3461  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KSA Initiates Slot Arcades Investigation as Role Model Ad Ban Looms on: June 24, 2022, 10:50:19 PM
Today I read in the news that the Dutch Gambling Authority, has prohibited the use of role models in gambling ads. This law will take effect from June 30. The gambling industry is very regulated.
They are not the only country that does this and it's not something new offline casinos are really regulated even our country is regulating them to prevent minors from taking part in them.

Quote
Now casinos will have to get super creative and think outside the box to create captivating adverts. Also, investigations are ongoing regarding the failure of some gambling operators to check and prevent players who registered on the Cruks self-exclusion scheme from gaining access control in slot machine arcades. And they risk getting punished if they are found guilty.
Casinos not to get in trouble should just adhere to what the regulator laid out in their rules, this is gambling and they are strict in implementation because it involves losing money and morality

Quote
Again, this begs the question. Does self-exclusion actually work? And in this case, will the gamblers be punished also for failing to take responsibility for their recovery from addiction despite registering in the self-exclusion scheme?

No, it will not work some gamblers are just and will just ignore it, some of them are not even aware of the casino they are playing have it

3462  Economy / Gambling / Re: KYC casino or no-KYC casino, but with no bonuses/no cashback? on: June 24, 2022, 10:35:43 PM
If you were given a choice, would you play regularly in a cryptocurrency casino WITH KYC, and with added benefits like first deposit/welcome bonuses and cashbacks?

Or would you like to play regularly in a casino, WITHOUT KYC, BUT also without the welcome bonuses, cashbacks and other extra rewards?
If both the choices are with a good reputation I will prefer playing in casinos without KYC, as a gambler, we don't want our sensitive information exposed that is why Cryptocurrency casinos are popular and beating the fiat-based casinos because they are not asking KYC, but we can hardly find casinos with no KYC they always make an exception because of their compliancy and this is also a way to check if one player is cheating the casino.
3463  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Type of Gambler Am I? on: June 24, 2022, 10:08:34 PM
I am a conservative gambler and based on the article the group of gamblers that I'm in is on the safe side and I want to remain o this group as long as I can because I know the many risks if ever I wander from this group and change my attitude and mindset in gambling, people should strive to be a conservative gambler, its safe and you can go out proud that you are gambling with the right attitude.

Quote
Conservative gamblers likely place a modest budget or time limit on their gambling and stick to it whether they win or lose. This practice makes problematic or addictive gambling very rare among conservative gamblers.
3464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you trust a gambler with your money/savings? on: June 24, 2022, 09:57:27 PM

Questions for discussion
- Are gamblers eligible to hold financial positions?
- Do problem gamblers deserve a second chance to hold a financial position?

Many gamblers do but there's always a risk of using the company's funds to sustain their addiction, that is why they are always suspected when there's an investigation when there is malversation of the funds.

And I don't think they deserve a second chance until they are totally cured of their addiction, they are a bomb waiting to explode and use the company's money so it's better not to entrust the company's position that involves financial position to protect the company and the person also

3465  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Casinos Vs Ethereum Casinos on: June 24, 2022, 09:35:42 PM
After reading this article, I thought about starting to use an Ethereum Casinos. What do you think about this?
https://cryptogeek.info/en/blog/btc-eth-casinos
P.S. There is no casino advertising in the article.

I have not yet played on Ethereum casinos because they are not popular yet and the community is more on supporting Bitcoin-based casinos because obviously, you cannot have an Ethereum-based casino because this section only accepts casinos that accept Bitcoin or one of its options, many of the points of that article are true but it still comes down to reputation and your preference and its very clear what the community's choice is.
3466  Economy / Gambling / Re: ($10 FREE BET) 8bethub - Innovative, enhanced and fair Dice gambling experience on: June 23, 2022, 10:12:03 PM
I registered hoping to use that bonus for testing the site, but It looks like I am late for the party

Nonetheless;

1. When one is registering, you don't give them an option to confirm if the password they entered is indeed what they intended to use. There should be another password confirmation slot.

2.  Your terms and conditions don't mention the restricted countries

Checked your time stamp while posting and they still did not include or post on their terms what are the restricted countries, the community and serious players always look at what's on the term and it should be corrected and proofread so it will be error-free and people will not think that you are in a hurry building your site, I also notice that you have the word Bitcointalk on your homepage but it's not redirecting to Bitcointalk forum, you have to configure it to link here in your official announcement thread.
3467  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bitlucy.com scamming me for 563 usd on: June 23, 2022, 10:02:27 PM
OP, here is the last post Royse777 made in which he explained what happened with bitlucy:
Royse777, Bitlucy and long story in brief

He said there are only four customers who filled out the form and he will try to reimburse them by sending them their initial deposits. I don't know if you are one of those four customers who filled out the form but if you are not, try contacting him and see if you can reach an arrangement.

Bitlucy has taken a toll on Royse777 reputation I just notice he has an existing flag because of collaboration with Bitlucy although Royse777 has explained his side of the story, I don't think this is going to be the last one and many more complaints like this one will pop up here in Bitcointalk, I hope this thread will contribute to the awareness of people about Bitlucy's state, its not worth playing here anymore.
3468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bear markets are a time for building, development and research on: June 23, 2022, 09:48:00 PM

Also, it is important that you should not be wasteful with the money, bitcoins or stablecoins you have left for investing. The market might be bad for months, years or longer. Be cautious and do the research. Invest in good development teams.

Nobody wants to waste time and money searching for the best up-and-coming coin in the market but even a coin with what you think will have good potential in the market can fail their investors and supporters, I have seen that happen so many times, investing in the market now is like a box of chocolate you never know what you are going to get, this bear market could take us long to recover and you may have to double our effort and of course you need to invest only what you can afford to lose.
3469  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on transgender only events? on: June 23, 2022, 12:05:08 PM
it's not fair and it's not good for the general welfare of the sports, we don't want to come where the majority of athletes are transgender because sports organizations will have an edge in fielding transgender, even if science thinks they have a valid findings that transgender has no edge over a true woman still the psychological edge is always there.

I agree that they should have their own events they have a place in the sporting events but they should compete with their kinds for the sake of fairness and integrity of the sports community.
3470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are bounty programs or airdrops more profitable to participate in? on: June 23, 2022, 01:51:40 AM
Can you make more money participating in bounties or airdrops? I made the most money doing airdops so far, like the one from Uniswap, but long term, I think bounties like the one from candlelabsdotorg will pay off better. What do you think? Which of these methods of earning free crypto should I pursue?

I think you are new to bounty hunting, just when so many people are already giving up or complaining about bounty hunting you are discussing profit, even these airdrops are not profitable anymore I have one wallet dedicated to airdrops and have received over 50 airdrops and only two of them are converted to profit, profit from doing bounty are a thing of the past, although there are few worth working with there are so many participants and small allocation that it will not satisfy your effort.

3471  Economy / Gambling / Re: risk of kyc on crypto casinos ? on: June 22, 2022, 10:24:39 PM
Looking for more crypto casino options, used to play on stake but had kyc asked over,is there any that has absolutely 0% chance of that being asked ?
Not all Stake.com players are being asked it's not mandatory its when they detect something unusual on your account, or if you win a huge amount and want to make sure that you are not underage and you are not located in a restricted area, it is an industry practice and every reputable casino adhere to this policy of their license issuer.

ps: if you are a winning player (i know its rare or impossible) or won a big jackpot on any crypto casino, i would like some tips if you can,i can pay for your time,my telegram is @ ellieljonzz

You can do that on sports betting but on luck-based games, I don't think there are tips that guaranteed you to win, the winner will just tell you if you are lucky
3472  Economy / Gambling / Re: bitcoin roulete on: June 22, 2022, 03:03:44 PM
each address  means a number
so you just send btc to one of addresses and means the bet is placed

on each block our software will get all bettings .. and check last digits of the block hash  from there determinate winner

Sounds interesting and gives roulette a new twist, and if you have the script and its in a testing stage you can create a video for it and then post it here a video or an image can explain what a thousand words can't, we really never know if it's going to be a hit or a bust unless we see the actual game, the community loves to see something new, and innovative concept, so go for it create it and show it to all of us.
3473  Economy / Gambling / Re: This is madness. Something super more than DeepSum on: June 22, 2022, 12:45:29 PM

10.000.000 bets equal running on Primedice for 10 months. Only simulation can do this.

Simulations are unrealistic, you're a professor you should know better if you posted something like this you should also post your own opinion not asking for others opinion, so people doubted you for posting they thought you are on something bad like selling script or borrowing money, people did not see the point of you posting this, because you are not telling us anything, very unlikely for a professor, you left us all speculating without giving your own reason for posting this.
3474  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔹1win.pro 🔹| iGaming Platform | Crypto&Fiat | Bonus +500% To the first deposit on: June 21, 2022, 09:51:01 PM
Welcome to bitcointalk.org sir and congratulation for your company.

Here you'll find the best bitcoin gambling community. I like your website, but please, add more promotion.

PS: I've sent to you a PM  Wink Wink

Have you seen their 500% deposit bonus but you can only avail a max of $1150 deposit bonus, which means, if you deposited at least $230? That's very generous already but keep an eye on other conditions like bets should have coefficient of more than 3 to activate their bonus. But hey, if you are an avid sportsbettor, their deposit bonus is a very attractive promotion. Also, check out their current twitter promotion.

@1win, is the twitter giveaway of $5k be equally divided to those 200 lucky winners?
Well, something that excites me a lot is that they do this type of event, I am also surprised that they want to reward 200 players, this is something that really catches my attention, this way they can really achieve a large number of demand on the site and traffic, this It is a quite radical marketing strategy and I am sure that it will generate a lot of profits, I do not know how much traffic they have per day, but seeing the platform is very complete, I think that if they continue like this they can become one of the best casinos , I also like the speed with which the games are executed, this is something remarkable.

For a new casino they are very generous I hope they can keep up giving these bonuses it will entice a lot of gamblers to play here and new players to try out their casino, I just noticed that OP is not very active here anymore, he's not active here for over a week, 11 days to be exact, he need to at least log in here read and answers questions and opinions or bump the thread and since they are capable of giving bonuses why ot launch a signature campaign.
3475  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Looking for signature campaign 👀 on: June 21, 2022, 02:29:51 PM
Hi there

I don't think that with your rank you'll easily find a signature campaign for you, take a look here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0

If you will find a campaign and decide to partecipate in it, please, check every data and know what are you going to advertise (there are also scam activity that promotes here with signature campaign, so be careful).

Yes you are right . The link you have give there's only one campaign which has slot for member but that's a shit scam project  Cry. Right now I waiting for a campaign like gamdom  which is managed by Yahoo Cry
Even if there's one coming you have to work your way and a lazy post like this will not get you in a good campaign, do your research instead of asking and spoonfeed it to you, and don't be too picky there are a lot of good posters that's having a hard time getting in a good campaign because of the competition among posters.
3476  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Macau's Casino Operation Continues Despite The Latest Outbreak on: June 21, 2022, 12:30:00 PM
It may not be the right decision but they are desperate to keep their economy moving, if they stopped the operation they will have to deal with a massive loss of revenues, unemployment, and the rising cost of prices, it's like the needs justify the end.

I'm sure they will have a strict protocol on this, to make sure there will no additional spike, this is what happens if one's economy is fully dependent on one industry, they don't want to happen to them what happened to Bangladesh, they need to keep employment and cash flow coming.
3477  Economy / Gambling / Re: ZHB77.com: [USDT/RMB Betting] BIG BONUS [Quick Payout] 真好博亚洲新娱乐网 on: June 20, 2022, 01:55:16 AM
I like your design and your loading time but unfortunately, you are promoting in an English-based forum, I can't see where can I access the link to translate the whole homepage to English like other casinos I've seen on their homepage where the translated version is prominently displayed.
You should configure it in a way that it can be accessible for the benefit of our members who are the majority understand English as their second or first language.
3478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Meta Mask Potential Airdrop on: June 18, 2022, 11:23:49 PM
I think metamask airdrop will be the biggest airdrop of 2022. It has not been introduced yet but I have a feeling it will be this year. A lot of speculations on how its gonna be but no one really knew the process or selection they are going to do. Metamask is known to be a big wallet project and surely everyone uses it.

A free airdrop tokens of metamask could be a game changer like uni, dydx and many more.
But the biggest question is the requirements and the distribution, whales and scam developers are likely to benefit from these airdrops because of the transactions and the number of tokens in their metamask wallet, I hope they go with older wallets, if there is an official announcement it will create a big buzz as the majority of the community are metamask users, I think many of us here have metamask as their first wallet in Ethereum and Binance
3479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk sued for 258 billion USD over alleged Dogecoin pyramid scheme. on: June 18, 2022, 11:10:04 PM

Elon Musk is about to get sued for alleged Dogecoin pyramid scheme. We all knew that his Dogecoin shilling will come back and bite him in the a$$. Grin
Is dogecoin a pyramid scheme? Is this a rhetorical question? Grin Any doge supporters here?

https://www.reuters.com/legal/transactional/elon-musk-sued-258-billion-over-alleged-dogecoin-pyramid-scheme-2022-06-16/

If Dogecoin is a pyramid scheme then all the other coins or the entire market is a pyramid scheme, and the accuser will have a hard time proving this in court he needs outstanding lawyers against Elon Musk's battery of lawyers, this suit will go nowhere and the accuser just want to make money because he loses a lot from making bad decisions in the market, lovers loves to blame people for their misery
3480  Economy / Gambling / Re: The most rewarding referral system on: June 18, 2022, 10:53:34 PM
If you have 10000 and you don't have a single whale or big spender that's tough luck

Been there. Definitely promoted my reflink through shitty service that netted such.

Wow that's awful there's a possibility that service are employing bots and fake referrals but referring gamblers to a gambling site is still one way to make income from gambling I have one friend who can sustain his gambling session from two referrals because one of his referrals is a whale who always make a huge bet and his referral rewards is just enough to keep him playing for several hours.
