Hello, one of people I am trading with asked me to answer with my pgp public key, I want to know what is it and how can I find it?

PGP or 'pretty good privacy' is an encryption scheme based on RSA. Its pretty common since and exists since the 1990s. If you dont know what PGP is you probably dont have a public key.

Works, thanks. I see you also fixed the sections, very nice. Only node.jps: 1 Posts makes me wonder if there is such a section.
There isn't. There is still a slight problem with the sections when people create topics that have slashes in them. That section it sees happens to come from this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1307971.0 which has two slashes in the title.

which is my title Sad

I guess you would need some sort of database to match against, right?
Yes, but that list would be rather large. I just didn't want to go through and find every section that you can post in in the forum. If there was such a list it would fix the problem.

213 entries minus a few. I started and found some odd things. Some of the main language boards have an ID, but the posts in that section do not show up in a users post history.

I just registered (as 'shorena') and somehow the mail does not show up, not even when I let it resend. Well it showed up once, it was tagged by google as spam, so I removed the spam label and now its gone. Any ideas if this can be fixed? If not I guess I will need to use a different username and mail address.

Hi shorena,

LuckyBtcCasino is actually away until the 17th so thats why there will be no reply.

I personally have no idea how it can be fixed other than creating a new account and using a different email provider like you suggested.

Sorry could not be more help

Thanks for the answer, I will give that a try later. I guess I blew the username.

3548  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: How to fix dust transactions? on: January 09, 2016, 07:00:53 PM
AFAIK 0.03 Bitcoins are not considered dust transactions and should normally get processed with a minimal fee of 0.0001 but I'm using blockchain wallet so there might be a difference there. I didn't had any problem sending 0.0002 transactions there and got normally confirmed so you better export the priv key there and import it in blockchain instead if your going to keep using faucets.

Sending 0.03 bitcoin does not mean they are available in a single input. Esp. if you are talking about faucet "income". 0.03 BTC can easily be 300 inputs with 10000 satoshi each.

I have alot of dust transactions due to faucets. They are so low, even when I have 0.03 BTC, electrum wont send them and it gives me an error "dust".

How do I fix this to get my bitcoin back?

It is possible that someone else can create an unsigned transaction for you if you provide more information (as in all addresses that contain the dust inputs and a target address). You could then import this unsigned transaction into your electrum for signing and broadcast it either directly or via a 3rd party[1]. Doing this by hand is a lot of work though.

Was könnt ihr da einfaches empfehlen?

Multibit HD[1] oder Electrum[2], wobei ersteres sich explizit an Anfänger richtet.

Thanks, good to know, I got some problems since a few days too. Mostly it's not updating my que one the website.
Too bad visitorsbit.com is gone btw.

Got this message now:
Your token is 7t7e73br

Something has changed.

Does someone knows for whatthe merchant option is  being used for?
The merchant option is for account sellers. They can post the link to that token so that prospective buyers can check the stats of the account without actually giving away what that account is.
Alright, lets see how its working

Share this estimate: http://www.bctalkaccountpricer.info/?token=n6518rpr

Again returns "invalid torken".
I'm checking it out.

Edit: Shorena, it looks like that problem happened to a few people according to my logs. I don't know why it happened but it fixed itself. I submitted one for you here: http://www.bctalkaccountpricer.info/?token=7jasl1mu

The issue should be fixed now. All previous tokens will no longer work since the server had to be shutdown.

There have also been some additional features added. There is now a merchant feature which will give you slightly obfuscated details which is good for sellers to share with their buyers. Also requests will now be kept for 1 week after they complete instead of 1 day. There are also now (semi)permalinks to the requests so that you can share that link with others.

Jonhotman's account shows that the user has 4 posts but in his post history, I can find only 1 post which is an error. The user deleted his posts which is itself suspicious. However, the user hasn't scammed anyone and also has stopped promoting a ponzi site yet which doesn't make him worthy of the negative trust. May be a neutral trust rating is enough IMO.

Thats why I made an archive of the post. Jonhotman tried to cheat on a giveaway by copy pasting the work of someone else and claiming it as their own. The rating for the ponzi will be - as all others given by me for this - removed once they stop wearing the signature and information about that. If it would be only the ponzi I wouldnt have given them a negative rating, but a neutral one. In fact someone contacted me a few days ago and informed me about the alt, but I dismissed it, because they only argued with the ponzi, not the other rating. Not that it matters much.

Quote
99% of all bitcoins will have been mined by 2032. The last one percent will be mined for a hundred years.

how are transactions past 2032 possible? and how past 2140?

Miners incentive to continue will be the fees. For this to work we either need higher fees (I personally dont like it) or more transactions (and thus bigger blocks).
3558  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Idea of Bitcoin bucks on: January 09, 2016, 11:59:07 AM
-snip-
The accounts could open to the public thanks to Bitcoin. This could prevent any risk.

That means nothing if you are not the sole person to hold the private keys.

This could seem old-school, but in small towns, this may help Bitcoin being advertised the right way and help the mass-adoption. This can be a temporary system, until everyone get used to Bitcoin. Also, how could you pay in small shops with Bitcoin ? Transaction times are way too long for any real-life use.

As someone that bought breakfast with bitcoin, after(!) I ate and drank and seconds before I left the place, no one is waiting for a confirmation for small value items.
3559  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin bucks : the solution to mass-adoption on: January 09, 2016, 11:37:25 AM
I was just thinking at the moment : "why not use Bitcoin bucks that are not paper-wallet but which have the warranty to be exchanged against one Bitcoin when needed by the company who created the bucks ?". I think that would be a really good idea. This could solve the transaction time problem and thus make a huge step in mass-adoption. What are you thought on this idea Smiley ?

So we have this nice trustless system to create bills that require us to trust a company?

That's indeed that this system can't be applied world-wide. A small company, based in the town where you live could do this. Since you could see them, touch them, talk to them, the trust is no more a problem. You know their real identity, so they can't run away. And even if they do so, they will be found by the police.

Yeah, no thanks. Its easy to found a company with limited liability and just claim bankruptcy after you paid after a extremely high salary. Mt. Gox victims didnt get a refund either, its not that their address is unknown or that no one knows who is behind it.
3560  Economy / Reputation / Re: Should this Op of this thread get negged ? on: January 09, 2016, 11:34:25 AM
Hmm I don't see this dispute being settled as it is a very gray area. However, I also don't like my forum reputation being dragged through the mud. Considering $15 = 0.03 BTC, I'll make the payment to the user who posted an image of the sunglasses that most resemble what I ended up buying. This is contingent on my negative trust rating being removed.

Deal?

LOL.  Probably no deal.  Extortion is yet another sign of dishonesty.

If they can find a solution with those in the thread I see no problem to remove my rating. The solution however is not to send me coins, but I also didnt understand it that way.
