It is highly unlikely that Bitcoin will go below $20k becuase Institutional support is well in tact. Technically speaking as long as Bitcoin stays above 21 Weekly Moving average, it is in Bullish zone and it is highly probable that it will break previous ATH or even can go 100K. In case it goes below 21 weekyly MA  and breaks previos low of  29K then we can not predict where will be the Bottom and  BTC may crash like what happened in 2018.

Your long term prediction of Bitcoin price looks okay and it is likely to happen by the end of 2021 or first quarter of 2022. The current scenerio is range bound where Bitcoin is moving between 44K to 47K  and BTC is facing tough resistance above 47K. It won't get into Bullish zone unless breaks 50k and makes two green candles on 4Hrs chart to confirm the trend.

Though Transaction fee has not come down on Ethereum network as yet  but team is working on it to bring it down to reasonable level. After after the upgrade Ethereum coins are countnousaly being burnt which mean less supply in the market which will ultimately push it to new ATH . It has already gained $1000 after the successful implementation of upgrade project but it has not shown its real colour. My expectation of Ethereum Price is between 8 to 10K before the end of 2021. I think it won't be easy for every country  to follow the foot prints of El Salvador   which has very narrow base of its economy that is income from Remittances. Generally economies have broad base of income including exports where we deal with large number of countries and payments are made through banking channels by Fiat currencies so how this npayment issue will be resolved if buyer of your exports refuses to pay in Bicoin. In short there are lot of issues need to be resolved before Bitcoin payment system is adopted on Governments  level.
