Have the Bitcoins been split to 3k per address already? Why would you want to do that? Makes no sense. I'd just do one transaction distributing the 'blocks' to the 10 recipient addresses. With 0 fee, or course. |

Don't forget the most prominent feature of gox/fed: the incredible LAG in withdraw operations! lol. the Fed goxxed ze germans how much funnier can it get? note how none of this would've had to happen if they'd been dealing in Bitcoin. also with bitcoin auditing is much easier and more reliable if done right  |

Ich hodle die Bitcoins zwar schon über ein Jahr, aber der einzige Nachweis ist eine PayPal-Zahlung an eine Privatperson, aus der nichtmal ein Bitcoinkauf hervorgeht  Die TX.ID ist mit Datum und Uhrzeit in der Blockchain verankert. Du kannst das Überweisungs- bzw. Empfangsdatum also genau belegen. Registriere zur Sicherheit noch deine Bitcoinadresse mit deinem vollständigen Namen bei onename.io Das ist kein Kaufbelegt. Da fehlt doch wohl das Datum "Kaufpreis EUR". In Kombination mit einem Eigenbeleg sicher machbar. Eigenbeleg geht aber auch ohne blockchain. Ich persönlich sehe davon ab, die blockchain in irgendeiner Weise gegenüber dem FA heranzuziehen, und sicher werde ich nicht hergehen und Bitcoin-Adressen auch noch absichtlich mit meinem Namen verbandeln. EDIT: um zu Belegen, daß man eine Menge Bitcoins schon 1 Jahr gehalten hat, könnte man versuchen mit der Blockchain zu argumentieren: "guck, hier hab ich die Kohlen zu bitcoin.de geschoben... davor lagen sie 1 Jahr lang auf der Quell-Adresse". Allerdings ist das wahrscheinlich kein rechtssicherer Beweis... der Private Key könnte ja theoretisch den "Eigentümer" gewechselt haben (off-chain). |

PayPal is a payment processor. Bitcoin is money.
The two go together very well.
PayPal can act as a bank (safekeeping users Bitcoins) and offer the usual consumer protection (Like chaegebacks) to it's customer base. For a fee to be paiyed by the merchant.

Glück gehabt Hat schon jemand Erfahrungen bzgl. verlangten Nachweisen über die Herkunft/Anschaffung der Bitcoins? Reicht dem FA (als Nachweis, Zeitstempel) ein Ausdruck der Blockchain Transaktion(en)? (Ich meine natürlich gekaufte, nicht geschürfte Coins) interessiert mich auch Ausdruck der Blockchain-Transaktion bring dir höchstens den Nachweis, daß du BTC gekauft hast und wieviele, nicht aber zu welchem EUR-Preis. Das würde ich lassen, bringt nix und verkompliziert alles. Ich habe einfach die "Kontoauszüge" der exchanges verwendet. Hat den großen Vorteil, daß das FA notfalls beim Exchange die Richtigkeit der Daten prüfen kann. Daraus ergeben sich Datum, Preis, Volumen aller Käufe, Verkäufe. Das ist für eine ordentliche Bitcoin-Buchhaltung völlig ausreichend (Nebenkosten (fees) kann man auch noch als Kosten abziehen). Nur wenn man mit "Depots" arbeiten will (kann sich lohnen), braucht man auch "deposit"- und "withdraw"-Daten. Auch das liefern die Exchanges. Bei privat-kauf (localbitcoins, mycelium localtrader, bitcoin-treffen, kumpel etc.) wäre ein "Eigenbeleg" angebracht. Vielleicht hat man die "Bar-Käufe" sogar in ein kleines Büchlein eingetragen (evtl. mit verschiedenen Kugelschreibern): Datum, Anzahl BTC, Preis EUR. |

Frage am Rande (betrifft mich nicht, interessiert mich aber): wie deklariere ich Bitcoins beim FA welche vom Solo Mining stammen? Fragen die überhaupt überhaupt über die Herkunft nach?
Das FA will wissen wann und zu welchem Preis du verkaufte Bitcoins gekauft hattest. Erstmal nicht mal das... sie wollen deinen durch Veräußerung von BTC entstandenen Gewinn wissen. Um den zu ermitteln brauchst du aber (ausser Verkaufspreis und Verkaufsdatum) Kaufpreis und Kaufdatum. Man könnte geminete coins evtl. mit Kaufpreis 0€ ansetzen. Oder die Mining-Kosten in Anschlag bringen. Beim mining gibt es auch das Problem mit evtl. gewerblichkeit, oder? Ich habe zur Sicherheit nur gekaufte coins verkauft, keine gemineten. |

Because people are extremely scared. As soon as the price goes up someone will dump on it, Chinese FUD will be posted, a pool reaches 51% etc. There are people working non stop on trying to take the value of Bitcoin down and right now they control the market. Any hint of bad news atm and the sheep completely panic. A lot of the selling currently is because of "i better sell now before someone else sells". As always the idiots create their own problem. Of course this will change again but when...nobody knows. There are people saying about price under 300 in few days, im afraid but im not going to sell. Im like the captain of a ship, if it goes down i will go down with it. Same here. Not selling. If it goes to crazy lows like under 300 (or even earlier), I'll consider moving some of my cash/gold back into bitcoin. the ghash.io thing is scary, I can understand the paniccy pussies selling to an extent. But I have trust in the community to fix it. P2pool seems a good way. Once it offers low enough variance, people will flock to it. Kudos to the miners already switching. They are real men! |

I have basically writte off my investment in icedrill. I don't think any substantial BTC are going to come from it for me...
So if I don't get any ROI, at least tell me the money went to a good cause and you guys are mining either solo or using p2pool.

Heavy manipulation going on Manipulation is normal in Bitcoin, but we need to control that. No, Bitcoin, actually is Manipulation ! A simple investor, which have only 10.000 BTC can manipulate market with a great facility ! A year ago, about 100,000BTCs where needed for such an achievement. By this time next year, only about 1,000BTCs will also do the same job. By 2016... By 2016 there will be many manipulator, because for the law of numbers, there will be suffice only 1 BTC many manipulators a manipulator don't make |
