I think Djokovic has put himself in a strange position regarding this whole vaccination, qualified to play thing. IMO the organisers are 100% right to request players to be vaccinated, and the players have a duty of care towards their peers and staff of any organisation to remain healthy.
I think he realises that he isnt going to be able to play without the jab, hes probably fighting it though. If he gets it he wont talk and he will be under pressure from the media to make a comment, its interesting to see what happens next.

Guys Its been on the sports news all day today, The Australian Open are sticking to their guns and saying everyone competing has to be COVID vaccinated. We know how Djokovic was very outspoken about his anti-vaccine thinking, well he is listed as headlining the event. Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal headline the entry list for the 2022 Australian Open, it was revealed by tournament organisers on Wednesday. https://www.atptour.com/en/news/australian-open-2022-field-releasedHas he changed his tune? Has he foregone his previous stance in order to play?

For the population there and for nationals abroad there is an obvious benefit to them by saving on the cost of transferring funds to an from the island, this was also one of the key reasons El Salvador adopted Bitcoin.
Even if you didnt want to fully adopt Bitcoin on a personal level, ditching Western Union for Bitcoin is a no-brainer.

Funny part is : However, Wright was ordered to pay $100 million in compensatory damages over a breach in intellectual property rights related to W&K Info Defense Research LLC, a joint venture between the two men. That money will go to W&K directly, rather than to the Kleiman estate. -taken from the article you mentioned The guy did not win the title of Satoshi ofcourse but he did win the whole case, but I won't say whole but partial perse since he still has to pay money. Journalists have no idea about the whole bitcoin community perse and at the same time sometimes people might pay them to make such statements. We all know that the man is not Satoshi ofcourse but at the same time I have also seen these FUD's stirring around and the articles calling him Satoshi as well. -Not his keys!! Not his Coins!! Talking about journalists, they dont have a clue about Bitcoin. full stopThey dont care about the truth or facts in this case, its lazy journalism, grab some crap from the internet and run with it. Apologies in advance for this but here is an example of some absolute embarrasing thrash from 2016 which showed up in my news feed today, somebody/something assumed this was relevant to the recent courtcase and that I needed to read, this is nonsense upon nonsence which people are being fed> https://m.independent.ie/business/technology/news/identity-of-inventor-of-bitcoin-creator-finally-revealed-as-craig-wright-34676862.htmlThe creator was previously known under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto to protect his identity, but he has now been named as Australian Dr Craig Wright.
The computer scientist, inventor and academic launched the protocol in 2009 and his identity was shrouded in mystery.
Dr Wright said he decided to reveal himself as the Bitcoin creator to stop the spread of "misinformation" about the cryptocurrency and its digital infrastructure Blockchain. The scientist has digitally signed messages to prove his identity, and Jon Matonis, one of the founding directors of the Bitcoin Foundation said he is convinced Dr Wright is who he claims to be. Funnily enough there is no author assigned to that article. Where are the consequences for these journalists who continue to write incorrect misleading information? there doesnt seem to be any.

Totally @Daniel91 and it was great to see Croatia get to the final, like I said its great to see other teams and players getting a taste of the limelight. Russia as others mentioned were favourites from the start.
Cant believe Cilic cannot overcome his negative thoughts, surely he realises its not all about hitting a ball?
Although he won two tournaments this year surely he would strive for more, he has the skill surely he knows he needs to work on the mental side
In fact, it's a miracle that Croatia managed to reach the finals since Cilic lost almost all his matches, and all the time we seemed to be playing with a player less It's not clear to anyone what happened to Cilic, probably not to him either. From a tennis player who wins GS titles and the Davis Cup he has become a player who can’t beat anyone and loses matches he should have objectively won, from much worse players. I feel sorry for him because he had the potential and talent to achieve a lot more in tennis but something happened to him and he lost his confidence. With Cilic from 7-8 years ago, Croatia would now probably be the Davis Cup winner. Croatia did not achieve this fantastic result thanks to Cilic, but to Gojo, and that is a fact. Cilic really contributed almost nothing to Croatia's entry into the finals, he lost all his key matches. Dont forget the doubles Mektic and Pavic they had a say in some matches, they could be relied on to bring home a won. Without Gojo and the doubles Croatia would not have made it to the final. Haybe/hopefully Gojo can gain some momentum from this, carry it into 2022 and climb the ranks into top 100.

Australian who says he invented Bitcoin to keep $71b stash after winning trial Bitcoin trial: Defendant wins, keeps Bitcoins worth $50B Great, this is just like Greg Maxwell telling me I can keep Satoshi's coins, Like they are controlled by someone else who has authority to grant that permission and like what the hell can I do with my new power over something I dont possess. In order to keep something you must first have it and be in a position to hand it back or pass it on to someone else. I'm not opening any of those links in the op, they are filled with nonsense

Checking in on the "Fear & Greed" index for the Bitcoin King Daddy we have gone from Greed to Extreme Fear so this indicator points to an upswing ~ The greed indicator coinciding with the run up ... and correction thereafter.

First to 7.5 points wins I believe, its now 5-3 to Carlsen, looks like its an uphill task for Nepo. Could he possibly be suffering still from that 8 hour game in #6, mentally drained perhaps and Carlsen to be more aggressive in game 8 to push his opponent knowing the previous game 7 was gruelling and 6 a marathon?

Yea it could have been different if Nadal was playing, if Tsitsipas hadnt to pull out, if Zverev was playing but without those playing it gives a chance for other teams to progress to the final.
And in yesterdays final and second game, I was really impressed with Cilic' first set, he played such a great one to miss out on the tie break but he was nowhere in the second set, maybe a combination of Medvedev adapting very quickly from the first and Cilic not being able to counter.
Such a pity for Croatia and Mectic and Pavic not being able to have more of a say in the competition especially being #1 and #2 in doubles.

First set to Russia Rublev 6-4
The moment of truth is now, second set is heading towards tie break and I feel like this is the time for Gojo to strike if ever. Rublev not showing any signs of breaking down so far. I am hoping for one unlucky point or something to throw him out of balance a bit. I have some money riding on Medvedev -3.5 against Čilić and smaller bet on Croatia to win Davis cup. Will probably take our doubles team to win for high stake if I get the chance at anything over 1.4. Ah in the end Rublev wind the first match, His service was excellent, winning 98% of first serves. Gojo fought brilliantly and frustrated Rublev at times in that second set to get it to a tie break but just more errors than Rublev. Pressure is on now to Cilic while Medvedev has the comfort of knowing if he looses they still have the doubles match. Very exciting really.

We have a divided house here, I'm a big fan of Medvedev's while my wife would not, so I have a small bet on Russia, herself is shouting for Croatia. yea if Croatia win at least 1 singles match they have a superior chance of the in the doubles match.
First set to Russia Rublev 6-4

Its not clear yet AFAIK who is playing first but I guess Its going to be Rublev v Gojo and then Medvedev v Cilic. Should/Could Martic the Croatan captain choose to play Cilic against Rublev and Gojo against Medvedev? Obviously Cilic would have a better chance to win the first match against Rublev which would then bring the doubles into play assuming Gojo canot beat Medvedev.

That's an excuse, it maybe sky-blue ,white ,black or anything else then why orange ? and we can see amazon is also same why so? Do you know why it is so let see.
No OgNasty is correct, its psychology, its a mood which protrayed to grab our attention and which the creator aims for it to suit the application. https://ethos3.com/2014/06/color-theory-basics-for-presentation-design/Warm Colors: Reds, oranges, and yellows. This is a bright, vibrant set that conveys energy and excitement. Think of things that incorporate these colors such as sunshine, roses, sunflowers, bright sunsets, and fruit. As OgNasty posted there are hundreds of websits which can help decipher why we would use any colour but in the end of the day we cannot know the EXACT thought process as to why Orange was chosen. Here is an indepth argument for Orange and how it "suits" the application. https://www.zilliondesigns.com/blog/color-psychology-orange-logos/

Could anyone see the logo being any other colour? No I guess, maybe we see it in its current form and are used to it, Black, Green, Blue, Purple, Red? somehow they dont fit.

Everyone is scared of the new variant, which is pretty logical, no one wants quarantine measures or even a lockdown. On the other hand, when viruses mutate, they become less deadly, so I'm not exactly sure why we see it as a negative thing, since it's usually a necessary evil. Anyway, I'm not an expert by any means, the whole world is at stake at the moment, I'm not surprised that cryptocurrency is affected too.
Your statement here is flawed because the new COVID variant known as Omicron was found a week ago and most markets have been reacting to it in a negative way and have dumped long before bitcoin showed any reaction. Then after more than a week bitcoin decided to show attention to a new that was already old? That makes no sense to me. The big dump we saw yesterday was nothing more than a market manipulation in my opinion. A market manipulation to liquidate the massive amount of leveraged long positions on the market, once the longs start liquidating, its a domino effect tumbling the price down. Likewise with the leveraged shorts when the market starts pumping the shorts get liquidated and the domino effect starts. I would imagine there are a lot of short trades on the market by those who believe we are going lower.

It seems that the higher seeded player plays in the second match, Djokovic and Medvedev for example played all their singles matches in the second one AFAIK.
I dont know if this is an automatic draw of the selection of the captains?
What is it with Medvedev and the Spanish audience? after his match today beating Struff he seemed to be goading the audience who in turn were jeering him. He seems lately to be getting on the wrong side of the audience.

On Rugby Union I notice Sportsbet are not listing any other tournaments other than the French Top14 and ProD2. They are also listing the Rugby 7's World Series. For the first 2 or 3 rounds of the United Championship they were listing the games, but havent listed rounds after that. Why would that be? Is it lack of participation or demand? Kind of like the Rugby thread

First of the semi's today Croatia v Serbia, second semi tomorrow Russia v Germany.
I think we all see this going to a Serbia v Russia final ...
I don't know what is the hype about Serbia. Yes they have a guaranteed point in Djoković but we also have a guaranteed point in doubles with Mektić/Pavić. Gojo is way down the ranking when compared to Krajinović but this is Davis cup and that is something different. Gojo already proved he is getting better and better as the stakes rise higher and he won both matches in Davis cup so far, one of them was against Sonego who is much better than Krajinović. Krajinović has lost all his Davis cup matches without getting a set. My bet is on Croatia @4.2 since I see this match as max 60:40 in favor of Serbia and that has lots of value for me. Russia is my first favorite from the begging and I expect them to take the title. You are right mate, Gojo was the big surprise beating Lajovic in a come from behind fashion. And as expected, top-ranked Mate Pavic and Nikola Mektic beats Djokovic and partner Filip Krajinovic. First set was close, but the second? nah, forget about it. So with this defeat, Djokovic closes his calendar not winning the Olympic gold and then the golden slam. Yes but he bagged 4 Grand Slams this year and no doubt he will collect a few more next year. I like the fact that he didnt win the Golden Slam or the Olympic Gold, I like to see the younger generation coming up and a changing of the top 3 so they can build their own history. The era of Nadal, Federer and Nadal is waning. IMO 2022 promises so much with what I said above, Nadal and Federer should be back and as eyes are on them a lot will be expected from the current top 10 or 5
