Every site has their own time frame to resolving issue and if the problem need to be investigated the team will take longer time than it expected to reply back as the reply will probably come along with the site decision on the issue. Op can choose to create or keep this thread as their ANN thread. For me, a non-moderated ANN thread is good because it will give assurance that posts are not deleted by OP, and this thread is good because people can read comments and feedback from the moment the business is just planning to launch until it's officially launched.
