And sure, why not take the under, if they'll dictate the tempo of the game, it will likely go under.
I'm going under as well, the line opened at 213 and now is only 210. that's the implication that people are going under in this game. Choosing a team to win is a bad idea as for me this could go either way since the Bulls are also capable of winning games on the road with a 7-4 record while Knicks are even struggling at home with 5-6.

Yeah staying away from the game (outside of a friendly small bet with a bulls fan)

Game im on for tonight is Portland at home -5 against the Spurs.  Dametime is out again but even still the Blazers are still a ton better than the Spurs and they are real good on their home court.  Portland by double figures in this one.
3502  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC rise to 1 million US dollars? on: December 02, 2021, 08:15:56 PM
BTC has entered the second 4-year halving cycle and will rise to 1 million U.S. dollarsin the next 15 years. What do you think? Friends are welcome to discuss together. Smiley

I mean there are zillions of these threads but essentially I do think it's possible and so do others.  We are 15-20 times away from it already and we just hit the first 10 years or so.  Popularity and interest keeps rising and we are going to slide into a period where supply from block rewards are going to really slow down.  We just seen the first set of countries taking a real interest in it as a national currency.  If that spreads yo others than easily it will climb into the coue hundred thousands.
3503  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PooCoin vs CoinMarketCap on: December 02, 2021, 08:11:33 PM
Are data provided by PooCoin more reliable than the ones provided by CMC?...I'm talking especially about market cap data, how PooCoin gets information about the capitalization of a coin?

I'm asking this because I'm starting to notice that, especially when it comes to shitcoins, CMC tends to report wrong infos, so, do you think that PooCoin is a more trustworthy platform to check real data about a shitcoin?

P.S: I'm perfectly aware of the risks and the problems that a shitcoin can cause.

Cmc is definately less accurate.  They are known to have glitches in prices, especially BSC tokens which makes the price look like it pump 1000s of percent when it really hasn't.  Cmc is alright but I wouldn't use that as the end all be all
3504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in new projects? on: December 02, 2021, 08:08:50 PM
Hello everyone, my question is: how often do you invest in new and young projects? Aren't you afraid of losing money if the project closes?

I want to invest in a promising project called Yearnlab. Their token sale starts on 7th Dec and I think this is a good opportunity to successfully invest money.

Share your thoughts on such an investment. Maybe you have some interesting cases on this matter.

Yeah I'd stay away from new projects all together.  You can definately make some good money on a couple but for the most part you will lose money.  Most of these are just scams or pump and dumps and if you aren't on the inside you are the people they are looking for to dump into.  I'd steer clear without looking back and wait until the dust settles

I can't wait to see the splash brother going at it together once again!
Everyone is waiting for that moment, it was previously rumored that Thompson will return to the lineup early this month, so let's wait for that big news. In the game between the warriors and suns, what do you think about that, will the Warriors beat the Suns at home.?

I don't think he is gonna play this month.  Not only does he need to recover he needs to get into game shape.  Pretty much not playing in the NBA will screw anyone up.  I expect him to have trouble in the beginning shaking defenders.  He will be more a spot shooter, and stationary is easy to cover.  Not being totally pessimistic but that's a ton of time off it will take him a couple months to get into complete game shape

Drafting Barkley with my first pick for the second year in a row has been nothing short of a nightmare. I'm not going full retard and drafting him next year. McCaffrey is a strong pass, i won't be surprised if he drops out of the first round.

With so many injuries and missed games, i decided to see how our first-round picks are performing so far throughout the first 12 game weeks. You can't really complain if your guy has brought you more than 100 fantasy points. In terms of games played, fpts/g, and total fpts, N. Harris appears to be the most consistent one.

Team               Player          GMS   FPTS/G   FPTS

1 Maddogs          D. Henry        8     21.9     175.3
2 Psychotics       C. McCaffrey    7     12.9     90.5
3 Interwebz        D. Cook         9     13.3     119.5
4 Coiners          N. Chubb        9     15.3     137.3
5 Cows             A. Kamara       8     15.8     126
6 Muks             N. Harris       11    13.4     147.9
7 Taco             S. Barkley      7     8.8      61.4
8 Temptations      A. Jones        11    11.5     126.2

You may want to look at how many points they got you in the games they got injured for a better understanding of how hard they boned you rather that the total they produced. Wink
I know both CMC injuries happened right away costing me those 2 weeks, not sure about the others.
Yeah, I learned to stay away from Barkley years ago.

Yeah Barkley is going to drop dramatically in next year's draft.  There are tons of rbs that I would draft ahead of him.  He is a lot of potential but that's it.  Potential is made for round 3.  First pick has to be a slam dunk.  Losing your first or even second can cripe you unless you kill it in the later rounds
3507  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: December 02, 2021, 05:18:03 PM
I will take the Suns all day, I trust them so much to cover a high spread especially against a team who are struggling this season. On the other hand, they might also not play hard because they have a game next day and that is a gainst the Warriors that they beat few days back.
Agree. I took the -11.5 for the Suns and I think covering that spread will be an easy task. The only unexpected thing that may happen will be in garbage time if the Suns' bench players make a mess.
I am looking for one more bet but I can't decide if I should take the Bulls -2.5 versus the Knicks or the Bucks -4.5 versus the Raptors. Or just take both if it's really difficult to choose.  Grin
Bulls are healthy and had a long rest, Knicks are having trouble with their chemistry. Bucks are also hot with 8 winning streaks.

It's a pissed off knick team coming in though after getting burned by the refs in the Nets game.  That's a tough game to decide on.  Knowing they will be playing with fire tonight I'd take the under on the Knicks game, this one might be one of those 97-92 type games either way and it's in msg.  I'm steering clear of this game.
3508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 02, 2021, 01:55:05 AM
That game was garbage.  I don't usually say the refs determined the outcome but they literally told Julius Randall that because of his size he doesn't get the same foul calls as smaller guys.  Seriously?  How can something be a foul for one and not a foul for someone else depending on body size lol.  That was terrible.  Zebras got to clean that up it's a bad look on them...

Well, that's something that you've got to take into consideration as a player.

Refs aren't going to change the way they call games for decades just because of one player.

The Nets won the game fair and square and outplayed the Knicks. It's as simple as that.

So it's fair if a stronger guy gets hit and has to play through it and a smaller guy will get the foul call cause it affects them more?  How can refs take in consideration a players size to determine if it's a foul (which is what they said).  A foul is a foul is a foul.  Doesn't matter if it's on pee wee Herman or Shaq.   Undecided

And I watched the whole game it was terribly lopsided as far as fouls go.  You can look back I will say the Knicks played shitty and have never shyed away from it.  That game was terrible to watch, check it out. I watch every knick game whistle to whistle that was bad.

“They said that certain contact doesn’t affect me like it affects other players, that I’m stronger,” Randle said.

That's a bullshit answer for a non call, it should simply be "you didn't get fouled".

I have a look that around christmas crypto have new highs Huh Huh

Is this is a speculation that im overthinking or it is a thing Huh Huh

Past results don't equal future expectations especially when you are just talking about months and if crypto is up or down.  4 years ago what happened in decker has zero to do with what will happen in December of 2021.  Don't invest like that or you are gonna get drained of your sats.
3510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: circulating supply and percentages on: December 01, 2021, 11:24:53 PM
Hi, we are launching a BEP20 as a governance token (call it XTT) with our upcoming game in 2023, we understand that its best to provide the initial liquidity and then send the LP tokens to a burn address (to prevent a rug pull) but what we are finding confusing is: If we want to keep 15% of the XTT tokens for the team do we have to put 100% of the tokens into the initial pool and buy back or do we just put 85% of the tokens into the pool and keep 15% in our wallet and if we do it that way, would these 15% (not released and kept in the wallet) increase in value alongside those in the public pool?

also, if we then split that 15% between the team (6 people) could one of those people just cash out their share overnight or would it be locked as its not in the original public pool?

forgive my limited knowledge, we are a game dev foremost and are in early stages of considering our options with the binance blockchain

Sorry but you should probably be assisting a team who knows this already.  If your expertise isn't crypto then maybe look to partner with a team and stick to what you are good at.  These are basically entry level questions so you might find it difficult navigating the more difficult requirements.

I guess that I would watch the Nets - Knicks game tonight. It seems to be like a delightful game to me. D. Rose's condition is still doubtful for this game. In case he plays, Knicks can fight back much better against Nets in this game. Otherwise, Nets are the overwhelming team here. With K. Durant and Harden especially, they would tear Knicks apart in my opinion. But we will see if I'm wrong or not.

DRose did play in this game, but Harden and Durant had a terrific game. But still the game is very close, 112-110, I thought that game will go into OT.

Fournier hit a 3 to tie the game, But Johnson was fouled next hit both free throws and Fournier missed a desperation 3.

Now let's watch the Suns vs GSW game.

Some interesting games on the board tonight.  Gonna go with 4 games for tonight all spreads

Jazz at home giving 7.5 points against Portland
Okc +2 on the road against Houston
Wizards -3 on the road against Spurs (always betting against the spurs)
Bulls at home -4 against Charlotte

Good luck tonight everyone and enjoy the games

2-2 again can't get out of this rut.

Tonight I got 2 games.  I like Portland at home -6.5 over Detroit.  Even without datetime Portland is real good at home.  And I like the kings -1 at home against the Lakers.  It's that bad for the Lakers I'm taking the kings lol.  Good luck tonight everyone.

2-2 again lol

Tonight I like 2 games:

Wizards giving 3.5 at home against the Timberwolves
And Cleveland getting 3 on the road against the heat.  Bam and Jimmy buckets are out tonight.  I can see Cleveland big men gonna hold this one down.  I like the under on this as well.

Deebo Samuel is out for at least a week
Yeah, well, my luck had to run out at some point Cry

Your team is pretty well stacked and you seem to have the most consistent results.  If there were Vegas odds on you taking the title, I think that would be the safest bet.

Two words: Jonathan Taylor.

Bucs (allegedly top rush defense) were barely able to slow him down, and he plays average rush defense teams in weeks 15 and 16. So I think we just need to give the money to wheelz now and avoid the humiliation Smiley

Trying that reverse jinx noooooo. Take it back take it back

Honestly JT might be a coin flip for 1st pick next year.  As long as colts coaching stays the same they feature him too much to not be draft top 2 at least for me.  He was a good surprise and Gibson I thought would have taken a bigger step but he has been stuck with Heineke all year.  He looked good against Seattle last night though

Anyone wanna trade for CMC? Cheesy

Yeah that's a rough one.  Henry now cmc out for the year #1 and #2, and #3 cook (my guy) out with a dislocated shoulder.  Fantasy football is brutal just as your squad looks good injuries pile up.  Wonder where cmc goes in the draft next year seeing these last 2 years screwd ff owners.
3516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 30, 2021, 02:35:54 PM
Brooklyn Nets are the current leader in the Eastern Conference. They have 14 wins and 6 losses so far. After a four-game winning streak, they lost to Phoenix Suns by a close gap. And tonight, I see that they are going to have another home game vs New York Knicks this time. Knicks are also a good team in this season. So Nets' job won't be easy. Claxton have an illness as far as I know and K. Irving is still not able to play because of resisting taking covid-19 jab if I'm not wrong. At Knicks, it seems like D. Rose and K. Walker will not be able to play. I'm favoring Nets here.

Kemba was demoted from the starting squad and they are going with Alec Burks.  This is actually a positive for the Knicks.  Kemba has been sluggish in November.  His +/- for the season is -6.8 which is the worst of his career (outside of his rookie year).  Was waiting for thibs to pull the trigger. Quick needs to get more minutes and Burks is a solid vet who provides much better d at this point then kemba.

Terrible news for Denver fans. Michael Porter Jr is having season ending back surgery. I was saying a few weeks ago this was going to be his breakout season, but much like his career so far, that will be ended by injury. A shame. Michael Porter Jr probably could have been a top 3 NBA player had he stayed healthy, but at this point it’s beginning to look like that day will never come.

Yeah wow that is terrible.  Snake bit again.  If they had a full healthy squad together they'd be one of the favorites to comtend.  Was this the same injury he had when he was at Missouri?  Shame injuries kill great careers, lots of luck to stay consistently healthy in these high impact sports.
3519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: November 29, 2021, 05:55:19 PM
Low scoring game for Pistons vs. Clippers so far but LAC is already ahead by 20 points with under 5 minute remaining. I don't think Pistons can still turn that around as I don't anyone exploding to help them close the gap. Good to see distribution of points on the Clippers side.

Clips at ho.e are just too much for a team like the Pistons.  Big game tonight for the Knicks.  They have been shaky at home and a good Suns team coming into town.  A win here will go a long way for their confidence that they are a top tier team in the East.  They need a good win streak here.  Go knicks!

Knicks looked like complete trash last night.  I'm glad thibs finally let q grimes off the bench tonight.  The kid plays phenomenal defense for a rookie.  They need to start prioritizing defense again, they aren't an offensive powerhouse and can't rely on outscoring opponents.  Back to back on the road now against the Hawks tonight.  Could be in for an ugly game, gut check time for the Knicks.  They need this.

Big win for the Knicks Saturday night in Atlanta.  Knicks locked them down on defense and the young plays (IQ, obi, grimes) looked good.  Concerning how Randall can't seem to get his act together against them.  Could be trouble if the Knicks end up having to play them in the playoffs again. Think the next game against Atlanta is Christmas day.
