I don't see that scenario will happen, people may hold and when the demand increases the price will rise but people who buy can still buy bitcoin but of course at a higher value, however if these people are not mainly into investing, price won't matter at all as they will just spend that bitcoin for whatever purpose they have in mind. I feel bad for this exchange this is not good, withdrawals are working now however number of coins available to withdraw are limited. They have the potential but through this big mistake, everything will probably change.

I dont think we can justify it by those reason alone. Try contacting their support regarding your withdrawals mayne they can help you with that. Too early to say they are turning into scam now. Since they have a good marketing strategy and also community support. Lots of good projects has been tie up with them in the past so it's bad for them if they will start to do a scam when they already gaining traction and name on the community.
