By the way, that hand is strange, try to put your hand on that position, with a thumb facing outside. - changed color of eyes, changed nose, added that ugly black straight hair wig. The rest of the team we are investigating. We found some information that will share more later. But we would like to ask you all to join this investigation.

I asked simple question, as I see two different names and two different locations in social media accounts which were given by AlexDevICO here - which one is it? As potential investor I have certain doubts and this is not a way to talk to potential investors. So how about some fresh pictures, not 4 years old pictures from VK which has been hacked 2 years ago https://thehackernews.com/2016/06/vk-com-data-breach.html? You seems don't have problem showing 4 years old pictures but you rant when potential investor ask you new pictures. That certainly raise more questions about this project, and I believe, that I, potential investor have every right to ask you everything about your project and your team members which are publicly available anyway, don't you think? |

I think I can publish any of my photos. But the publication of my photos without my permission is a violation of my rights.
We do not hide behind strangers, this is our photo.
And further - the project economy suffers because of these posts. This is direct harm. I suggest removing posts from the topic. I hope you understand that the project and its team are not scam.

1. By law, the publication of other people's photos without permission is a violation of privacy. I did not give permission to anyone.
From the team members I have these permits. Only on published photos.
2. Unfounded accusations in the scam harm the economy of the project. I consider this as wrecking, slander or extortion of money.
3. If the posts are not deleted - I will pass all the information to our lawyers. According to them, more than 4 norms of the law have been violated.

1) You posted pictures on social media profiles which are publicly available so there isn't any violation of privacy because you lost your privacy the moment you posted these pictures on social media. Second, you posted these pictures here, in this topic, together with facebook and VK profiles which, if you scroll this topic up, raised certain questions, from me, potential investor - I linked them with dates, from social media which YOU provided, nothing more. 2) No one asked you for money. Stop lying. Why did you post 4 year old picture available on social media as a proof that this project is legit? I can find these pictures myself like I can find 4 year old pictures of anyone who has them on their social media. People don't run around with old pictures and ranting about lawsuit if their project is legit when potential investor ask them simple question, especially for charity project. And on side note, hypothetically speaking, do you think someone holding shotgun looks like person who is behind charity program?

I do not think I should justify myself for someone for my photos, which I posted. Those photos that are laid out for the project - to refer to the project, but not others.
What does the photo with the gun have to do with the project? Are you out of your mind?
You wig is not that, then the photos are not those.
Who gives you the right to judge?

Listen monkey, first of all I have never said this project is fake. Second, if I ever invest in this project I want to make sure that information provided by team is real. Giving old photos, avoiding questions, threatening with lawsuit and so one is not really a way to deal with potential investor who has certain questions. Old photo in a social network with a gun.

Yeah, I already noticed them in their announcement topic, together with this brand new account BiteClone registered just few moments ago to say specifically in their topic "are you normal"  Energy solution, charity...what's next?  Arbitrage, lending, medical, AI...betman  It is interesting how they are refusing to give something which they've already given - pictures of their team. I mean, they posted 4 years old pictures, they posted facebook account, VK account, AlexDevICO has given their name and said that pictures posted by ICOethics are his but they have problem with new pictures, even after they asked do we need more photos. And to be honest, as potential investor, I really want to know which team member is this shitposter RobertNOD, if you look at his post history http://archive.is/ys56h#selection-1871.36-1871.37 it seems that they discovered project few months ago, but this post certainly raise more questions http://archive.is/hU1sD#selection-6537.0-6537.41 (as no one said anything about photo of a man holding a gun) and together with that brand new account saying the same "are you normal" question. Is it so hard to give something to your potential investor? It is 5 minutes of work, few selfies with today's date.

This information is great, she isn't alone on this one:  With this new information, what else needs to be added to show that these people don't have good intentions. Using a picture of a deceased person in a scam, it is sad and it is disgusting. We recommend you Alex and Leraroza to take your Help-coin ICO project behind a barn and shoot it! |
