3481  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin for the rich, not the poor on: February 09, 2017, 09:40:24 AM
I do not think it is for the rich. Why would it be? Fees are not a big problem because we actually have a choice. You can pay $10, $1, $0.10 or $0.01 in fees.. if you wish, you can go even under that amount. I am not rich and I afford using Bitcoin without problems. Many of us here are actually not rich.
3482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: February 08, 2017, 03:57:54 PM
Every win I'll save bitcoin gambling and will use it to gamble again tomorrow. and after my bitcoin collected will be exchanged into the currency of my country
It's nice that you can stop easy after you win, most people (including me) they have still playing until they are satisfied how much they have won if I'm playing gambling I want to double my capital before I cash out it.

And even if you double it, you want more. I know that feel. Cheesy this is why casinos are so profitable, I mean most of us are not even satisfied with doubling our money, we try to go further and we lose. Easy money for the casino owners!
3483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this man addicted to gambling? on: February 08, 2017, 03:49:34 PM
I think he is not addicted person, as you told that he can stop gambling for 1 and 2 days, and also he is not using his own money. So i think it is his quality that he is not wasting his money, even he play a lot, but still he is good gambler. Because as i know addicted person don't care his own money, addicted man  play and waste his money and also his life. But in my view, your friend is a professional gambler but not addicted person.

Well.. as soon as he plays with tickets he earned, I guess he is actually receiving tickets that he can only use for gambling so that is not called an addiction. When he cannot control his bets he can be considered an actual addicted gambler.
3484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: February 08, 2017, 02:28:32 PM
I select the gambling, I think there is also the risk of invest loss and a small profit. Indeed, investment is safer and definitely benefit, but I'm the type of person that is quick and impatient so I choose gambling.
you certainly have to take all the risks that occur. You must be ready to accept any outcome, do gambling is a very improper thing in my opinion. because most winners are those who have the luck factor.

Gambling's outcome depends on luck, while investment.. maybe depends on luck too sometimes, people are usually investing in stuff for a long term, and nobody knows what can happen in that period of time. However, investments are safer and you can withdraw from them at any time. For example, if you'd buy Gold you have absolutely 0% chance of losing it. If you gamble that gold, you can lose it at any time..
3485  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if everyone would use only bitcoin for payments? on: February 08, 2017, 01:43:41 PM
Mathematically the pice would be much higher than 100,000$.

It needs to be over $100.000 for it to work as the main currency because we need cents or something similar, so one satoshi should be AT LEAST $0.01! Otherwise all the items can't be priced in Bitcoin.
3486  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we have a bitcoin day? on: February 08, 2017, 12:16:35 PM
75% members say yes and I am one of them.I hope this will attract more media attention to bitcoin and cryptocurruncy and help establish bitcoin a universal currency.

No!! Never wish that, it means control and we don't want control! Bitcoin needs to remain a secondary option, a commodity for those who want to save or invest their money in something else rather than a piece of paper. It would be awesomr to have a Bitcoin day, but never wish to have it as an international currency.
3487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saving on: February 08, 2017, 10:58:53 AM
In my opinion, I would rather go in 50% in savings and 50% investment, this method for me was quite good. Why I said it? because if we are going to put our money in savings, time will be wasted, instead the investment is rolling up to be profitable it not gonna happen, though saving it is not bad, only the point is we are applying the motto of time is Gold. at least in this thing we save 50% of saving and the rest 50% is rolling the investment to profit. everything is in balance, if we do this things.

Saving isn't as much a waste if time as one might think and just because I believe in bitcoin's current inflation resistance and that I believe in a rise in value in coming years, I'm saving perhaps 90% of any btc I earn. The remaining 10% invested isn't doing too badly either.

I prefer saving 100% of the Bitcoin I earn. I am not buying anything because I expect a price ten times higher than what it is right now. Of course, events will slow down this process a lot but in the future we will see a high one because more and more people will need Bitcoin.
3488  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: February 08, 2017, 09:54:48 AM
2017 will be a great year for bitcoin, with the price making a new fondation at $1000 mark, more people will begin using bitcoin in their transcation. However this increase in popularity will bring another trouble for example the fee. There's seems to be more increase unconfirmed transcations lately and the recommended fee becoming more ridiculous  Tongue
yeah I think this is the year of bitcoin. for the price of $ 1,000 occurred again in this year. I myself was very surprised when the price could touch and exceed $ 1,000. and you know the popularity of bitcoin rose rapidly because of these events

The price will only keep growing. I had doubts regarding this un the past weeks, but now I am sure it will. The recent events all around the world are creating panic and a potential conflict between certain countries. That means people will try to find refuge, and the only refuge you can find in a potential conflict is gold, silver and Bitcoin.
3489  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Adam Back thinks he is the inventor of Bitcoin on: February 08, 2017, 09:21:41 AM
And Marshall Long thinks knows that he invented the pyramid [in 2009, the same year he claimed to have gotten involved in Bitcoin while working at some spray booth company in Dallas prior to teaching college courses).

The Szabo clasped hands facepalm.

And we want to know who invented Bitcoin.... We will find out for sure Cheesy

There are too many people doing it just for sarcasm or for trolling, and I don't trust any of them because I can write that I am the Bitcoin creator too and without proof nobody can believe it.
3490  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is banned on: February 07, 2017, 11:18:25 AM
How can China be a no-bitcoin country when it's one of the countries that have the largest number of bitcoin users as well as miners? I'm not so sure about what I know but I've seen a lot of Russian bitcoin users. And why can bitcoin not be an international currency if there are only some small countries doesn't allow it? If developed countries are willing to accept bitcoin, this will make them rethink about their decision.

It cannot become the international currency, and most of us wouldn't agree with this idea even if it could. The reason it cannot become the international currency is that, first of all, the price would have to rise by thousands of times in order for people to regularly use it. If it would stay at the same price it has now, it would mean each of us having around $1.2 and trying to live with that. It's like having a total of $13.000.000.000 in the world - it would be useless.. they also cannot control it. If it becomes the international currency, they cannot know how many addresses you got or so, unless you're being somehow supervised which we DO NOT WANT!
3491  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What type of wallet do you use? on: February 06, 2017, 03:41:11 PM
It's shocking to see how few users use hardware wallets.

It's way easier to use web wallets, it's comfortable. You only have a website and that's it, no need to download or buy anything. However, for big sums it's not worth it to use web wallets only for comfort. It's much better to use paper wallets and hard wallets for the big amounts, like savings for example. This if you don't want to lose your money.
3492  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If omitted bitcoin? on: February 06, 2017, 02:23:17 PM
The only way they can eliminate Bitcoin is making it illegal in every country in this world. It's unlikely that it will happen all around the world if it ever will though, because there will be at least one country that will still accept it. I think they will start making it illegal as soon as the total Bitcoin market cap will pass $100B.
3493  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Daily use of bitcoin? on: February 06, 2017, 01:59:39 PM
I dont use my bitcoins at my real life, usually the bitcoins i do have i do invest into altcoins, bitcoin has several ways to be used and spent online, using it on daily basic nowadays isnt something we could do directly, make payments does have a big delay to confirmation, but in the future something can change.
I used to spend whatever bitcoin I would earn but now I have stopped myself from spending and now I have started saving bitcoin.
I believe bitcoin price will now increase rapidly and spending them would be foolish.
Although I am still open to investing in any good business opportunity.

Well nice strategy dude! saving bitcoin to earn more profit from it is best strategy though it really takes time to earn more from it because it needs a lot of time years to make your bitcoin earn a bigger profit so hold it for almost 2-3 years then that is sure profit soon. Patience is a virtue dude.

That is called a long term investment. Holding the money can be good or bad for Bitcoin, I don't know which one it will turn into: a higher price because the supply will get shrinked or a smaller price because the demand will not be the same (if each of us would do it, nobody would spend it anymore)?
3494  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who to blame for the increasing transaction fee? on: February 06, 2017, 09:05:19 AM
There is nobody to blame for that, lol. We can "blame" the transactions because they keep growing and that makes more transactions be forced in one block, so there is the need of the transaction fees.
3495  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: February 06, 2017, 03:57:38 AM
Bitcoin Will be our Future Currency. Bitcoin will never die.  Cry

Maybe the model only of a future currency. Bitcoin will never be agreed by politicians. The main reason is the anonymity. Who would want to give us anonymity and freedom when there is so much info to be stolen and sold about us and when they can make money with us? Bitcoin will only be the model of a cryptocurrency that will be created by governments in the future, and the coins they will make will probably be the only legal ones while Bitcoin will become a criminals' currency..
3496  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is being told to people in High Schools about Bitcoin on: February 05, 2017, 02:56:59 PM
Sadly, in my country nobody gets taught about Bitcoin. Even if they are taught that it is illegal and such things, people curious about it would go online and look it up to see if it is true or not. But nobody here even heard abiut Bitcoin, so it is not really popular in my country ..
3497  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how to explain bitcoin advantage ?? on: February 05, 2017, 02:07:25 PM
I am.thinking to start my own site
1) for bitcoin faucets
2) bitcoin news
but it needs much amount of money , I think it takes about $50 to start at its best .

Since i am not a earner , so I asked  for money to my brother , but he didn't understanding the bitcoin advantage .
Now here give suggestions that how to explain my brother for the bitcoin work and its advantage and making him to invest in my project of bitcoin .
thanks in advance Sad

I cannot say that bitcoin faucets can be one of the advantage of bitcoin. For me its just an amusement and like what other said here it will gonna waste your time. The real advantage of bitcoin was is when you are sending money you don't need to go outside, to communte going to remittance outlet, all  you need is mobile android phone with net connection or laptop its enough and you can do money transfer.

its just waste of time now indeed since the actual rewards is no longer that much considering the time and effort that you consume unless you have many ref that also claiming you will have some good chances of earnings and you can use that to encourage newbies to get involved to bitcoin for sure from that they will be interested and study much deeper,.

With refs it might be worth it, you wouldn't need to do anything but the refs won't last long either until they will also find out it is a waste of time. I used to get a buck in days, maybe even weeks with hours of work that aren't worth the effort.
3498  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet Address and Payment doubt. on: February 05, 2017, 11:48:04 AM
I guess you're using Blockchain.info - that website has this feature turned on so that you get a new address every payment in order to ensure your anonymity. I am using Blockchain too and I have seen that too, but you have to choose there between your wallet and a new address.
3499  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain is taking much time for confirmations :/ on: February 05, 2017, 08:27:58 AM
I never get slow confirmations if I pay the recommended fee. That one gets confirmed in maximum one hour. If I go under the recommended fees, it can take even two days to get it confirmed. And compared to other payment methods (like bank wires), it actually doesn't really take too much time. I would rather wait one hour than days for one payment to be sent ..
3500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we still gambling while we always lose? on: February 04, 2017, 03:22:53 PM
It's the thrill that everyone gets one they win big one time when gambling, or at least the chance that they can win big. Most people will end up losing, but when one person who won big goes out and shows everyone it gives other people the impression they can do it without a problem.

It's a greed thing.

Greed is the real reason why we keep on gambling while we are losing a lot at the same time. Also the feeling of we want to recover the losses we made is another impact why we are crazy for gambling all day long. We are not realizing that instead of losing small amount, our loss keeps on becoming bigger as long as we are not stopping.

Yup, we are being too greedy and that is making us lose most of the time and keep playing although we have negative profit. Gambling is an addiction, a game and a dangerous thing at the same time. You can end up being homeless, from the point you started or rich.
