One month is a long period of time. At least two weeks is long enough to accuse them of scam. Because a reputable casino company would not take long to respond to any discussion from any channel be a social media or email. And their communicational channels must be active to respond any chat. And till this one month interval there is no respond from the customer care service then then have scammed you. OP, You have to provide some information about the accusation.
