3481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Honest opinion poll about the potential of NFT on: April 12, 2021, 09:42:31 PM
My honest take here is that,
NFT  will continue to exist, it will rule, and later it dies just like how Defi shows to us. And for sure, after this, there is another set of crypto projects that will come and probably the same cycle that we might experience.
If I'm going to invest it, that will be a short-term goal, it hypes and dies pretty quick. I hope I'm wrong.
3482  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: beginner trader: Are trading signals and bots worth it? on: April 12, 2021, 02:12:23 PM
Bots defitinetely have advantages. There are two important point, I think you should be aware of:

1.Bots can be as much as useful in your own hands. I mean you need to know idea behind the bots and how to use them in your favor during your trading. Bakctest and papertrade them first see the micro and macro shortfalls and fix them and test them again. If you consider the bots  something like a magic wand, just turn it on and let the money flow in, I strongly do not advice you to use bots.

2. The platform you are using in order to create your bots, I would suggest the well known and transparent platforms. I personaly prefer platforms that lets me create my own bots and test them out. I dont really prefer some shady bots that are created by someone else.
That being said, it is the answer to why the majority don't have the interest in buying Bots, paying signal trading because we don't have trust with them. If you don't trust them, it gonna be the same as the other thinks about them. It simple, why not having our own, of they can do it, that also possible that we can make it. And might they are doing this to trick us and to fool us.
But if you don't have knowledge about trading, about crypto, seeing this word "instant" seems to be eye-catching that usually noobs actually being a victim.
3483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If BNB will reach $500, what's next? on: April 12, 2021, 01:15:36 PM
So what are you waiting for? More money should be used for buying binance coin

If  it's me I will not join the train, it's too late, riding is too risky especially for long term hold. BNB is good but I think with the recent bullish movement, it's becoming overvalued and I'm afraid as it pump big time, it would also fall big time. I'll relax and wait until it dropped again, and I'm not bearish though as I think BNB could reach anytime soon before correction happens.
3484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tips on how to place sports bets on: April 12, 2021, 12:49:29 PM
How come dice was included here when we are just talking about sports betting?

Maybe one suggestion that would help is don't bet on parlays, and don't chase your bets by doing live betting.
Based on experience, these kind of bets are killing our bankroll, especially on live betting, if we are chasing, sometimes it will result to wiping out our entire bankroll, so always stay discipline in controlling your emotion.

That's a fair point. I guess it might have been better to include something about potentially misleading games that are really just disguised random number generators - like virtual horses for example. There is no skill involved in them, but lots of gambling sites add functionality that imitates real horse racing (like "tips", "previous form" and "history"). Most people will know this already, but some might be fooled by betting on such things.

The thing is, we choose sports betting because we believe we do have a good chance of winning here, unlike on luck based games which are purely based on luck, here we can use our skills and develop if it if we are not that consistent yet, but it always comes with discipline which is to focus on sports betting alone.
3485  Economy / Speculation / Re: small price correction after this bullrun on: April 11, 2021, 10:32:33 PM
But I believe that these institutional investors are already prepared for this to come. All of us are expecting this, Bullish season turns to bearish market, it happens in the past and therefore, we can surely experience this again and again. It seems the cycle continues but the problem is we never know when, that gonna be a puzzle.
But most of the time our expectations fail, the market keeps on growing, people also continue buying, and these huge changes come for me to think that if ever there is market correction it is not the same as what happens in the previous years. Where not possibly be going down hard.
3486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any recommended altcoins for this upcoming months? on: April 11, 2021, 10:12:30 PM
Maybe you could think about the cheapest coin this time if you are just investing only $30. There's a lot of them actually, but considering the fees, you might not look for ERC20 tokens right?

But if you can increase your capital, you have a lot of choices. NFT is becoming hot this time, so probably worth to invest but we can sure that it lasts for long just like how Defi projects ended shortly and many of them turn into dead and scammy projects.

3488  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 11, 2021, 09:46:04 AM
The Lakers without AD and James won the Nets by 25 points. It looks like Drummond turned out to be very useful for the Lakers, considering that he has made two double-doubles in a row after injury. Did someone bet on the Lakers? What were the odds?
Maybe the ejection of Kyrie Irving had a huge impact to the team itself as they lose their one of the scoring leaders. I know that the Lakers didn't have AD and LBJ at that game but they still have really good players. THT, Drummond and McLemore really did stepped up and made this huge upset.

This might be a statement against the Nets that they can also win against them and can make a back to back championship Smiley. Nets are the favorites right now of winning the championship but if one of them are either injured, ejected or at least will not play then it might cause a huge effect to the team itself. :|

We didn't expect this to happen but it happen, Lakers are just so smart, their defense is superb in this game and they won it with a good margin, biggest upset but Lakers is a great team so it's not so surprising for the fans or believers of the Lakers, I'm sure AD and Lebron were happy watching the game.
3489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No year of altcoins coming. All the big money is pouring into bitcoin. on: April 10, 2021, 11:05:27 PM
At the start of the bull run it seemed like bitcoin was going to get all the attention, but I guess we were all wrong, currently bitcoin is moving slowly while several altcoins having been causing some buzz in the market, bnb, trx, xrp and the rest, it feels like altcoin season have started already and I would also like to mention that bitcoin has dropped significantly, so the bull run is no longer about bitcoin anymore.
That is very noticing at first, the majority were pouring their money into Bitcoin but as it reaches the new ATH, they are looking for some gain potentials into altcoins. And apparently, they are not wrong with their decision, maybe some regrets neglecting to see it. But for those who start to accumulate them before the surge, they are much profitable now compared to Bitcoin.
3490  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I have a few beginner questions regarding crypto trading on: April 10, 2021, 10:42:52 PM
After falling down the rabbit hole of learning how to mine, and learning how to build a mining rig, learning how that stuff works, I learned what I needed to learn and decided that I cannot afford to start mining right now.

...

3. I've heard mentions in forums and youtube that people who trade prefer to store their crypto in wallets outside of an exchange for security reasons. If I'm understanding that right, that instead of storing their crypto in wallets that you can make on your coinbase account, they store it in a paper wallet or something. Am I understanding that right? And if so, what security risk am I taking by storying the crypto that I've invested in, in wallets that I created in my coinbase account?
Absolutely, right! But of course, you can still use your Coinbase account, however, if you are thinking about the security of your fund, never let your funds stay there for long or we have to say that you will consider this a fund keeper and just withdraw it when you need money. Because if you are aware of hacking, you are closer to that, who knows exactly if Coinbase will be the target of the hackers. Or there might have an inside job hacking incident.

3491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 10, 2021, 01:30:41 PM
How about Zion’s play tonight! That kid is becoming the superstar everyone knew he could be. A career high in rebounds tonight to go along with a win over the 76ers and thirty-seven points. Only the second player in NBA history to go 35-15-5 by that age...

He's indeed becoming the player what everyone expects. I guess he ain't a bust, he's a freak. The size, the speed and agility the kid got it all. He'll become a better all around player than LeBron in the future and he'll be able to achieve more records. If this young pelicans team will stay for the next 5 years, I'm quite sure they'll win a championship. They're a team stacked with future superstar in the making.

I don't think they'll win a championship, its too early to tell. The trend now says that you have to make a superteam in order to win a championship, and that means 2 or 3 all star players in a team, Pelicans does not have that for now.

Cone sees Slaughter flourishing with NorthPort: 'He needs the game to be built around him'

Just to let him feel upset on the trade, lol.. The fact that they let him go, it means they don't need him anymore as they are not satisfied with his performance, I'm not sure if that statement is really serious.
3493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance raised withdrawal fees again? on: April 09, 2021, 10:58:53 PM
Binance want more and more money, as usual. And they want to push you to use BUSD
If they want to push using BUSD it's not matter at all since there is benefit on using their stablecoin instead of tether and usdc. I know this cause I'm taking advantage of the busd. Holding it, can give you free token reward from launchpool and no fee on trading busd pair tokens. If you used usdt on trading the fee is huge unlike using busd which is totally free.
And, we are not forced to do it unless if we like it to do so. Binance wanted to promote their BSC and that is clearly their strategy but worried if that only be the reason that people will look for another exchange.
Binance is on the lead now among other exchanges and that brings them confidence with their decisions and they know that the trust from their users will stick to them no matter if the fees will increase.
3494  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corruption and Sports on: April 09, 2021, 11:15:26 AM

Same as this is the gambling, more key players are involved with match fixing even after getting huge sum of money after every match winning/losing. Why certain sportsmen have such greed towards money when people are starving to have a single meal on a day.
People who are doing this are ruining the reputation of the sports where they belong, they are not the top players and officials of the sports so they want to destroy it, they only want money and they don't care about the organizations, we have these kinds of people in every organization, we have a saying in every jungle there are snakes, so don't be surprised if we have these kinds of people in the sporting world.

The government has to act on this, this is betrayal of public trust because sports are supported by fans and the fans are the public. The greed for money is the main reason, but without a strong implementation of law, this would become rampant.
3495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: April 09, 2021, 10:48:37 AM
Looks like we are reading more news of this fight now... I have a feeling that this will happen this coming June 5.

how about this one?
https://www.boxingnews24.com/2021/04/manny-pacquiao-is-dangerous-for-terence-crawford-says-tim-bradley/

Manny Pacquiao Is Dangerous For Terence Crawford Says Tim Bradley

Quote
By Chris Williams: Tim Bradley says that Manny Pacquiao is a “dangerous” fight for Terence Crawford because he’s got the talent to take advantage of all his flaws.

The former two-division world champion Bradley reveals that he’s sparred over 100 rounds with WBO welterweight champion Crawford (37-0, 28 KOs). He saw holes in his game that a fighter like Pacquiao (62-7-2, 39 KOs) would take full advantage of.

This is contrary to what other think that Pacquiao will be in danger in this fight.
3496  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with high volume + low leverage vs. small volume + high leverage? on: April 08, 2021, 11:41:25 PM
If you are afraid to lose a lot, better to take low leverage. Even the profit is small but if that only be consistent and doing it so well, it still accumulates into bigger profit in the end.
However, most of the time traders will choose those strategies that could give a huge possible return but they never saw possible big losses. That is why we mostly seeing many traders had failed and claim that trading is not for them.
3497  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Recovering losses on: April 08, 2021, 11:21:37 PM
Recovering our losses will take time, we don't need to hurry but it should be in a timely manner. Controlling our emotions is very important in times like this, otherwise, instead of aiming to recover them all, we are driving more to lose everything we have.

In your case, I think you are doing it right.
Quote
my strategy is to go very slow, buying the dips with 2x or 3x leverages and recover bitcoin over period of next 6 months.
People who usually think about trading as an easy money generator are also those most likely they fail. And they keep failing as they aren't able to manage themselves but letting their emotions drive them to wrong decisions and continue to make mistakes.
3498  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Cotto vs Marquez - Exhibition match on: April 08, 2021, 10:19:18 AM
But lets just see this fight for sure will give a time to watch this bout since this two fighter are quite good opponent of Pacman.

Fans would easily remember these two fighters as two great opponent of Pacman, particularly Marquez where he fought a series of fight but in the end it was Marquez who won but just due to a lucky punch, a one time punch KO. Some even say that Marquez is a coward for not giving Pacman a chance for a rematch even if he was offered with big money.

check this news out. https://www.boxingscene.com/marquez-reveals-he-rejected-100-million-fifth-pacquiao-bout--123560

As a fan I was also looking for that to happen but it seems like Marquez has already closed the door of a possibility, it doesn't sound that Marquez doesn't need money anymore that's why he rejected that big offer, what I think is that he doesn't want to lose against Pacquioa has he know he was just lucky on that win.
Lucky or not but still is a loss, people would really just make out those presumptions towards that fight outcome. If he rejected out a big offer then its a personal reason
and its non of our business on whats the reason behind that but you know people would always have a criticism everytime they do saw a particular event.

These are public figure, without their fans they would not make money, so it's always our business to speculate what are the reasons.. He was offered with a huge money and yet he decline, probably the win is more important that he can be proud of. Lucky or not, you are right it doesn't matter because a win is a win and we should give that to Marquez as as respect to him.

Majority does see that Pacquiao is much better than Marquez which i do agree.

Which I do not,.... Pacquiao is obviously better than Marquez in overall. Hello, he is an 8th division world champion, no one has achieved that yet.

He is a legend.
3499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt season NOw on: April 08, 2021, 10:00:38 AM
As per the all the researches. Now commenced the Alt Season. Lot of giant youtubers , Websites indicates that alt season started.

I also personally believe that April for ALT. What is your experiences and view about this ?
I think that starting this month until may will be the span of the altseason if the pattern of the previous altseason will be the same as todays happening. I am so excited to see how my hodling burst up and pump massively especially BNB and XRP.
I don't think it is this month alone, I believe that Alts or maybe some of them have been rising in price since the beginning of the year, In particular BNB for me cos I have more than 50% of my investment in there, though there is this speculation that this month April is going to be another huge pumps for Alts so lets see how that will play out.

We never know but as the market stays bullish, there will be more pump to be seen, just relax and enjoy the pump but always remember that selling is vital to enjoy the bull run, we don't wanna be left staring in our portfolio going down once the huge corrections starts. Bitcoin has not been making new ATH again, it's stuck a bit and moving from predictable range,  if it goes to $70k, then that's another story and more pump for altcoins could happen.
3500  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not hide your hard feelings about trading; share the experiences on: April 07, 2021, 11:29:58 PM
I start trading so bad and I sometimes think about quitting. Well, the fact is that we never grow if we have a negative mindset and if we let this negativity wins, it surely makes you down and never succeeds.
A newbie will think about winning, not losing. That is why we have to work hard, improve ourselves, and enhance our trading skills that is because we wanted something grateful. If we have such a feeling of being hopeless to gain profit due to previous failure and we think we can't reach our goal, that surely drives you out.
