You have clicked a link that contains malware or you have logged in to a fake MEW site through your private key so the hacker is just on stand by waiting for your keys. And after you logged, he got it so he logged your private keys on his computer and robbed your tokens.

If you are long term holder in the crypto market you won't ask this question. But if you are totally new to the market, you are doubtful with your decision and plan to long term hold because you only see the reds.
