we lose, win will come. I'm happy for your recovery and I guess that will make you feel the same too. What are you planning to do, you will keep on going and will pursue your luck or you will take out some of it and will save for real cash?
3433  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin reach $10,000 before the end of the year? on: November 03, 2017, 03:34:14 AM
I think it is possible but bitcoin reach $7,000 before the end of the year more likely. Stable development, whether this year or next year is also good.

$6,500 now and $10,000 at the end of the year I don't think so that it is going to happen that we will see bitcoin's price getting there. More close that this is going to happen on 2018. We had seen the price movement is positive all of the time but I'm expecting that there will be some dips soon and correction. I'm comfortable that we will be there but for this year I don't think so.

If bitcoin continue to rise with this pace, 10000$ mark will be not far. But I expect it will surely hit it and too this very year only. Since the demand is steadily increasing with the massive growth in its adoption rate, the more powerful and stronger bitcoin is not too distant. But at this moment everything is unpredictable as anything could happen right now while it can even go higher than my foresight...

So my post yesterday the price was only $6,500 and now it has gain $400. Current price now is $6,922 so this is something that was unexpected by most of us. I'm worried now that with these crazy increase the price can go down in a rapid pace too. However, I'm setting myself to be good with $5,500 so if that correction comes any moment from now, I'll be good with it.
Though the growth in value happening with bitcoin seems to be crazy, it's real growth. The price between yesterday and today has got a lot difference. Same when you think of the price of bitcoin during the same time period with the present makes you understand the growth is real. No need to be into panic. In correction the price might fall and gets recovered in a short.

We are now at $7,150 so we are very real of heading to $10,000. So ride the train or get on the board now or you'll be left behind. For just a week, the increase has been real and many says that there will be some dump and it's on its way but I doubt it. A correction can occur for the meantime but I'm sure it can recover immediately.
3434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on cryptocurrencies prices on: November 03, 2017, 02:57:46 AM
Whilst there’s always money to be made gambling I’d say this is a field that should be left well alone atm. Too unpredictable.
Too unpredictable but there are people who are earning more than forex and trading on this game.

I'm new to this type of cryptocurrency prices, they have taken advantage of the volatility of the prices and managed to use it as a way to earn. That's smart. Predicting the price probably takes luck, and you need to be alert when something happens because the current news will decide on the amount whether there will be demand or not.
You don't know what you are talking about, you're on the wrong thread try to read the original post before saying something. To quote it for you, this is what the OP says'
Hello,

I'm looking for the bitcoin/litecoin binary options betting website. On this kind of websites you can bet what the price of for example bitcoin will be in 3 or 5 minutes. Can you recommend any?

Thanks!
3435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2018 NBA Season on: November 03, 2017, 02:39:26 AM
The cavs will definitely be in trouble today because of what happened to their center tristan thompson will be out for a month with left calf injury. I'm wondering how come the magic and pacers beat the cavs on their homecourt.
Damn that's not sweet at all, they definitely lost to Indiana Pacers 17 lead by these white yellow boys. It's just normal that these superstar teams will be defeated by a team that's not that popular of getting to the finals. They've got their own time to shine and anyway this isn't a big loss for the Cavs if they aren't valuing this early season. What's next, do you Wizards will beat Cavs too?
3436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any tricks available in gambling to won the bet? on: November 03, 2017, 02:07:55 AM
Tricks no there is no trick available in gambling to win (i am pointing towards dice ) but yes there are strategies which you can use to win . over the time i have seen that a particular strategy will work for you and give you profit but you must change strategies from time to time . and also if possible try to play on different sites and dont play too much on a single site .

In dice there's really no trick at all, the game is random and it is programmed so even you are someone that has a lot of knowledge with programming or even a Math professional. You can't guess the right roll for each dice that you'll roll. Strategies are even more reliable that will help us to have some more chance to get more wins but it's not also reliable all of the time.
In the dice game there is no trick, there is no strategy to win. All you can do is roll the dice and see what happens. The only strategy in dice game is your strategy in managing your finances so you can use your money in order to place bets as often as possible.

Yep there's no trick on it unless you are lucky enough and every single roll you do is winning. There's no way to beat the crap out of those dice games, you'll be getting old by not finding any way to have a sure win on that win. But maybe there will be some programmers (hard core) that will be decoding those games but I doubt it that today there is someone. Security of an online casino is where the owners are investing more on it.

3438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: November 02, 2017, 08:55:54 AM
I could not agree more with you mate. Gambling can just be one of the many places we can spend some of our money to be entertain and have fun and not necessarily make gambling as our main source of income.
Only a very few people are gambling just to be entertained and have some fun with their money. When you say that it is not necessary to make gambling as major source of income, you have to think about it again. There are so many gamblers struggling with this argument, they are supporting themselves for being a full time gambler because it is their own source of income as they are earning good with it.
A lot of people aim to become gambling as a source of income but unfortunately majority of them failed, that is because they don't have the skills or they don't play the right game where they can use their skills. There are two types of gambling which are the skilled based and luck based games, if you want a long term success you should focus on skilled based games but you need to develop yourself to improve because knowing the game alone does not guarantee a win.

Those gamblers that are aiming and looking at the opposite side of gambling not with it's entertainment that it can give but with the source of income will actually fall into failure. My experience in gambling isn't that extreme like others who are experts in gambling but I can say that it's worth it to learn the lesson. If someone wants to be in a way of earning more money better to go with trading.

Risk in gambling is more but most of the time it is used as a fun and not as a source of earning and mostly people try their luck in that, while as far as trading is concerned there are risk involved in this as well and you have to do an extensive research before do trading.

Yes it's more and even intense compare to the risk in trading. No, not at all today in this generation gambling is already used not more of fun but more of a source. This is the real scenario of what's happening now, there are a lot of people that are attracted to become gamblers since they wishes to earn more without any sweat coming out of their body. Win is a win but when they lose, it's the end of their journey.
3439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: November 02, 2017, 08:37:20 AM
definitely math will help you in gambling. but unfortunately im not good in math😑
It will help you to have some good analysis with the odds and other Mathematical gambling games. But if you are not good in Math it doesn't matter since you can still play with those luck-based games and other skill-based games like poker and dice game. I'm not even good at gambling but I'm only taking time to think on what games I'll play and where I'm good at. You don't have to take the risk in games that you don't know how to take advantage.
