What about "The Times" newspaper referenced in the Genesis Block? for any collector this has to be a must. I think I have seen 2 for sale here on the forum in the past, the rarity would be the fact they dont come up very often and its a mystery as to how many survived from 03/01/2009 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5148433.0

First of the semi's today Croatia v Serbia, second semi tomorrow Russia v Germany.
I think we all see this going to a Serbia v Russia final ...
I don't know what is the hype about Serbia. Yes they have a guaranteed point in Djoković but we also have a guaranteed point in doubles with Mektić/Pavić. Gojo is way down the ranking when compared to Krajinović but this is Davis cup and that is something different. Gojo already proved he is getting better and better as the stakes rise higher and he won both matches in Davis cup so far, one of them was against Sonego who is much better than Krajinović. Krajinović has lost all his Davis cup matches without getting a set. My bet is on Croatia @4.2 since I see this match as max 60:40 in favor of Serbia and that has lots of value for me. Russia is my first favorite from the begging and I expect them to take the title. Indeed. Many predicted that Gojo's match would be decisive due to the third match, which is the only one in which the Croats are favorites. Once again, Gojo has shown why he is such an outstanding player in the Davis Cup. And Pavic and Mektic are always up for a great match, as they have throughout the season. I am certain that the best doubles players in the world will lead the Croatian team to victory. @Trofo - great call and played out just as you posted. What a card to be able to play, a doubles team with so much talent and experience playing together. Of course its important to win at least one singles match. Provided Russia advance past Germany the final will be very interesting with Croatia.

United Rugby Championship - Round 7 Three games scheduled for today but one is still postponed in South Africa between The Bulls and the visiting Scarlets so the Bulls are scheduled to play the Sharks. The other matches are: Edinburgh v Benetton - Benetton will be looking to build on their win over Glasgow Warriors from last week when playing at home. Leinster v Connacht - Connacht have beaten Leinster before and will be looking to do what Ulster did last week.
On the betting side I dont see Sportsbet listing any of the URC games for the last number of weeks and their French PRO D2 and TOP14 are listed but betting is closed on all games. They also have the Rugby 7's world series listed but no betting open. https://www.world.rugby/sevens-series/teamsSo I'm thinking of switching sites to a different gambling platform because maybe Rugby betting on sportsbet does not have the amount of involvement needed, IDK
E D I T 04/12/21
Update on the results from yesterday... Sharks 30 - 16 Bulls Edinburgh 24 - 10 Benetton - unfortunately Benetton couldnt continue their win from Glasgow away to Edinburgh. They now sit in second place behind Leinster but Ulster could go back in to that spot by beating The Ospreys today. Leinster 47 - 19 Connacht - Leinster were not going to have 2 defeats in a row, they proved far too strong for the visiting Connacht.
E D I T 07.12.21
Update from Saturdays games in the URC Ospreys 19-13 Ulster - A bit of an unexpected result, after a great result against the "team to beat" last week Ulster cant back it up. Stormers 19-37 Lions Glasgow Warriors 33-14 Dragons

Straight enough win by Russia yesterday against Sweden which was to be expected although Rublev in the first match was stretched to the tie break in the third set, Medvedev met the second Ymer (Michael) to win in 2 sets.
First of the semi's today Croatia v Serbia, second semi tomorrow Russia v Germany.
I think we all see this going to a Serbia v Russia final ...

Taking advantage of the dip is something most financially adept should think about. Why not buy something at a discount when you know it will only go higher from here- assuming a long-term position? Microstrategy, is up there calculating risks and leaping over them - perhaps something investors with smaller pockets should consider doing... In any case, it is interesting how millions are dropped, it kinda makes you wonder why not buy your 1k worth of BTC now They're long term to bitcoin. Maybe there would be a day that they'll start selling and taking those profits but it's unlikely that it will happen on these seasons. I agree to you that small investors can just see the signal on these steps that they do. If they're buying millions every dip then it's a good position that they're showing that someone has to their time of buying. Currently and for the next few years at least what would they sell into? surely not the thing they are avoiding by buying in the first place - FIAT. Its been almost a year since Michael Saylor used the analogy of "The melting ice block in the back yard" that block of Ice is still melting.
It is unbelievable to see the wealth (which is a fraction of global wealth) which is finding its way into Bitcoin $414,000,000 on this latest buying session and this is only what is being made public. We can be sure there are others buying millions (more or less) who dont have to publicise it.

Point is, I don't think that the current subscriber amount is something to worry about, at least for now. One year from now, assuming that we have a decent amount of content, we can see how the numbers look like and what we can do to improve them, but for now I believe we just should focus on trying to have solid videos, with a good balance between information and our ... "bitcointalk charm/touch" ? Good point (and as usual a great amount of info above). I suppose we should be a bit more patient, something we should all be familiar with. I really hope we get new content at least before Christmas and in order to compete with other channels the content or episodes need to become more frequent.

Bitcoin is outperforming pretty much every other investment including Gold. It is far too easy to focus on the last week in the markets and make a comparison, you gotta zoom out.
Many many traditional investors will still choose Gold as a hedge against inflation and they might diversify a little into Bitcoin too but when the markets pull back like in the case of the reaction to the new variant of COVID some investors will sell their Bitcoin to cover their other investments, so the markets are linked somewhat.

I would say there are a lot of people who have been away from the forum for extended periods at some stage, the main thing is to come back!
Interesting that your 12 year old brother is interested in Bitcoin, are you going to teach him some additional general financial information about FIAT and Inflation? Also teach him about wallets, exchanges and sending/receiving Bitcoin and staying safe.

Indeed, 37 subscribers is not great given the amount of members here on the forum.
More content over time should draw more interest and along with The Pharmacist I think we all were expecting at least another episode by now.

That's a pretty good analysis but the problem is Bitcoin price is unpredictable it could be a trap or you might be right. For now, it's always better to set stop-limit loss and watch for the price movement. And always monitor news because there is some news that has a big impact on the Bitcoin price like the news about COVID above. There are tools that you can use to monitor all news here https://cryptopanic.com/And monitor inflow/outflow on cryptoquant.com for a better analysis. The new Omicron variant is said to influence the financial market again. But this is yet to be seen also in crypto market. Well unfortunately the crypto market is somewhat connected to the financial market because traditional financial investors have infiltrated the crypto scene.
Hard to know if we will get a break out based on similar historical movements, the Bitcoin market this year has bucked many trends along with some of PlanB's predictions, so at the moment I'm not holding my breath for a massive breakout let alone $100,000 year end.

Let's be real here, some day Bitcoin will enter a bear market similar to the crypto winter of 2018, and Microstrategy together with Nayib Bukele will look stupid for buying the dip that keeps dipping and dipping. Buying Bitcoin every single time it falls is really not the smartest strategy, the best strategy is to buy a lot of coins at the bottom of bear market and sell them and the height of bull market.
No, I don't think they will regret it and will look stupid at all. If you notice the average bought price of Bitcoin that is currently held by Microstrategy then you will realize why am I saying that. On the other hand, they aren't like me and you. They could buy in every dip which will help them recover previously bought coin prices quickly. Do you think they are just holding? At least I am not believing them. They announce once they bought, but they will never announce upon selling. Whales always gainer because they could sell it for $70K and perhaps bought it in the $50K zone. Still, will you call them stupid? If they were stupid they shouldn't become a multi-billionaire. I think they are still going to be in profits no matter what. I think the bear market is still far though, just imagine if the price hits $150k, just for the sake of argument and then goes down 50%-60% during a bear market, everyone is still going to make some profits if you bought in <$50k zone. So still win-win situation for this whales. Yeah, they might sold at sometime to make some profits, who doesn't? According to Michael Saylor he is not going to be selling (whether we can believe that is another thing). We can take it that those 7,000 Bitcoin are off the market for the foreseeable future. Regarding their strategy to buy the dips, they do that in line with being able to raise capital, they can only buy with what liquidity they have at any one time. BTD, DCA.

United Kingdom v Germany, its 1 - 1 going into the doubles match. Dan Evans did brilliantly against Gojowczyk but Norrie had a tough match against Struff, I thought he would win that one TBH after narrowly missing out in the first set and then taking the second set but Struff was just too strong in the third.
And so again it comes down to the doubles match with all 4 players seasoned doubles players.

I guess this is good as a basic introduction to Bitcoin, I would hope that they are also being schooled in computer literacy and coding in particular along with the dangers associated with the web.
I guess these kids are 7, 8 or 9 years old? I would hope they learn more and more as they progress to higher classes.
Overall its a good idea if executed correctly and balanced with other relevant material.

As everyone has said sending Bitcoin or altcoin to an address which you can access but some other party has control of is never a good idea but I am one who is taking that risk and have been for a number of months now on the BlockFi platform. I have a small portion of my holding on deposit there earning interest.
The deposit im aware that I dont have control over, meaning if the platform is hacked, or if they decide to lock me out, there is very little I can do.
So along with the reward there is also risk.

Ah its a pity for Italy, Sinner made a great comeback against Cilic who was serving for the match in the second set but unfortunately he and Fognini had to play against the #1 doubles pairing. Fognini's service game was the weak link.
Yes Russia are indeed looking the strongest now but we have seen some surprising results and upsets, players are playing for their country and are part of a team.

Thanks for organising this H_H payments sent to both addresses: 96bf4af32a508c7f15e6c9418623882fcd9d916c898c763ef1c4ef9b5c2f08b8 af9373642e9d0693d9bf3645921bc871fc58a7e8b43914613719677224076a26 I will send a PM with postal details.
In relation to reshipping to @bitdexter @Iced & @Dernoste I will send some PM's requesting addresses and details for payment. As I mentioned before there will be a TAX charge on the items received from Heisenberg_Hunter because he is shipping from outside the E.U, that will be 23%, some E.U countries charge 19% others 25% so its average. Luckily because the value of the items including shipping costs is under €150 there should not be an EXCISE DUTY charge. Yes another draw, both players able to get into a small bit of trouble and get out of it too.
I believe the first pawn move from each player was played by a guest but both Nepomniachtchi and Carlsen refused and played their own pawn positions. Is this a normal start or is it just a symbolic gesture to invite guests to start the match?

Anything is possible with unlimited time and finance. These plans sound very ambitious and will take many years to impliment.
Creating fertiliser for your own garden is not too much hassle, creating fertile soil for 18sq miles is another.
Who is going to work on all these projects for the infrastructure, they would have to be qualified people who know what they are doing.
I could see this working in any existing country, it would essentially be a "commune" it would be far easier to be off grid, self-sufficient and have a sustainable living setup.
