I deposited 10BTC last Thursday and won a parlay for 25BTC.
What is your login name and / or Betslip number? We will certainly get you taken care of. I handle support here, and I see you mention in another post that you placed a 10 btc parlay to win 25 btc, but the max wager is 2.5 btc. There are a few that have permission to wager higher, but I don't see an outstanding slip for a 10 btc parlay to win 25 btc. Can you please provide more information because we want to get you taken care of and a 25 btc payout is not a large amount by any means for us. Thank you. |

In my opinion, it's really not a big deal that you were doing it. But you were exploiting a mistake that Betcoin made, this is fact. It is a gamblers nature to find a weakness and exploit it, why are we acting as if this is some forbidden thing to do? Do we think the house doesn't exploit players with promotions, gimicks, etc to get as many deposits as possible and build a stable company? Betcoin should consider that big players who hold their points more should get more money
if we take poker stars as example , their rakeback is based on FPP which is kind of similar to betcoin system but in PS with these points you can convert them to cash or shop and you can play free tourneys with them
I can't remember the numbers exactly but let's say that 100 FPP gives you 1 dollar then 1000 FPP should give you 10 dollars but in PS the more you convert the more your reward will be son in this case 1000 FPP will give you 11 dollars for example
even in there tourneys when you buy in with 2 FPP the prizepoll will be 20$ for example while playing 4FPP tourney will give you 50$ in the prize
Actually Betcoin VIP structure is very similiar to pokerstars, the way you are describing it is not accurate. Betcoin has Status Points and Betcoin Points. Stars has VPPs and FPPs Everyone earns VPPs/Status points at the same rate, but they are not spent - only accumulated. As you accumulate more and more VPPs/StatusPoints, you will earn FPPs/Betcoin points at a higher rate according to your VIP level. One big difference is that pokerstars VPPs(VIP level) resets every year on Jan 1st. Betcoins doesn't. Thank you cryptosmoker for your analysis. no I don't think so , cause there was a free buy series before and betcoin didn't have these tourneys If I remember correctly, Betcoin did run them for a few days last time and then they stopped while WPN kept running these for a much longer time. You guys are both right and it hasn't been confirmed exactly yet but we will certainly keep you posted. We certainly want to offer these to our great players. bwin is closing to pinnacle, so does cloudbet, which is also a btc sportsbook, I compare your lines to cloudbet, it has average 2-5% higher odds than you, both on double sides, and that's only tennis, I didn't notice other sports, but your tennis odds are much lower than cloudbet's Thanks fox for taking the time to have a look as there have been some tremendous changes as Betcoin continues to get better and better. Not to mention the Bet Back and Loss Back we provide, that certainly is never mentioned when comparing lines. As for instant withdrawal...that cannot happen on website that offers poker for reasons of collusion, fraud, chip dumping and abuse, but this has been explained many times. To the admin, have you considered a little raise of prize pool for the freeroll? There are many many people (at least 270 in every freeroll), and 10$ seems too low  You should look at other sites like Nitrogensports which only give out 1 chip, and still have 10-20 people playing. Most of the people just play for the fun, and not the money. 10$ seems good enough, you shouldn't be comparing it with the number of people playing it. Its free money and 10$ is more than enough for a freeroll. Even pokerstars offers 100$ for 18,000 people in their freerolls. So and so, I'm not so secure about the fun, time of freeroll is in the middle between 3-5 hours and 5 hours of poker are so heavy for a player which only have fun. So, I think the same, 10$ is great, considering the other site, betcoin is the best  We certainly appreciate the response and we offer the daily freerolls, there is also a daily 10 mbtc freeroll with less players as well as numerous sponsored freerolls and options. But only 1 player posts about this problem trying to login, and he doesn't post until 6 days later. This also demonstrates how utterly and hopelessly incompetent this sportsbook is. They do an update and it's necessary to contact live chat to setup new passwords. But they do not send out email notifications, they do not post such in this thread, they do not have a message stating this on their site. I tried to login and got the standard popup "Incorrect username/password". No message about what the problem is and how to solve it. Since the updated we have had several thousand players log back in with no issue, most simply reset their password by going to: https://www.betcoin.ag/user/passwordThere is a message at the top of the website that says: Betcoin.ag was updated on 8/13/2015. You may need to reset your password. We don't know how more clear that can be. As always there a few players that require some additional assistance and we have live support for this. The sportsbook was upgraded yesterday actually.
