As much as I don't know the part of the world you are in, I still doubt it unless it is the time of war or the land and properties you bought are prone to flood and other natural disasters.

If not, real estate will always be booming all over the world, they are the best in using to beg your money from depreciating in your bank account if you can't invest it in the USD that is somewhat reliable in the long run. Its not a subject I would debate too long as its ultimately upto the individual, like Christianity and the majority of other faiths there are varying interpretations of the main body to that belief system.  Some places its considered ok and some it would be illegal but I think everywhere excessive gambling with no control that leads to ruin is always considered a total negative to be avoided like many other activities that can turn negative if overdone.

That is the temptation of gambling that a person will obtain if he manages to win a lot of money. But there are really some situations which it cant really be that avoided where identification would be heard upon considering that there would really be sayings around that you are the winner or something that

Indeed. If you're a devoted person you'll follow your religion's belief and will refrain to commit something against it. On the other side, if he kept it secret to other people then he will be out of something unfortunate that might happen. But obviously he failed to do so. Don't you all think that in the course of we trying to show off this kind of winnings to friends, families, colleagues etc, we end up drawing known and unknown enemies to ourselves?

The heart of man is desperately wicked, Man destroy and kill his fellow man out of envy and jealousy, they celebrate your success with you in your front, but when you are not there, they device means to bring you down, or even kill you.

I think people should learn to keep their success stories away from physical people, because as they joy and praise you physically, secretly, they might not be as much happy as they appear physically.

If I am eager to share my success story, I prefer to do it online where no body knows me In person, like this forum, doing this offline with family, friends, colleagues, etc.. I think is too risky.

Christians also do not like gambling, if a Christian plays bet is like the person has backslide from his faith. And other Christ would see the person who gamble as person that is not yet born again.


And as the guy who won the odd. I believed the amount he  won might convert some Muslims to test betting. Truthfully it is not good for a strong believer of a particular religion to play gambling.
