A melhor carteira que tem pra usar somente bitcoin é a electrum. Baixe em electrum.org Essa carteira tem o código aberto e não tem riscos dela parar de funcionar ou algo do tipo. Gere sua seed na electrum mesmo, numa carteira nova, e transfira os seus bitcoin pra lá. Não use bitadress nem nenhum outro site para gerar sua carteira. Irresponsible? It's calculated and many could argue that such statements, which call for transparency are good. Such calls, that can make more people secure their funds in their own custody, are good for the users (as long as they do manage to withdraw). But fake calls can ruin his "golden aura" sooner or later and he may lose credibility, followers, ... so he cannot do this for too many times, and I am sure he knows that. I would not be overly worried. I think tweet from CZ was not ethical. He was showing number from 2 different news websites, which could be wrong (and they were). Those are not official number of coinbase (which is an open company listed in stock exchanges, way more transparent than binance). He was spreading fud against one of his main competitors using wrong data. |

Your whole story is just a scam. About your question: yes, mining is real. You can mine bitcoin while you sleep. But you need to pay for the electricity and for the hardware . And they are both expensive No free lunch . |

Uma coisa que eu não vi abordado é: o valor depositado em cripto fica protegido pelos fundos dos reguladores, caso o banco vá a falecia ou algo do género?
Em Portugal, os depósitos até 100.000€ esta assegurados, em caso de uma falência do banco. No caso do Brasil, qual é o valor? E as criptos depositadas, terão essa proteção?
Outra questão: qual é a vantagem para o utilizador depositar cripto no banco?
no Brasil é até 250 mil reais, como o TryNinja comentou. não sei se cobririam crypto, teria que ler as entrelinhas e regras de cada produto. julgo que não mas vai saber. O fgc, o fundo garantidor de crédito,, é bastante restrito e tem muitas regras. As principais são: apenas para alguns produtos bancários (cdb lca lci basicamente) e para até 250mil por instituição financeira. São em geral produtos que incentivam o desenvolvimento do país. Como letras fde crédito agropecuário (lca) e imobiliário (lci), setores fundamentais da economia brasileira . Ou seja, o fundo estimula o desenvolvimento desses setores. Criptos nunca serão garantidas pelo fgc, não existe a menor possibilidade disso. |

- taxas de saque mais baratas ou zeradas
- taxas de trade menores
- maior volume
- maior diversidade de produtos (contratos, altcoins, etc..)

If we want a legitimate discussion we can pose a question of why crypto finance which was founded upon principles of reliability and durability drifted away from the use of cold wallets as a standard protocol.
I believe the main reason for this is that investors are not satisfied with bitcoin gains. "Crypto" became much more than holding bitcoin in a hardware wallet. Those funds and even small investors prefer to buy exchange tokens like FTT and BNB. Or even worse, they put their bitcoins and tokens in an exchange wallet to get 4% APR. If it weren’t for the possibility of being asked to undergo KYC, I would say this is an interesting offer. But I’m not too fond of it. I also don’t know if Ledger can demask users and connect the names from order data with the codes that get claimed. It would be easier if they offered a $20 and $30 discount on their respective hardware wallets. My guess is they didn’t care to think of something better. They have already said they are getting 7x more sales following the downfall of FTX, so I assume they have already filled their pockets plenty.
Financially , they could just give a $30 discount that ot would be the same. However, there are still people who thinks that receiving their first btc is exciting and things like that. This is an interesting marketing. I agree 100% with you that doing kyc for 20 - 30 is not ok. Customers already did enough identification to receive the product at home, shipping address name etc... no need to give further documents which are useless for the bitcoin transaction Additionally, ledger does not handle sensitive data very well. |

I was listening to a YouTube video by a famous business man and he was saying that he prefers to hire employees who are smarter than him. Do you agree with this style of working? What are the possible intentions behind doing this? Isn't their fear that these smart employees can steal ideas from office or get client details and then start their own companies? What is your view regarding this?
Life is not so linear. There isn't such thing as a smart number and people are like in a line over that. People have different qualities and know about different subjects. Someone may be very smart in coding but an idiot when talking about finances or administration (like Sam from ftx) Nobody can be smart in everything.
