3441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a mode of payment on: January 15, 2018, 07:15:01 AM
Just wondering, who is accumulating Bitcoin via using it as a method of being paid, so instead of being paid in dollars or any other amount you ask client to pay you via Bitcoin especially merchants and freelancers. I think it is cool to be paid via Bitcoin because it appreciates so its like you can earn twice if you sell high.

Bitcoin is locally competiting. It is almost use all ove the world which made it indemand to be use in some transactions. And rigt now, it seems like bitcoin is being empowered as a use of payment. It is therefore not impossible that the time would come it will be patronised.
3442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where should I ? on: January 14, 2018, 04:16:42 PM
Where should I invest my money ? I'm wondering if im going to invest on a high unit which is bitcoin or lower unit which is ethereum that has a potential to grow ? ETH or BTC ? As a higher rank what would you recommend me ?

Investing is a goof or even a wise idea in bitcoin. But if you are not on a good hand, a risk would take charge. You just have to find what suits you. As what majority says, it is etherum that is in demand. But try also investing in bitcoin as is, or divide a budget for different investments.
3443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin will be used in our daily transactions. on: January 14, 2018, 03:32:33 PM
If bitcoin will be used as our daily payment is it possible that schools will be accepting it as payment for tuition fees? And if it will be accepted they need to teach the students the use of bitcoin and give the knowledge to use it and how it works.

Bitcoin is so into this generation. Because of the fact that it is manipulated online, many would patronise its convenience. So what havr you've said could be possible. It could probably happen thatbit woulf be used in many transactions. We just jave to wait for that time tho it is starting now.
3444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should we support altcoins ? on: January 14, 2018, 03:17:17 PM

From a "lets make the world a better place perspective" should we support only bitcoin right now or altcoins also?

Alt coins are alternatives of bitcoin. So it means those are under bitcoin. There is nothing wrong woth supporting it or both parties. The coins doesn't look like competiting at all. Supporting alt coins could sometimes look like supporting bitcoins.

3446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a currency or asset? on: January 12, 2018, 08:51:25 AM
Bitcoin’s very volatile prices have reignited the debate about its usefulness as a currency or as an asset. In some ways, Bitcoin suits the definition of currency quite adequately but if the volatility is less. It allows for the creation of secure and transparent transactions. Thus, can be used as a secondary currency in future. Some of the experts have huge concerns over its volatility. But, sooner or later the prices may remain less volatile as of today.

I have mentioned few points about Bitcoin as a currency or as an asset in my article here: https://atozforex.com/news/is-bitcoin-a-currency-or-asset/

What's your opinion about BTC as a currency or an asset?

Suggestions and comments appreciated  Smiley Wink

Bitcoin could be an asset at the same time a money. But these things aren't or weren't given a fact since they are not worldwide popularised and accepted. Even though some of the countries allow to do so, it is still called a cryptocurrency, just it, not a money nor an asset. That is why it is your choice either of the two is bitcoin for you.
3447  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin so expensive? on: January 11, 2018, 12:16:36 PM
Bitcoin is so expensive if it will be converted to my country's currency it will cost hundred of thousands.
Why bitcoin worth that much even its only a cryptocurrency can someone give me an idea.

Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency but not just what it is. It's value is greater than the ordinary fiat. But saying it is expensive, not really. It is your choice of you will make it or go to something that will cost you that much. This could also be based on how much you thing of or how you define expensive.
3448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money? on: January 11, 2018, 05:12:58 AM
Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that.

What do you guys think? Wink

I agree to your opinion that most of us almost depend on technology. And yes, bitcoin is part of it. So you mean we are also to rely on it? Bitcoin and money has different functions, although they are botg used in transactions, I don't think one of it must be voided. Not unless it is functionless or the time would come it is all be exchanged by cryptocurrecies.
3449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so many people against bitcoin? on: January 11, 2018, 04:29:42 AM
I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin?  is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?

You cannot please others to hate or love something just like bitcoin. So does how other accepted it. It took time and a lot of proof to accept that it is fine and worth it. What made people look at it in a bad matter is how others use bitcoin in a bad way. So does them or us, being anonymous,  will be keep hidden. Which means no one would know what they are up too.
3450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens if BTC gets regulated? on: January 11, 2018, 02:12:50 AM
Hello,

Just read somewhere that BTC is accepted by strippers now? lol

I wonder what will happen if it gets regulated by the government? value would go down? perhaps consolidation?

Overall , what's the general outlook? Obviously, I understand it'll be personal opinion but still. Go ahead and share. I'll get to learn something new.

If bitcoin is accepted by strippers, then it could be. I guess they would love to use is as a payment much more if they know what bitcoin is.

If BTC will be regulated?  Well the first thing that pops up to my mind is its tax. We could somehow be expecting that they are more likely to have some cut offs when it rise. But somehow, I guess they could manage to take BTC for a more stable and longer hand.
3451  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Price will go up or down? on: January 11, 2018, 12:45:08 AM
Hello every one , today bitcoin price is already @ 14724$. Where should it go from here? where i will go , it goes down or up?
If it will go up, how high it will go? and if it will go deep how low it is?
Can any one tell me where the support and resistance level?

Nobody knows where, when or how bitcoin could value. Sometimes it almost differ from the price site you have been using. But bas on my observation, butcoin would not stay and  rise as it is. This would take a lot of patience since there could be a tendency that it will flow down again but later on rise.
3452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: china coming back ? on: January 09, 2018, 02:31:38 PM
what do you think ? it is possible ? do you have some informations ? I read few articles which claims it is possible because of  new government or something like that i don't know correctly
I dont think so about that i guess it is not going to happened because when the government banned the ICO and other stuff in there country they already have a big process and analyze the situation before going to a move and obviously they know that they are doing and it is not going to happened to get back what they already done it will undergo a large process.
3453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: January 09, 2018, 04:51:12 AM
Are you a bitcoin fan?
Do you spend a lot of time on bitcoin? Reading news, trading, or even writing your own analysis.
But how did you first hear about bitcoin?
Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin

3454  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is bitcoin dangerous ? on: January 08, 2018, 11:54:22 PM
I'm wondering why bitcoin was made if there are too many currencies in each country, why would anyone add or make a type of currency in the internet? For easier and faster transactions or so ?

Bitcoin create easy way and transaction. It is not just an ordinary currency but a virtual one. Ot almost unite currency in a the worldwide web and is as fast as it is to do transactions. It is also not under any private sector or government to add some taxes and hold bitcoin so does any corruptions are not available.
3455  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ⚠⚠⚠ Bitcoin is like the lottery combined with religion ⚠⚠⚠ on: January 07, 2018, 02:09:16 PM
I think crypto has similarities to both religion and the lottery.

Theres 1380+ cryptos and exponentially that number is growing

Choosing which crypto to invest in is similar to choosing which of the 1000s of religions to believe in.

The lottery attracts millions and millions of people who dream of getting rich

Crypto is like the lottery because most of the investors believe they wont have to work and will get rich. The lottery is a tax on the poor. Most of the people who buy bitcoin own very little of it and are not wealthy. But they dream of getting rich

What similarities do you see between BTC/crypto and religion or the lottery?

I have nothing to do with what you have stated. It is your own opinion. But the moment you even compare it to religion is so alarming. It is not and will never be a religion. Then what are you praising there? The cryptocutrency? Well in lottery, of you are after some games or gambling, then it really do and would look similar. In my point of view on what you have said, you're almost telling that people treat bitcoin as a key to success, for some reasons there could be but not to the point that this is the only key.
3456  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people buy old bitcoin addresses? on: January 07, 2018, 04:53:30 AM
What would they use it for?

Selling bitcoin is kinda creepy scheme. You are not sure about ita background. May be those where accounts soon to be banned. But what makes you attracted to by it is of its ranks so you must not let yourself be captured by it. Much better if you are to create your own account rather buying. It is a lot safer and better.
3457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: January 07, 2018, 02:52:08 AM
Bitcoin is being used widely in porn sites, gambling and drug dealing sectors. Is that why the btc made for ? I have seen a lot of members in this forum discussing about buying drugs, gambling and enjoying porn with bitcoin. Is not it a misuse of a currency ? Block chain tech is a awesome tech and btc is getting popular. I hate these misuses of precious btc. It hurts me. This will lead into unhealthy society along with unhealthy future generation.

It is a sad news, whether you heat it on the internet or not. If people would think if that way, we could not clear there minds with its first impression. People who take advantage on it are at stake or made the economy of bitcoin more abolished and banned. And for us to change that mind setting, we have to start it first from us. We must shoe how bitcoin changed are life by doing good or stating its help through its given income even for financial and not for a crime-like things.
3458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: January 07, 2018, 02:36:06 AM
Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

As you have told them the concept of the bitcoin and assurance that it has lasted for so long then it could drive you to a conclusion that you are really secure. Knowing bitcoin run through out the year, is is a great evidence that it has managed to hold their bitcoins on security even though it is manipulated on line. We could also state that the people behind it first conceptualised its security features fpr future use. And as the bitcoin run today, enhancements go along with it.
3459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to keep my wallet safe? on: January 07, 2018, 12:28:37 AM
Guys, How to keep my wallet safe?

Where  can I buy cold wallets or what kind of services do you use?

Keeping your wallet safe is a personal decision. You could chose from any wallets available but it is for you to maintain its security for a long run. For you to keep its privacy. You can first look for some background of specific wallet or some reviews to check its background. Anyways, I use offline wallets.
3460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency on: January 06, 2018, 03:56:40 PM
Yesterday the Central Bank of Albania issued a warning about the uncertain and unsafe nature  of cryptocurrencies
They called on people not to get involved. Should we be afraid or the banks are!

The thing bank could fear from bitcoin is that the usual moneys could just be an option. And if moneys are option from bitcoin then the need of banks or its demand will go down. Since bitcoin could stand alone without banks but just as a simple wallet. The feeling of convenience for some clients would be preferable in it. But after all, banks will be bank. And not all people will prefer bitcoin anyway. So a fair thing for the two parties will do.
