Is everything ok? Since a few days ago I cannot log into my account of Betcoinsports. I have not changed the password and I don't know what can be the mistake. I have an unanswered email from support.

What is your login name?  After our update you need to change your password but we can help you in live support.  

This gives a good idea of how few customers this sportsbook has.

They update the site 6 days ago. The old passwords no longer work. But only 1 player posts about this problem trying to login, and he doesn't post until 6 days later.


This also demonstrates how utterly and hopelessly incompetent this sportsbook is.

They do an update and it's necessary to contact live chat to setup new passwords.
But they do not send out email notifications, they do not post such in this thread, they do not have a message stating this on their site.

I tried to login and got the standard popup "Incorrect username/password".
No message about what the problem is and how to solve it.

Since the updated we have had several thousand players log back in with no issue, most simply reset their password by going to: https://www.betcoin.ag/user/password

There is a message at the top of the website that says:  Betcoin.ag was updated on 8/13/2015. You may need to reset your password.  We don't know how more clear that can be.

As always there a few players that require some additional assistance and we have live support for this. 

The sportsbook was upgraded yesterday actually.

I am really enjoying the updates at Betcoin, they continually are adding new features and creating a better user experience.  I asked for eSports and the new sportsbook has eSports and I also wanted more live lines to wager on and it seems like they have the most now of any bitcoin sportsbook.  I didn't have a problem resetting my password, but when it didn't work on BetcoinSports, I went to Betcoin.ag and saw that it needed an update. 

I have seen a few complaints about it here but maybe you should post a message on BetcoinSports.com that players may need to update their password, but I will tell everyone that the new sportsbook was definitely worth taking about 60 seconds of my time to update a password.  It amazes me people complain over such small things when the experience is now so much better for them.

This is an unheard of 44 cent line, i.e., -122/-122 or 1.8197/1.8197


Pinnaclesports:

Hawthorne -51 -109/ 1.9174

Port           +51 -103/ 1.9709

This is a great 12 cent line, i.e. -106/-106 or 1.9434/1.9434


Now Pinnaclesports usually has the best (cheapest) prices, but otherwise most books have at worst a 20 cent line = -110/-110 and a very high line would be a 30 cent line of -115/-115.
Any higher than a 30 cent line is simply highway robbery.

-122/-122 is only going to be bet by people who are lost, and probably for tiny amounts.
(Although your limits here may be tiny anyway).

I'm always hoping for more reliable (instant withdrawal) btc books with many betting options and at least tolerable lines.
I'm hoping Betcoinsports can improve, and the above is one way you can.


Also - No one has ever answered me on this - you have a heading every week for Nascar Race Winner and Nascar Top 3 Finish, but you never list odds.
Can you start?

You do list Nascar matchups, but the juice on these is also way out in ripoff territory.

As for instant withdrawal...that cannot happen on website that offers poker for reasons of collusion, fraud, chip dumping and abuse, but this has been explained many times. 

We appreciate all feedback and will continually upgrade, but when someone says that our Nascar matchups are in ripoff territory and we haven't even put the Nascar matchups on the new sportsbook yet, we are not sure how to answer.  Our lines and options are continuing to get better and better!

I'm hopeful that if and when you post the Nascar matchups, the odds will be more player friendly.

1) I'm glad to see that you've changed your AFL line bets (Asian handicap) to a -115/-115 line from your previous -122/-122.

It's still overpriced and I would rarely if ever bet AFL at Betcoinsports since there are too many books including most BTC books using -110/-110 or better, but -122/=122 was an outright ripoff so it's an improvement (although I would still not call this a competitive line).



2) I just checked the max bet for the AFL games this weekend, and see that the max bet on the AFL spread bets is 200 mBTC, which is currently about $46.80 USD.

This is a lower limit than any other book and not of interest.

Perhaps you're gearing your book to low rollers?


3) I still do not see the entire category of "Motorsports", which you used to have.

There are 2 Nascar races (one in a few hours), F1, and Indy Car this weekend, but you're listing none of these.
Can you add them?

i remember he said he bet on 6btc on the parlay, but you shouldn't lock his account, just keep his 2.5btc parlay winnings, and cancel 3.5btc parlay winnings which is higher than the bet limit.

Direct closing account makes your site scam, you should know, I am a fan of your site but I consider to reuse your site again or leave now.
