I think promoting bitcoin stability is partly a matter of avoiding the alcoint crisis, major changes in cryptocurrencies activities, high inflation, and excessive volatility and alcoint markets. Instability can increase uncertainty, inhibit investment, hamper the growth of alcoint.

I don't think fiat will ever disappear in the future given the fact that bitcoin hasn't achieved a global acceptance yet. There are still countries who are against the cryptocurrencies and that what makes it hard for cryptos to replace fiat easily.
Fiat will remain effective for some time in the world because right now there are two different options with total different implementations if the world wants to go cashless. First is that there will be the banking systems in all the third world countries as well so that people can get the benefits of going cashless whereas other is that bitcoin will become the universal currency and people will prefer doing transactions in this. The most important thing which matters a lot in the trading is the timings and the management, if you have managed the wallets and you are keeping the eye on the market so that your incoming move gets the proper best timings, then chances are the a19 out of 20 moves will give you the profit.
