For users that are ip blocked by cloudflare, most of the time, restarting your modem(not router), will change your ip address. This works for users that are on dynamic ip from their ISP. And just to clarify, being ip blocked by cloudflare does not mean your Bitsler account is also blocked. Why am i getting IP blocked by cloudflare? There are several reasons for this. Due to the recent and current DDOS attacks, Bitsler has enabled a higher security level on cloudflare, and by doing this, accessing the website is now more stricter. Some common reasons(not all) on why you are gettings IP blocked: - Your IP address has been flagged by Cloudflare as a spam/bot/attack/malicious IP
- Your browser software has been flagged by Cloudflare
- You are accessing the site too fast which can be seen as a DDOS attack by Cloudflare
- A malicious software/malware/spyware or virus is running on your computer
As stated above, the IP block happens on the Cloudflare side, not on Bitsler, so Bitsler has very little power to manage "false positives" Why the need for this stricter security? Bitsler has been a target of DDOS attack very often, so this stricter security is a must to keep Bitsler running for most of the users. Some tips to access Bitsler with no issues: - As stated above, if your IP is blocked, restarting your modem will change your IP
- Use popular browsers, such as Chrome,Firefox and Edge
- Clean/clear/delete your browser cookies and cache
- Scan your computer for malware, spyware and viruses
- Do not use unofficial Bot Apps/Programs to access Bitsler
- Avoid accessing Bitsler site using multiple tabs as this will count as multiple connections on a single IP, which Cloudflare might detect as an attack
Regards, Uni I've already got an ip ban for the second time for 6 days. The first time I was helped by an appeal in support. I do not break the rules, only one tab is open. I saw how the ban ip got himself a moderator in the chat. Yes it helped reboot the modem. I can not yet reboot. This is problem !!! And it must be solved. Dozens of people get a ban for unknown reasons, which did not violate anything - it's abnormal !!

There has to be a reason why this keeps happening to you. I suggest that you send Bitsler Support a PM and give him brief history of the actions taken to your account and the current problem that you encounter now. Hope your issue is resolved soon. Here's a link to Bitsler Supports profile to send him a PM https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=668840

Just a reminder to everybody. The #1 thing to do after playing at any BTC sites is enabling 2FA. Just a small mistake can cause you to be hacked and because it's so easy to cash bitcoin out, it would probably mean your coins are gone. It's the responsibility of the player to make sure they are doing what they can to ensure something like that doesn't happen.

Perhaps the protection reacts to the words in the chat by type: hello, thanks and so on. And when they write, does it perceive it as spam?

Unless you've cheated somehow which is not really possible, you most likely got banned because you are using a VPN. I am guessing you chose one of the only few VPN providers which accepts bitcoins anonymously as a payment and most likely so did many of your peers. Hence with due to bad luck you are using the same virtual server which also has the same IP, hence thats why you got banned. In general you shouldn't use VPN at all. If you must then pay a little more and get an IP that isn't used as much with other people.

Now I'm fine

I am not getting any Errors about the site being down regarding on your situation but when I am trying to visit Bitsler I am being redirected to their http://www.bitsler.com/maintenance which they are saying that "The site is currently down for maintenance. It will be available shortly.". So we might not be in the same situation as your post happened last two days ago.

Yes this is pretty bad. Its been hours since it has been down and there hasn't been any updates or reports. The mods really need to make an annoucement soon or people are going to take this the wrong way and start thinking they were either hacked.... exit scammed (unlikely) .... government took over servers .... mice ate their network cables ... etc

This is the reason i never let any crypto online at a site. Always withdraw at the end.

Hi, is there any news about this ? there is a maintenance page if you try to access Bitsler there are parallel DDOS attacks going on as we speak, many top crypto casinos are affected my guess would be that the attack is too strong at the moment and admins decided to close the site for maintenance far too many ... individuals nowadays who think that once they discover a DDOS site, they could invest 500$ and try to blackmail casinos for coins pretty sure one of the admins will come online soon and provide more info

Let me represent bitsler to extend a great apology for the inconvenience!

Hi guys, I'm sorry for the delay regarding the status of the update. We have decided in order to protect the interests of our players - we did not announce the time of the update. Each time we announced the maintenance we began being DDoS attacked. Even still, the site has been attacked during the update maintenance process which is making difficulties for the developers and delaying things much longer. Our DEV team is still working dilligently to set up everything and to give you the best possible gambling experience when we will come back Currently I cannot give an ETA but, my guess is that that it should take only a few more hours. Obviously, for players who still have coins on Bitlser, your funds are perfectly safe. We are really sorry for the delay and the inconvenience. Gabriel
