poor me, sorry, I didn't wanted to offend you on this day. I hope you will forgive me. I will just ignore you in a few posts. have a nice day.

regards,

Who is offended? I'm just pointing out your hypocrisy. If you can't take it, don't post for the death of people you don't like in one thread, then talk about peace and love and harmony in another thread like you're some kind of peace-loving soul.
3522  Other / Politics & Society / Re: One of the professional scam I hate the most is : Notary on: February 27, 2015, 09:03:18 PM
Agreed, notary is the ultimate scam. Folks who collect $$ for putting their seals on documents in a profession where supply is artificially constrained to be like a monopoly

It's not a scam, it's just inefficient. The reason a notary is so expensive is not because their work is difficult, but because they are liable for the validity of documents they stamp.  It's kind of an insurance for the customer.  Which won't be needed anymore for algorithm-based notaries, of course.

Where are you from that notaries are such an expense?
3523  Other / Politics & Society / Re: I strongly support an Ultra Militzarized Japan... on: February 27, 2015, 09:00:43 PM
Japanese has many allies. There is no need for them to be militarized.

Japan has no reliable ally. So there is a necessity to get armed. For example, if China decides to attack Japan, none of the allies (including the US) will come for help.

The United States is Japan's biggest ally. If China decided to attack Japan for some far-fetched and unlikely reason, the US would absolutely get involved. Japan is the counterweight to China in Asia, even without an offensive military, so the US will not permit Japan to be attacked.

You illustrate the westerners aka the men behind the curtails perfectly made of war, domination and destruction... Can't you understand Peace, Harmony, Stability, Love? you believe it's easier? What make you think like that?

I see Peace, Harmony, Stability and may Love... why work against? when with if for the better, remember who is forgiving. And it's hard. you have no idea. It's just an island.

Aren't you the nutjob that was talking about bringing violent death to anyone involved with GMOs?

that's why I am testing the water to know if you are ready to systemically eliminate everyone involved (investors, researchers, politicians, lawyers, academics, farmers, distributors, marketers, enforcers of gmo on a violence side) and please don't say me it's impossible : come the NSA Data bases  Cool. It's based on deeds. It's just a question of Will.

edit: and if the NSA continue to chose to betray Mankind : ctrl+c.

I believe the term you used in your thread title was "Genocide."

Can't you understand Peace, Harmony, Stability and Love?

^Assuming I'm following you is exactly the type of delusions of grandeur I'd expect you to suffer from.

Soros pushing millions? Google making changes to the text at the last minute? I understand how sweet it is. Sweet to blindly trust them both. It is not as if Soros almost killed the whole UK pension system and made his billions in the 80s. Snowden told us to trust those entities... I believe he said to trust. Yep. He did.

The invention of Bitcoin and its timing could not be any better.

I want to know more about my type of delusion of grandeur I am suffering

Cheesy

I thought it was self-explanatory, but apparently not, so I'll explain it to you as you requested. Assuming I'm following you around on the forum is assigning you a level of importance that you don't deserve. Since it's a self-appointed significance, the delusion of your own grandeur is evident in a statement that anyone would take the time to actively follow you on this forum.
3525  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Congress threatens Washington DC over pot law on: February 27, 2015, 05:51:18 PM
I honestly don't understand why people are so against this and are especially going as far as to threaten jailtime to people. I think with these current several legalizations its going to have a domino effect on most of the other states. The taxes that come in from legal weed is just too great to ignore.  They should just leave the laws up to the individual states though and let them take care of it without sticking their stupid noses in. My only hope is it spreads to other countries around the world.

Because the republican crusade against drugs is failing, and in our political system, all political losses are existential threats to one of the two ruling parties. Control must be maintained at all costs, and no reversal of policy or admittance of error can be tolerated. The longer and harder you've fought for a position, the harder you have to continue to fight, even when it's clear your loss is inevitable. Admitting you've been wrong undermines all the current policies you advocate, which is why neither side will abandon a policy that is bad for the country but that they've historically held.
3526  Other / Politics & Society / Re: One of the professional scam I hate the most is : Notary on: February 27, 2015, 05:44:43 PM
Agreed, notary is the ultimate scam. Folks who collect $$ for putting their seals on documents in a profession where supply is artificially constrained to be like a monopoly

It's artificially constrained in that notaries are official offices because their stamp signifies that the signature belongs to the signer. In cases where identity of the signer has to be verified for legal reasons, the alternative is to force the signature to take place in front of a judge, which would unnecessarily waste the court's time when they can have agents perform this witness for them. Further, notaries are not a profession. Anyone can be a notary by filing an application with their state court, and in many places in the US, they are forbidden from charging more than a couple bucks for their service, if they're allowed to charge anything at all. Good luck trying to turn that into a profession. I've never even met a notary who charges.

Goes to show there's intolerence everywhere, regardless of religion - nationality.

I didn't know this was in question. From my perspective, the history of organized religion is one of butchering people who think differently than you, both in and out of your own sect.

True. But I wouldn't blame religion this time. Religion, race, etc are used as an excuse by some. But this is about resources and land. And politics. Right wing parties love the situation. And need it to continue to be elected.

Perhaps blaming the religion as a whole for the bad actions of its adherents is lazy, but it's also very satisfying. Just ask republicans about their anti-Islamic rhetoric.
3528  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pakistan requiring all cellphone users to submit fingerprints or give up service on: February 27, 2015, 05:33:57 PM
Pakistan is upping the ante on the population surveillance initiative. The NSA is probably wondering why they didn't think of that. Or worse, laughing at how quaint it is because their capabilities go so far beyond it.
3529  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why the US Government Is Terrified of Hobbyist Drones on: February 27, 2015, 05:30:20 PM
The other side of it is, if enough common people attach cameras to drones, they will be able to record all the bad stuff government does. Videos of recognizable government people or government vehicles could cause all kinds of Senate inquiries into why government was doing whatever it was doing wherever it was doing it. This could get certain government agencies stripped of their funding, certain government people prison terms, and the objectives and agendas of the One-World-Government-Elite set back for years if not forever.

Illinois Just Made it a Felony for Its Citizens to Record the Police

Don't record government officials as citizens. Rather, do it as a man or woman.

That guy is an idiot. He just mumbled a bunch of unintelligible gibberish while doing an unintentional Christopher Walken impersonation. Here is verbatim what he said:

Quote from: Karl Lentz, Master Baffoon
Well a person-- well, a man or woman-- when they enter into the court, better come into the court... house with their court, and their courtiers. They better not be coming in a courthouse in somebody else's case or then they're going to be defined by the rules of the court in which they're entering into. Because when I bring my court to court, I'm gonna have my court at the county court, or at the federal court. I'm not gonna be in the federal court because to be in a court, you're to be bound by the elements of that court and the rules of that court. Like if we were gonna meet at-- would you rather meet me at that big tree or at that rock, or would you rather meet me in that rock? If we meet at the rock, it's not gonna be too painful, but if we meet in the rock you're considered an element of that rock and we're gonna be bound by the laws of physics or whatever law that court or that rock, you know, subscribes to. The rules of that court are gonna be held within that rock, you see what I'm saying?

I find it hard to believe anyone can see what he's saying. What's for certain is that nothing he said is a legal concept, it's hardly even a concept. New flash: refusing to submit to the jurisdiction of a court is not a defense, and doesn't magically keep the court from claiming jurisdiction over you. The courts do not need your consent to have jurisdiction over you, and you cannot bring 'your own court' to court to challenge the legitimacy of the court. Most importantly, none of this gobbledygook releases you from the verdict of the court.

Like most defenses that are more excuse than truth, I trust this wouldn't get anyone very far.
3533  Other / Politics & Society / Re: National Revenge Porn Law on: February 26, 2015, 09:42:46 PM
I don't see how people view this as a threat to free speech, which are the only grounds I see as a valid objection to the law. In making that argument, you're arguing that your right to publish someone's naked image trumps their right to privacy. Your rights concerning yourself always trump someone else's rights over you. I see no merit in the argument being presented on free speech grounds, unless someone has a novel take on it?

Quote from: John Nicols. “The Julian marriage laws.” 26 Feb. 235. link=http://pages.uoregon.edu/klio/tx/re/aug-law.htm
In [1798 P.E.A.], the Emperor Augustus turned his attention to social problems at Rome. Extravagance and adultery were widespread. Among the upper classes, marriage was increasingly infrequent and, many couples who did marry failed to produce offspring. Augustus, who hoped thereby to elevate both the morals and the numbers of the upper classes in Rome, and to increase the population of native Italians in Italy, enacted laws to encourage marriage and having children (lex Julia de maritandis ordinibus), including provisions establishing adultery as a crime.

Law is utilized in the manufacture of society, not merely the defense of conscious debate.

Not relevant to my point.

I don't see this affecting him. He has an appeal in certain comedies, and he will continue to make those comedies because studios are companies, and they chase profit. The whole 'his career is over in liberal Hollywood' meme is overblown.

Help Ukraine do what? Kill more Ukrainians! Don't you understand that Ukraine is in gauged in a civil war.

They want to kill all the Russian speaking Ukrainian citizens! Should the US help them do it? Russia is only trying to prevent

Kiev from killing more innocent Ukrainian citizens. That's why Crimea joined Russia, to prevent the slaughter of more Russian speaking Ukrainians!

Meanwhile,  US makes Russia to be the bad guy! Wait, who is killing their own people?

These are the facts! Wake-up!

One man's facts is another man's propaganda. I trust the Russian side of the story a lot less than any other side of it.
