ALL that text, in ALL those replies, that I DEFINITELY read, and VERY much enjoyed.

 Cheesy  Cheesy

Yeah... you are about as genuine as the typical troll/shill who comes into this thread, acting like a newbie, but well schooled on your dumbass bitcoin naysaying or altcoin pumping talking points.

In short, NOT much genuineness coming from your side of this... additionally, like a typical troll/shill you seem quite ready to avoid and avert the discussion of any of the more important points, as long as you can get back to finding some way to raise your silly-ass repetitive talking points.

Yeah there’s no way a genuine newbie comes straight to this thread & starts criticising bitcoin & questioning its use & future. It took me ages to discover this thread & start to enjoy it & feel a part of the WO Family.

This is a genuine noob 1st post (posted in Beginners & Help) -

Hi guys,

I'm new here but not particularly new to BTC.

I've been investing for just under 6 months & have so far amassed 8.75 BTC, I bought most of my coins when the price was around £350 (GBP) , unsure what that is in dollars but I'm at a pretty bad loss currently.

We're down to around £247 (GBP) as we speak, do I continue to invest in BTC or just hold what I've got?

I'm in a pretty healthy situation where the money I've invested so far isn't crucial to me, I live pretty comfortably so experts.......do I stay on 8.75 BTC or buy more gradually as I've done so far?

I'm not interested in selling.

Thanks in advance.

Edit - What an embarrassing noob I was Cheesy
And answer to the bolded - Yes I continued too invest, too fucking much Grin

Observing $10,1xx

The morning coffee & view of silicone is nice too Cheesy

Great rack! You're a lucky man!  Shocked

My question to those who predict 100K within less than two years or so.
Why the discounting mechanism is not working?

If it is highly likely that 100K would be there by 2021, we should have mad buying of btc and its options right now.
That's my biggest beef with the S/F models.
Either the model is wrong/irrelevant OR the market is incapable of correctly pricing future expectations now.

Well there are peeps who are balls deep into BTC already (LFC, goose, Bob, your humble servant etc) whose bags are full and who don't buy anymore (or do buy small q-ties). Many don't buy because they got their coins really cheap (3 digits or less) and can't force themselves to buy at $10k+. Then there are guys who believe in BTC but can't afford to buy as it will make them homeless or worsen their quality of life significantly. Finally there are lots of naysayers, nocoiners and simply ones who haven't heard about BTC.

Anyhow, I wouldn't say that this mechanism isn't working as we're now at ~$10k which is not that bad.   Cool

Well so far it has bounced back up lively so I'm sure that will be the case this time too. We'll be back into 5 dig later today after this microdump. Keep calm and HODL!  Grin

^^^

Infofront, do you really want this kind of stuff in your thread?

Even though our troll is an anti-bitcoiner, it still makes bitcoiners look bad.
His posts rarely have anything to do with bitcoin anyway. I don't understand what he's doing here besides getting a kick out of pissing people off.

I do delete some of his posts, but keep in mind I cannot ban him. Only the real moderators can do that. I'm limited to deleting one post at a time.

Liberal use of ignore button highly recommended.

Can you delete post of sexy girls and dildos, muslims hodlers will feel embarrassed of these kind of post. We do not want WO to turn on Porn WO, except if we change WO to World Observer so we can talk everything here.

We who? One beartroll if my memory serves me well?  Grin   As a straight sexually active male I say yes to tits and icecream deepthroats and no to beatrolls and FUD.  Cool

I would have preferred to have this dump just 12h later.
Actually I guess I just don't like the price going down when I'm in holiday...

Don't worry it should bounce powerfully (at least to where it was yesterday) as we're in a bull market  Cool

Hi, bitserve, you only go out when there are green dildos. Wink

Sorta Smiley

To be honest I have also posted a couple times lately when the price dipped considerably, which is also somewhat "fine". Other than that I am lately pretty busy IRL renewing my new property as I am trying to do most of the stuff myself (got not much money to spare unless I used my BTC, which I won't). Of course i still try to read all/most of WO daily though just not much time to really participate.

I planned my activity for a longer "crypto winter" and Bitcoin being so much alive sooner came out somewhat unexpected for me. Fortunately I hodled, as always. Would be great if by the time I finish (still 6-12 months apart) Bitcoin would be over previous ATH so that I can celebrate properly. Time will tell.

In the meantime, enjoy summer time!

HODL a bit longer and enjoy summer 365 days a year!  Grin

The Greeks

Prove it you son of a bitch.
I will be terribly embarrassed if you are.

The fact is, we do not need to prove anything to you. It is the other way around..

We have said that we do not care about your emotions or desires.

What we care about is the ideology of BTC. So far the ideology of BTC is not nearrrllyyyy what it was intended for

Could someone please ban this Craptonian Scam group?  Angry

mercury is in retrograde from july 7 to july 31, wonder what that means for the price of bitcoin  Huh Huh Huh

of course this is a bad period for bitcoin:

Quote
Mercury retrograde brings communication and technology breakdowns, nervous anxiety, travel delays, and lost items. There is a feel of a difficult Mercury–Saturn aspect about Mercury retrograde. You can also expect to dwell on things, reminisce about the past, or unexpectedly meet up with people from your past. While the Mercury retrograde period might be good for flicking through old photo albums, it is generally considered more of a nuisance than a benefit.

Mercury retrograde can play havoc with your thoughts, communications, travels, and electronics. Take extra care with your words and try not to react too quickly in any arguments or if provoked. Take some time out if you start to feel overwhelmed by the hectic pace. Double-check all of your emails and posts on Facebook before hitting the send button.

Business negotiations will be in a state of flux during Mercury retrograde so avoid signing contracts. Some important details will not yet b available, and others may be unreliable or dishonest. If going on a road trip then make sure you get your car serviced beforehand. The riskiest times for decision-making, negotiations, communication, and transport are the few days either side of the exact retrograde and direct stations. However, care should still be taken during the retrograde period.

Dear Lord, such a load of shit.

alright i’ve got buy orders staggered every $500 until btc goes to $1 again!!

You, Gembitz,Tone Vays, and Tyler Jenks.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes  jonoiv is waiting for $6,000 before his buy orders even begin, and  Roach and BillyJoeAllen are waiting for $700 before they begin their buy orders.  Stubborn but optimistic lil fucks, who are NOT too likely to increase your stashes, especially regarding any of your orders below $7,500.   Shocked

You forgot the great bear llama aka proudhon another dipshit waiting for 3 digits or whatever...  Grin

Tennis (men's final) was great too.

Yeah, heard it was a final set tie-break and a real drama - but I had to choose one or the other....

Stupid new rules concerning the final set tie-break (after 12:12 or something?) Still unbelievable Fed is 38?  Shocked  How a man can possibly play at that level at that age? Crazy...

Tennis (men's final) was great too.

Had to leave after the 4th set... what happened? Was Fed too tired or what?  Cool

Lots of dumping at lower and lower prices the last 18 hours. Seems to me this parabolic run is broken on most time scales and we ran out of newbs to pay any price. If so then sounds good to me as a parabolic test pump is always good for garnering attention for us as the best party in town every day of the week.

No major asset pumps like we do and no major asset dumps like we do all while eventually recovering to claim new inevitable highs. Stockboyz who dont dabble in Bitcoinlandia are all jealous to the point of absurdity, they will all join in eventually.  Cheesy

Nope it's just a correction we will resume with da pomp soon. Similar to what happened when we fell down from 11k to 9k and also before that multiple times. Don't worry.
