Large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management - (like R3, hyperledger, ethereum, others) are sure making those Core programmers look like the silly little whiny bitches that they are. Core is going NOWHERE and getting there pretty damn fast. Meanwhile, very sophisticated advance is being done every day in other part of crypto/blockchain.
This is 100% the end of bitcoin as we know it. Good thing too. This 'open source', 'no leadership', 'no organization' thing was always a load of bullshit.
Who do you suggest should take care of the "core" if the "core programmers" have failed to address the issues that need to be resolved? Are "large groups of well paid, organized, funded professionals with clear objectives and good management" -- rather than a few developers with different ideas of what Bitcoin is supposed to be -- the answer to the future of the project? |

Dont dream too high, since bitcoin has reached already the 1000 dollars value last year and crashed too fast into the 800 dollars, people are taking advantage to make some money while the new halving doenst happen, 2020 bitcoin price should be around 1000-1200 dollars.

Who would want to give us anonymity and freedom when there is so much info to be stolen and sold about us and when they can make money with us? Bitcoin will only be the model of a cryptocurrency that will be created by governments in the future, and the coins they will make will probably be the only legal ones while Bitcoin will become a criminals' currency.. |

Tax is very meagre barrier in government's implication of Bitcoin. It is not at all possible for government to handle decentralized security as bitcoin. Moreover, it is not required by government to establish bitcoin in country for its success and stability. Bitcoin shows huge deviations since it is still in initial adoption phase. Only 0.01-0.02% of world's population use it. Give Bitcoin some time and it will show you all its potential! |

You are right the price of bitcoin is increasing much high and that is the fact that bitcoin acceptance is much higher and people know are believing that yes bitcoin is a much better currency and people now believe that bitcoin will not die anymore. |
