To be honest, I don't like this tournament because it's not a sport and it's more suited as a slap contest. I don't see any strict rules in this tournament because someone who hits his opponent's ear will most likely win while his opponent is KO. I just watched the video after finding this thread, I'm sure it would never be called a sport.
