3461  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. on: November 15, 2019, 05:04:39 AM
Another blatant lie. I never asked for free advertising. I told you I thought your site was worthy of a certain amount of BTC per month (before you added a manipulated metric to make yourself appear important) and asked what you would charge me. You then started making trust demands and telling lies about me on the forum when I refused.

You offered to exchange advertising for nastymining seats.    That is free advertising.

When I didn't go along with your demand, you started spreading lies about me.  :/

lol, no. I'll respond to this tomorrow, if anyone actually believes this, I can tell you my confidence in Og dropped significantly in 2016 and I don't even remember what the exchange rate was at the time. If I have to post PMs to prove this, I will, but I don't like doing it.. it's lame, but Og is resorting to doing this with me so I'm not sure I have much of a choice.

I doubt anyone believes this (as indicated by lack of thread interest) but maybe it's also time to start a thread compiling OG's dishonesty and scams?  His BS has nothing to do with me.

Imagine being mad at someone for sending BTC to your coins for years.  Roll Eyes

Imagine being mad cause an inflated sales price was justified by you sending BTC for years, and you only send 1/100BTC.  That sounds a lot more reasonable.

He seemed to be happy with his purchase until the BTC rate jumped.  Huh

That was four years ago - a different time.
You seemed to be happy with my work until I rejected your demand for free advertising.
You PMed me thanking for setting the "douche" Anduck straight.
You were calling Blazed a trust scammer.
You wanted to kick the asses of more than one forum member.

Again, it sounds a lot more reasonable to assume he wants to dump it since it's part of a tax scam and the seller has turned out to be very dishonest.  :/
3463  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Announcing BPIP - The Bitcointalk Public Information Project! on: November 15, 2019, 02:36:40 AM
Could you take a look at it, @Vod? Is it a bug (I have never seen this)?

Looks like some development code got mixed into live data somehow...  thx!
3464  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Hotcryptonews.org - crypto news aggregator on: November 15, 2019, 02:20:43 AM
https://www.coindesk.com/

That has useful news and a much better interface.  :/

(And yes, get SSL.  It's free.)
3465  Other / Meta / Re: Has anyone ever purchased anything through BitcoinTalk on: November 15, 2019, 02:14:16 AM
Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.  I hope you do come out with coins.  I look forward to seeing how they stand up to the same criticism you give other makers and using your own words against you to justify calling you a scammer.  Grin

Very simple... I'll register a business, charge sales tax, and not scam anyone.  Grin

You took after Al Capone - saw weak enforcement and made a killing.   History remembers him, as it will you, as a corrupt scammer.

I'm genuinely excited.

I think that's just another lie.   Tongue  But it is time to build a road map on how to legitimize crypto.
3466  Other / Meta / Re: Has anyone ever purchased anything through BitcoinTalk on: November 15, 2019, 02:01:37 AM
Nice to see you're still able to cherry pick quotes.  Lips sealed  Grin

I'm feeling awfully witty today.

Just FYI - typical OG did an edit immediately after you posted your reply.  Guess you pressed his button :/

I'm working with a legitimate agency to create legitimate coins on a regular basis with artwork supplied by the community.  I'd dump that scammy garbage while it's still worth something.
3467  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Hotcryptonews.org - crypto news aggregator on: November 15, 2019, 01:54:56 AM
Do you have any suggestions how to attract visitors to this type of new website?

Don't attract anyone yet - they will never come back.  :/

Spend time on your design first.  Site looks like a domain landing page.
3468  Other / Off-topic / Re: Marijuana should be legalized.? on: November 12, 2019, 03:41:53 AM
If it's legalised then so many youth will abuse it and end up committing more crimes than ever recorded in each affected countries.

That has not happened in Canada.   13 months and counting - edibles are being rolled out now.
3469  Other / Archival / Re: Support red flag against Merit seller - GreenLighter on: November 10, 2019, 11:21:29 AM
We really don't have the power to take down their posts but just to warn some who are planning to buy but at the end if their posts still exists and they have other modes of communication still a lot of people will be interested in this shit.

We could introduce honey pots.   Make posts selling merits, then flag the ones who buy.  You throw the little ones back with a warning and education on why buying merit is not a good idea.  It is useless to flag sellers in a forum where they can make unlimited accounts.

Suggestions and experience shared would be great. Use of technical words is great too.

They're inside the virus; use the fiber optic AAC microchip to back up their array, or
if we program the firewall, we can get to the SSL antenna through the analog AGP bus!
Above all, try to inject the FTP antenna, maybe it will navigate the haptic transistor!

3473  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Spending-bitcoin.com - The biggest directory of webshops accepting Bitcoin! on: November 08, 2019, 11:28:19 PM
In fact, we've built a custom analytics system that allows us to track user behaviour on our website without storing any of the user's data.

I recently designed the same thing for BPIP.  My system forgets every IP after 24 hours, then it is considered a new visitor.  I would be interested in knowing what you are doing.  Smiley

DoH!  Will this be the end of cloudflare?   How will this forum and other websites handle DDOS attacks?

3477  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: scam extortion money on: November 08, 2019, 01:23:32 AM
vlom, Jollygood, mosprognoz - all the same. Spammers and shitposters, they don't care about the rules. but you can't do anything with them as they are big friends of this forum administration.

I believe you are banned, and you said you were leaving the forum?
3478  Other / Off-topic / Re: Marijuana should be legalized.? on: November 07, 2019, 03:02:44 AM
Marijuana is not as harmful as cigarettes, and Cannabis oil has been proven to treat and cure various forms of cancer, so in my opinion, Marijuana should be legalized, while cigarettes (also known as cancer sticks) should be banned.

PROVEN is a word people like to throw around,  but it actually means you can repeat experiments over and over and get the same results every time.   Are there any studies like this for CBD?
3479  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Announcing BPIP - The Bitcointalk Public Information Project! on: November 06, 2019, 02:56:51 AM
My posts are magically disappearing...

Maybe, but that is not the fault of BPIP.   We don't count your posts, we take the number on your forum profile.

Did you request that web.archive archive your page?  I can't see it doing that to every profile...
3480  Other / Meta / Re: {LIST}of the Merit Sources in a need of bigger/smaller Source Merit Allocation. on: November 06, 2019, 02:41:18 AM
So Everyone who ran out of merit, or has too many sourceMerit please post below and I'll put you in the list.

Wish you had done this a few months ago.  I never could get under 800 sMerits.  Sad  I had to do what Theymos suggested and send 10x the merit to a good post instead of 1 point to 10 mediocre posts.
