3541  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-12] FORBES: This Could Be The Next Big Thing For The Bitcoin Price on: June 13, 2018, 10:34:05 PM
Bitcoin did become accepted more over the years but although it has more uses now we all are asking ourselves why the prices are falling when the demand and acceptance of it is rising. But a lot of us is missing one variable and that is us humans. We are the ones making the big swings from day to day and it doesn't necessarily mean that more traders means more demand as the more right assumption is that more traders entering the market more volatility will come to the market itself.
3542  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you need 1 merit become member from Jr. member? I would like to help you. on: June 13, 2018, 05:12:20 PM
Here have a merit point, its a nice initiative.  To be honest i still have no idea why we have merit points, im not sure itll solve the problems they need to solve here.  anyways.
Go to the Meta section of the forum. And there you will find a lot of analysis regarding the merit system. I forgot what the title of the thread or who is the maker of the thread but that thread specifically shows us how the merit system decreased the number of new members registering in the forum as well as existing members not being active anymore which means that some of the members not receiving merits have quite already. So technically merit system is slowly doing what its intended to do, let us just give it more time.

Why are you copy pasting the OP and making it as a format? I don't think that it would help you speed up the process as you have not created your own post and I think this is for Jack444's account only. But my advice don't even try to recover it as they already know by now that you have two accounts and chances are both of your accounts will be tagged which will waste your time. Looking at Jack444's profile I don't know why you still want to recover it as it is still having a newbie rank which is really not worth your time of proving that it is yours.
3544  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How deal with US SC regulations? on: June 13, 2018, 02:47:44 PM
I think you are referring to SEC which is Security and Exchange Commission and not SC which is the Supreme Court. Not all kinds of ICO are prohibited by the SEC if you are offering a Utility Token then you can offer it to American Citizens without violating any regulations. However if you are offering a security token then you cannot offer it to American citizens, the reason being is that security tokens are something similar to what stocks of a company are offering and IPOs of stocks have a rigorous screening process, they don't want Security Tokens as a loophole for this companies.
3545  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin stay above 6500? on: June 13, 2018, 09:18:04 AM
Well what do you think? It is hard to give you an analysis since it is not recommended for anyone to listen to others especially to someone you just see posts suggestions online. But from the way I see it. Bitcoin is pretty weak right now as even the bulls didn't have enough power to make BTC stay above 7,000$. Thinking about reversals at this point is also not possible as the volume is pretty heavy on the sell side. There are no signs that someone is buying them back up. Sadly shorting it now won't be a good option but it depends on where will BTC fall or if will still fall.
3546  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-11]More than Half of Cryptocurrency Exchanges Have no Full KYC Complian on: June 13, 2018, 07:13:03 AM
As soon as they grow in terms of number of users and in income they won't be unnoticed anymore as the attention of the government will now be on them, they might be enjoying right now but sooner or later they need to comply on what their respective government orders them to do. Also as of right now where we lack regulations this will be normal as not everyone will know what to do and this companies won't certainly ask KYC if it is not one of the required process given by their government.

I am not getting any Errors about the site being down regarding on your situation but when I am trying to visit Bitsler I am being redirected to their http://www.bitsler.com/maintenance which they are saying that "The site is currently down for maintenance. It will be available shortly.". So we might not be in the same situation as your post happened last two days ago.
3548  Economy / Economics / Re: regulation and legalization of cryptocurrency on: June 12, 2018, 07:13:43 PM
I think this is there way of avoiding money laundering schemes of their tax payers. Simply avoiding direct ICO sales from their own fiat currency will force their traders to use the allowed cryptocurrencies in their country. Another thing that I favor on what their doing is screening the  cryptocurrencies first before letting it be traded in their market. Unlike what other countries are doing right now where they are removing certain anonymity centered cryptos such as Monero and Zcash, this is what is happening to South Korea where they ordered their exchanges to pull out this coins from their platform.
3549  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to Spot Scam Airdrops on: June 12, 2018, 12:50:03 PM
The second one you mentioned is becoming more popular since they are saying that this is there way of confirming that you are a real person and that the ETH address you are sending is your own. They are reasonable in doing so that is why it looks believable to a lot of people especially the newbies when it comes to airdrops, that is why a lot of people are being fooled with this type of method. But they are also forgetting that these scam ICOs are also requiring KYCs which you are personally giving away your vital information which they are also selling to other businesses.
3550  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Octaex.com SCAM on: June 11, 2018, 05:59:11 PM
Pretty sure that a lot of people are aware of there scams by now. Their reviews are really bad in the internet and you can see a lot of negative opinion to a lot of different websites including reddit and steemit which other users also agree on their bad service. My advice is to stay away from a not so reliable cryptocurrency exchanges as they are really not worth the risk you are giving. You will just end up losing money at the end.
3551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin and crypto currency ALWAYS getting hacked?? on: June 11, 2018, 03:08:34 PM
The same can be said with banks, did they stop flourishing when a lot of theft is happening? When some of their branches are being rob by robbers? I don't think so, criminals are always where the money is. And since Bitcoin and crpotucurrencies exist digitally then no doubt this criminals will also try to steal everything virtually. Now it will be up to us if we will fell trap to phishing sites or HYIP investment schemes or on any hacks. This can easily be avoided we just need to be careful as they are always there lurking for another victim.
3552  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC WILL Go 5K . on: June 11, 2018, 01:08:42 PM
I won't believe on a guy who has previous posts like these ones:
Guys what is your suggestion for investing 10K$ in ALTCOIN?
I already Bought, BTC, ETH, NEBL, (75K$) Now I want to invest 10K $ More, What to BUY?
Which Coin Can Double UP My money in a Week? I accept Risk also.

A man who was asking a month or two before on what to invest and what altcoin will double there money is a not so reliable person to believe in. You are literally the description of a noob to pro by just your posts. You haven't prove to us anything, you didn't even provide any reliable evidence about what you are saying.
3553  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-10] The Bitcoin Price Is Down 50% This Year Alone - Here's Why on: June 11, 2018, 10:23:02 AM
So everyone has concluded that a not known cryptocurrency exchange which only trades 50 kinds of cryptocurrencies is the reason why the whole market went down? I don't think so they only loss about 40 million dollars which is small money. To tell you the truth that amount if money is always being traded in the market regularly. Its funny how we always connect past events to our reasons on where the market is going. It always will make our guesses 100% right, although it won't make you a smart person as you didn't actually predict something.
3554  Other / Meta / Re: Merit for helping on moderating the forum (?!) on: June 11, 2018, 08:55:01 AM
If fellow members of the forum are helping xandry to moderate the forum then this members are technically helping the moderator clean up the spam and shitpost of the forum, so I do think giving them merits for their help on cleaning up trash posts still is counted on being given merits. I know it may look like I am stretching their definition but if xandry is giving it to people who are helping him then I don't see anything wrong with it, even if their posts aren't of high quality they are still contributing to the forum elsewhere.
3555  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is global regulation of cryptocurrencies possible? on: June 10, 2018, 07:23:08 PM
Nope, it is a simple doctrine of Domestic Law being greater than International Law. Different countries have different set of local laws they need to follow, every time they set up some kind of treaty they must always adjust to were it will fall that they won't violate each other's local law which is early impossible not unless they took the option of transforming that international law into a domestic law, which will also go through their legislative process. That is why you will always see countries breaking treaties or countries backing off to a deal as they have their own way of running their own country, and they simply don't care of what other countries are following.
3556  Economy / Reputation / Re: Marlboroza changed email address after getting on DT2! on: June 10, 2018, 04:45:52 PM
Can you cut these unconvincing crap accusations you are posting. So changing email addresses now can result into being tag as a bought account? Can it not be that marlboroza is changing his email address into a more secure one since he just received his DT status? Changing their email is a more reasonable explanation since being a DT member means that a lot of new people will want to hack into his account. I don't know what you are trying to prove in the community anymore since no one is believing you.
3557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Illuminati on: June 10, 2018, 01:34:24 PM
Can you give us the link of the article so that we know if they have a convincing piece or not? If not could you just give us the reason or main points of why you think that the Illuminati is controlling Bitcoin? Because I am getting tired of this news and articles linking big names to Bitcoin. News like Trump is the real creator of Bitcoin or even Bitcoin is the plan of Rothschild to take over the world. Yet what they fail to do is to create a convincing article as they always lacked research and they just create it for the sake of having a piece for their website to increase views.
3558  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain will help Economy. on: June 10, 2018, 11:21:45 AM
Of course applying/integrating Blockchain technology to businesses and also the government system of a country will be good for the economy. It will tremendously improve efficiency on both ends as going through the process from manual to digital will help our development be on par with what we all are doing. Also the ability of being transparent is also there, having this kind of technology accessible to the public will help us avoid any kind of corruption, and of course we must always limit the information availability as some information are really sensitive and is vital for a country's national security.
3559  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [GUIDE] CoinMarketCap. What is it? on: June 10, 2018, 09:34:35 AM

Let's move on to the interface of this site.

At the top, we see 5 points. I will designate them with numbers in the picture for a more convenient understanding.

1. This is the number of cryptocurrencies that currently includes the site. Please note that this is not the total number of cryptocurrencies that exist. Its only those that are on the site.
2. We will not dwell here. This is the number of markets, which exist now.
3. Here everything is said in the title. This market capitalization. Very interesting and useful function for traders and investors.
4. At this point, many were stuck. This is the daily trading volume of all the сryptocurrency.
5. The percentage that is occupied by Bitcoin capitalization
I like to explain more about market capitalization which in this case is the total market cap of the whole cryptocurrency market. Meaning every single cryptocurrencies and their market cap is added all together in order to form the Overall market cap which is $329,448,532,195. The biggest market cap of them all is of course Bitcoin which is the market leader in terms of market cap which is more than one third of the overall market cap.
3560  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-07] CCN: $700 Million Bitcoin Mining Farm Coming to Upstate New York on: June 07, 2018, 06:44:57 PM
The move is reasonable if Coinmit expected to cut expenses from taking advantage of Massena, New York's renewable source then it is a good decision for them, they can expect that even though cryptocurrency prices are down their will still be a profit to be made as electricity bills are expected to be lower. Plus a 700 million dollar move says that they expect to create a big money out of it. The local government of Massena is in full support and is ready to help with anything as it will create jobs for their residents.
