Wike own na say e carry flyover and roundabout for head and repairing of roads meanwhile amaechi been carry building of school, primary health care and market for all local government. Then na odili areangey the state. Assuming this guys na dem rule Nigeria back to back atleast we for dun see improvements.

Gov. Wike government na the worse among those three guys you mention so as far as Rivers State is concerned, the worse thing you can do to humans is to cut food out of their mouth and build dem roads and flyovers that leads to nowhere, Since Wike enter seat 2015 him never pay Pensioners till date, this is the highest wickedness I've seen since den born me, No employment, No salary increments, No staff warfare, No soft loans, No empowerment, My papa wey gain promotion since 2018 still dey chop him formal salary. Make flyover no blind us ooo that's where he is stealing his money, no reasonable person will award 10+ flyover in the same LGA when you have 21 LGA with zero flyovers. Insecurity is high,

Na for this employment and pension side wey i feel say e never do well at all, i dun hear plenty people complain for the matter well well, i nor really know why e nor wan look into pensioners matter ooo, because i know say nor be money dey cause am, but e nor good. Nai make i still use mouth take talk say nor be say na angel wike be, but e dey try for project in my opinion, nor be only flyover e dey do sef, e get many projects wey the man dey run, wey e dun even complete sef, nor be just for portharcourt and obio/akpor LGA, check am well. If you go see wetin Governor of Abia State dey construct for how many years now dey come say na flyover, your leg go shake.

Yes e dey use flyover dey chop money fine, but at least e dey use project chop and e dey complete am, some government nor send anybody, nothing concern dem concern to use project chop money, dem go chop the money straight up.

3522  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Frequently Ask Questions(FAQ) & Answers about cryptocurrency scam. on: October 04, 2021, 05:59:23 AM
Anyway, does anyone suggest this might be good if this topic must be on a pinned/sticky thread?  So that newbies will aware upon visiting here.

Considering the increasing cases of cryptocurrency fraud in the world, I second the idea as well. As this is usually the first board that newbies get conversant with, if this is a pinned thread, newbies who really take time to read through will be informed by this read and be averted the costly mistake of falling prey to such fraud.
3523  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic: good for the bitcoin market or bad? on: October 04, 2021, 05:44:00 AM
It takes a bad situations sometimes to make something good thrive.  It's not like there was a bitcoin giveaway or massive advertisement for bitcoin during the pandemic, i think the pandemic slowed a down a lot of people's daily busy fast moving life's, and gave them till to catch up with information from reading books & magazines, TV , the internet etc.
Because everyone had to bounce back to their Savings or investments for most of the lockdown, those who never made plans for any emergency situation were really hit hard as they soon discovered that the money at hand was not sufficient. As a result, alot of person's have made amends and don't want to be in any emergency situation unprepared again, hence the search for ways to invest, of which bitcoin and cryptocurrency must pop up. So the pandemic was good for bitcoin market because demand for bitcoin increased as users increased, and according to economics, an increase in demand leads to increase price as the demanded item becomes scarce.

3525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 03, 2021, 05:47:48 PM
The match was quite fierce and I am very satisfied with the tempo of both. 2 : 2  Grin

Both teams played very beautiful football, IMHO, this is one of the best, if not the best game i have seen this season, very exciting back to back football. Mo salah has been superb this season, and it is just very unfortunate that that his goal did not give Liverpool the win. If Manchester city can sign someone that can convert opportunities better in front of goal like Haaland next summer, the team will do better than they are already
3526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: October 03, 2021, 03:26:43 PM

the Leicester defence cannot be trusted.
My prediction Crystal Palace 1-2 Leicester City.

My prediction almost correct, i knew from the start that the problem for Leicester today will be their defence. A very disastrous defence making mistakes and conceding goals carelessly. Not happy that they didn't win the game and get all three points, but i guess one point is better than no point. I wanted a win as a birthday present for Kelechi Iheanacho who tried to get a goal, a draw will have to be enough.

Good news for Tottenham getting all three points from that game. It was very important for them, they were not their best in this game, i hope this win changes that in their next game.
3527  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: October 03, 2021, 01:49:16 PM
I just wish wike go enter power make e just use e gra gra put everything into place. Who dun reach pH of recent dat man don work here scatter, like if no be bad belle ehh pH now for belike hot cake for investment but Lagos no go gree dash us small compass.
My oga I go contradict you for this mata, all the politician on ground na d same thing, and wike no comot from the category, infact his involvement in unnecessary yarns to me don make matter worse.

I no understand why my country people go dey hala my governor build roads/bridges etc as if them do una any favors, this na the most basic things them fit do for us and we day jollificate because of am.

Nor be say Wike na angel ooo, the thing na just say amongst the whole bad, e be like na im good pass. Unto the basic infrastructure wey im dey do wey you dey talk say na normal thing wey im suppose do, true, but how many governor's dun try do the basic thing make e be say dem nor chop all the money.

In my opinion, government na continuous something...if this government try small for infrastructure, the next wey go come suppose focus on another thing. If to say na so e dey be...we for dun move go far well. My brother if you see person wey dey wan even try small, make we appreciate am, e nor easy to dey fire multiple projects at a go, and you still dey complete them.

Central Bank dun hang the launch of E-naira

Be like things no longer go as planned, central bank dun delayed the launch of our awaiting Digital naira with all the mouth weh dem make say E-naira go do wonders, the thing now na the opposite.

Me i nor too put ear for the matter sef normally, i know say na person wey just wan use new project wey e know say the country never mature for take cash out. Because as government approve am, dem go allocate big money for the matter, them go just dey put big prices for things for the project. Them dey talk say na to facilitate peer to peer transaction, when e be say normal bank network nor be am, money wey i transfer give person last week, the person never still see am till date, nai dem dey talk CBDC. Dem better focus.
3528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: October 03, 2021, 01:04:43 PM

Crystal Palace 2-1 Leicester City

For this game, my excitement is the inclusion of Kelechi Ihaenacho in the starting line up, as well as Lookman. From my analysis of the starting lineup, the Leicester coach is trying to ensure that they get goals enough in this game because the Leicester defence cannot be trusted.
My prediction Crystal Palace 1-2 Leicester City.

Tottenham Hotspur 1-1 Aston Villa

Tottenham has been struggling this season and will be under pressure today from the home fans to get a win and grab the 3 points. Aston villa will be looking to attack from their lineup today, i hope they can soak up the pressure. A draw is what this game is looking like.

For the West Ham- Brentford match, Brentford with their very impressive form this season will have the hammers for lunch, lol.

3529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: October 03, 2021, 09:25:49 AM
Chelsea got a life-saving win against Southampton by 3-1.

It's Timo Werner's performance for me this season, and in the game. He is super performance for Chelsea and you can observe it that whenever he plays, the Chelsea's side game play improves. He deserves the goal he got especially to improve his confidence in front of goal. Though it's his first goal of the season, he will definitely be more frequent on the scoresheet.
3530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legalized Gambling where you live..where does it stand? on: October 03, 2021, 05:35:19 AM
How is it coming along where you live?  Is it fully legal, coming close to being legal, or illegal with no change in sight?

In my locale and country, there is no formal law or rule i know that prohibits gambling for people, just for the underaged. Gambling activities are fully operational and a thriving business, especially sports betting that has taken over, and some see it as an opportunity to make millions from their small input.

There are numerous sports betting outlets from different providers providing different "odds" for its users and they are all around , in almost every street that you get to.
3531  Other / Archival / Re: Why do most (if not all) casinos ban users’ accounts if have more than one? on: October 03, 2021, 05:16:33 AM
I personally see no reason why you should have multiple accounts with one casino, it is okay to have with multiple accounts with different casinos, provided you can keep up properly, but not multiple accounts with one casino. Some users know that when you open up a new account with some casino's, they allocate and give user's some sign up bonuses. Some users see it as a means to make or milk the casino's of some money, so they go ahead to open multiple accounts, so as to get multiple bonuses. This is wrong as it increases the expenses of these casino's and a detriment to their business.
3532  Economy / Economics / Re: When you sell is no longer "yours" on: October 03, 2021, 04:45:48 AM
And fiat finds its way out of pockets very quickly.

That's the mystery behind holding fiat currency, it is always quickly taken away by needs and wants. I completely agree with users who keep most of their earnings in crypto and only convert out what they need when needed.

It is always difficult selling your coins, especially when you think of the duration you've been holding and the prospective profit you could make from the coin if there was no need to sell. After selling, and say a pump in price follows, it is normal that there will be regrets and also a possibility to talk about the coins you just sold, which you have to know that is no longer yours.
3533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: October 02, 2021, 11:39:25 AM
The line-up is out and I think Ole decided to keep Paul Pogba and Christiano Ronaldo on the bench today. Martial and Edison Cavani starts today against Everton. I’m scared because this is a new squad, I have not seen him assemble this kind of team this season. What’s his plan against Everton? What if Everton stumps up with early goals and before he will make substitutions, it will be very late. I don’t understand this line up to be honest. I don’t even know what Martial is playing. Dude has not bee himself for a while now and he should not be starting or playing in a serious game like this.

The fans will definitely come for Ole's Job if this his new squad today start conceding goals in this first half. Maybe he is just trying to make sure that the team can still function without CR7, at this first minutes to the game, the United team is playing fast football and well to me... let's see how this first half goes for them.
3534  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Frequently Ask Questions(FAQ) & Answers about cryptocurrency scam. on: October 02, 2021, 05:01:45 AM
A very helpful read, i really wish all newbies will take out time to read properly and intimate themselves with all the prospective formats used by scammers.

Just as we take out time to prevent being scammed online by persons we do not know, we should also be careful with the person's we claim to know, they may be the scammers as well even offline.

Newbies, if you are the type that allows everyone use your device say Mobile phone or PC that has your wallet in it, you should stop and reduce access. Also do not save your private keys on the notepad of your phone or PC unless there's a privacy lock on it. As a newbie, also realise that there is a need to ask questions. If you are confronted with a deal that sounds too good to be true, always ask someone you know personally who is more advanced in knowledge in terms of cryptocurrency to verify before accepting or acting. A question may just save you a lifetime of regret.
3535  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Losses in trading are nothing but Business expenses on: October 02, 2021, 04:38:21 AM
New traders always try to eliminate losses and see losses as something bad. My breakthrough in trading came when I started seeing losses as expenses (business expenses). Trading is a business and you should see it that way.

What has helped you so far in your trading is the mindset and mentality that you have developed not to dwell on losses but to move on quickly and look ahead, not like your thoughts are so 100% correct. If you see losses as expenses, what would you call the cost of data to keep you connected online, or the cost for electricity to give power to your trading Device?, those are the real business expenses to me, not losses.

3536  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is There Problem In the Crypto-currency? on: October 02, 2021, 04:24:15 AM
Fear, uncertainty and doubts are constant in the market and are tools that help drive the market. As long as there is a market, FUD will continue to exist as you cannot eliminate it completely from people. Coming to terms with this reality might help you deal and handle your fear, feelings of uncertainty and doubts better, knowing that FUD are generally propagated misinformations that affect those who are gullible, or do not do research to verify whatever information they hear.

To help people deal with FUD, encourage people to always verify what they hear or read themselves, if they are too lazy at first, try to assist and do it for them for the time whilst encouraging them to pick up the practice of verifying whatever one hears or reads. The one or two persons that you can help, will help more other persons, and the ripple continues.
3537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Gold investments and viability on: October 01, 2021, 02:50:35 PM
If what you are asking is if investing in gold in 2021 is still a good investment, i'd say yes. Though it is not the most recommended investment for 2021 as we have bitcoins and other promising altcoins, but gold as a commodity still has good liquidity in the market, hence still investment worthy. Not a financial advice though, but i think before you plan investing in gold, you should have a good investment in cryptocurrency and bitcoin which many now refer to as the new digital gold.
3538  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How a beginner can earn money from the crypto? on: October 01, 2021, 01:06:15 PM
A beginner that doesn't know anything about the trading and technical analysis, can make money? I heard transaction between some wallets give you a reward!

You should really be careful the things you listen to, people say a lot things passively without divulging all the details. As a beginner that wants to earn money within the crypto space via trading and other means, it is best you devote time to learning the basics and give yourself time to grow. Money that comes easily, sometimes doesn't last, that's why you should be patient and get conversant with the crypto space.
3539  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football visual betting or Dice on: October 01, 2021, 05:09:51 AM
For me, I'd always prefer football visual betting because it is in alignment with my interests, which is football, so to stay close to what i like, i'd choose it anytime. Environmental factor, also has a major effect here in terms of choices. In an environment where there are more dice lovers, you will see more people's preferences to bend towards dice rather than football visual betting because of influence, it goes likewise as well.
3540  Economy / Economics / Re: Chinese loans leaves many countries in "hidden debts" on: October 01, 2021, 04:52:57 AM
Having said all these, is this a way that the Chinese government intends to keep many countries of the world indebted to them through this debt trap,

China is strategically planning to take over world power and having indebted countries is just one of their strategy. China know the loans can't be paid back and in exchange they take control over the countries (this could be through control of natural resources or other means) thereby enlarging their entourage in the process.

China has their targeted market and that's developing (struggling countries) and Africa counties are at the forefront. This is the only way they can take over world power. The more county they control they more power they have and since the countries will all be in debt to them, there isn't much that can be done as they'll simple obey whatever terms China comes up with to clear their debts.

I believe there's a term used to describe this - "Economic Colonialism", and it is a major concern for economic activist in most of the developing and under developed countries where there is corruption, that China happily hands out loans to knowing that paying back will be difficult.

Because of corruption as well, some of these loans are needless IMHO, and sometimes just a ploy between corrupt politicians of the borrowing countries and the Chinese government to get what they both want, that is more money to embezzle for corrupt politicians and economic influence/resources for the Chinese government from that country.
