yeah at least we know the funds are still being held and they are extending the escrow until the pod happens but no time period is given unfortunately,
if the developer doesnt reveal his identity then they wont give him the money i think, anyway of making sure he doesnt reveal his identity? (just a thought, obviously i wouldnt/dont have the skills to do that myself)
i also find it funny how all the bittrex folks names all start with the letter R haha

I don't even have that much and I was an advocate in the beginning for the coin, but now it's just become one big polluted mess and garbage of a situation. I will not promote this coin. I will not tell others to buy into it. Even if the Dev does save face an provides a miracle coin.
We've all been strung out entirely too long. 3 days was the statement provided on Bittrex and also in the original post. Either open up and let us trade or refund the money. Keeping it closed only hurts investors further. (Then again it doesn't appear that the investors are even cared about here)
Call me crazy but I'd rather the coin go to absolute shit and be worth nothing during trading, than to want to trade it and not be able to because it's frozen. At this point it's worth nothing to me because it's just sitting there.

if bank finds a scammer, the bank should terminate the agreement. WTF the informal agreement between the scammer dev and bittrex? Why bittrex terminate the agreement in the obvious scam case.

1) There is no legally binding contract, this was confirmed by richie. It is an completely informal gentleman's agreement (at best) between "Dev"/Bittrex. Anyone saying the "dev" can sue for breach of contract is an idiot, there is no contract to breach.
2) Anyone saying "bitcoin isn't money" in the USA legal system is also an idiot. Go look up the Trendon Shavers case, lawyers pulled that defense and judge threw it out straight away. When it comes down to it, the assigned judge decides what is money, not some random lawyer or internet trolls take on the lack of written law. DPR case has also had that defense thrown out. It's safe to say if this ever made a court the "bitcoin is not money" defense would yet again be tossed out as it has been in every single other BTC related case.
The above are facts, rather than opinions, you can verify for yourself.

How will a refund happen if the developers don't meet the requirements?
If the success conditions are not met, we will be putting up a buy wall at the ICO price to repurchase all coins that were sold. You must still own the coins to be able to sell them back for a refund. If you have sold them, you already received your compensation.
