If I own a bank, I will be issuing the same warning. It is obvious because crypto currencies or digital currencies that we know of don't need banks, we can save them without their help. When you think of it, if bitcoin, for example become stable, they will be using it for sure, so the money that is entering the banks will stop because as I said, digital currencies can be saved without banks.

There is a difference between banks and central banks. Central banks control monetary policy, which can be rendered ineffective if enough people start using cryptocurrencies. Hence central banks issue these periodic warnings.

Well I'll try make an example which should clear this up to you:

Say you were a mobile phone company, and you invented this brand new feature, say a fingerprint sensor, and you control it and you can do what ever you want with it. Now say some guy makes a new fingerprint sensor and it doesn't have enough publicity so it kinda dies for a year and then slowly starts working its way to the top, now do you feel threatened.

all the banks around the whole world have issued "warnings" to their user about cryptocurrencies. and the warning is pretty clear. they are warning them about investing in a highly volatile thing. if you take a look at some of the altcoins or even bitcoin at times you can see how they can run wild.
there is a lot of shitty advertisement like the news sites telling people how ethereum will be big and stuff, then not-so-bright people fall for it and invest, then those who were advertising dump on their heads and these poor bastards lose more than half of their money.
this is what banks are warning people about.

Banks have done what they usually do. Warn there customers. If you ask me if banks are afraid, it is hard to say. They may be. Because Bitcoin and other crypto currencies are competing against them. So why should banks support them? Also we are seeing a lot of people pouring money into  crypto currencies, all this can make banks and the authorities issue a warning.

If you asked me exactly the same warning I would have done in relation to banks. They probably think that people forget how many banks died in 2008. It's all just competition in the Finance market. Banks have lost the clients, and the process continues.

Of course they are scared, bitcoin is their direct competition, especially now since it is getting so much popularity, banks are definitely getting scared of bitcoin now. Banks are losing client now due to bitcoin and losing clients is definitely not good for business

Looks to me you're mixing it up, banks are businesses,  profiteers to be precise, but the central banks which're governments mouth piece got the whip. As we know it, governments  across the globe would have wished Bitcoin was still birth, because it embodies a huge threat to their local currencies. The central bank of Albania are certainly not going to be the last to whimper over Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies., but fact on ground is  that the governments that have dared to stand in the way of Bitcoin ended up as chief promoters of Bitcoin.

Well banks really is afraid with Cryptocurrencies well I really think that banks that are afraid of it doesn't have any idea or have knowledge about what Crypto is, that is why they think that it can be very crucial for fiat and banks to get involve with it,

But I have seen banks nowadays that are surely have a partnership with bitcoin and I am using a wallet that can certainly withdraws your BTC and convert it to Fiat money I think this bank have knowledge and a proper technology with bitcoin and this bank's owner see the true earning in partnering with Bitcoin.

Yes they really are afraid of cryptocurrencies because unlike bank they have higher fees and it have some lots of requirements it needed, whereas in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies it is fast and it has lower fees so if the cryptocurrency will boom they will not be needed that's why they fear it. But here in the Philippines some banks are involve in bitcoin transactions and I find it good.

I don't agree with you. Banks are afraid of crypto currencies. If you are considering the operation of banks only as exchange and transaction with Fiat then do banks have their own niche, but the main purpose of banks is raising capital, and crypto currency create capital outflow from banks.
