When any Person of this forum get connected with any fraudulent work or supporting any kinda work which is really harmful for rest of us and investor.Is it the only punishment to give him red trust.
I believe negative rating with reference link pointing to why someone was tagged is more than enough. Before giving RED TRUST to anyone i think DT members obviously investigate properly.but my question is isn't it alarming when we see someone have 1000 merits but got red trust. You are confusing merit, rank and trust.
If you break forum rules then you should get warned (red tag) it does not matter if you have 1000 merits or you are a legendary member or even admin. Rules are rules. However, a defaulter should have enough rights to explain his reasons. If the reasons are not satisfactory then don't remove the red.
If someone do an on forum bad act (breaking rules) which is confirmed, then tag them but it's too much when you tag someone because you think this could lead to that. The experience you have had and the experience others have are not same besides just because you are a DT does not mean that you are a mind reader.
A confirmed rule breaker should defiantly get red tag, does not matter if he has 1000 merits and even a Legend. And in it I do not see any spoiling on the forum fame.

No, they didn't provide their last name (maybe afraid of the Google search engine). They don't want to provide fresh images or professional links for the team (do they exist?). Stole images from other people - like the one she stole for herself from that model (stock image) and put her face on it ( or is she that model?). Maybe parts of the team are photos used from deceased people like the EPS scam that she was "promoting". We know that she is real, but she has so many names and haircuts (or wigs), wondering why. Trying to hide something, or maybe running from someone or her past. Interesting that in the last 24 hours she went around changing things and pictures on her profiles in many places on the web..Profiles that she didn't access in a long time... Google is good at finding things, from dating sites to dna tests.  We already made our decision about this ICO and we posted in many other websites. Guess what, another name showed up Also, video posted in their announcement topic is uploaded to youtube somewhere in 2016 and who knows when it was filmed. They have repeatedly stated that the team and whitepaper will be uploaded in August, and have been completely transparent in this fact over their Telegram community. In fact, their whitepaper was released today. You just mentioned they said the team page will be up before the ICO, and the website clearly says the ICO is on the 1st of September... I can prove that the team is not a fake. I think I already did it.
1. By law, the publication of other people's photos without permission is a violation of privacy. I did not give permission to anyone.

Second, you posted these pictures here, in this topic, together with facebook and VK profiles which, if you scroll this topic up, raised certain questions, from me, potential investor - I linked them with dates, from social media which YOU provided, nothing more. 2) No one asked you for money. Stop lying. Why did you post 4 year old picture available on social media as a proof that this project is legit? I can find these pictures myself like I can find 4 year old pictures of anyone who has them on their social media. People don't run around with old pictures and ranting about lawsuit if their project is legit when potential investor ask them simple question, especially for charity project. And on side note, hypothetically speaking, do you think someone holding shotgun looks like person who is behind charity program?
3. If the posts are not deleted - I will pass all the information to our lawyers. According to them, more than 4 norms of the law have been violated. Lately some forum members exposed many (initial coin offering) scams with fake team members, fake whitepapers, stolen content from other sites etc, and they included pictures and names(real and fake) as a part of their investigation. This post made me wonder are we breaking forum rules with posting such things, pictures, names and so on (no matter most of them are fake): I think I can publish any of my photos. But the publication of my photos without my permission is a violation of my rights.
We do not hide behind strangers, this is our photo.
And further - the project economy suffers because of these posts. This is direct harm. I suggest removing posts from the topic. I hope you understand that the project and its team are not sсam. Anyway, user behind that post has already posted pictures from vk.com of one of their team members http://archive.is/YvwmF#selection-1537.0-1537.16 and their picture and pictures of their team members are/were publicly available at their ICO site.
