I know a few of us managed to grab some of the Hobby Box's available this summer, but will you crack them open OR sell them now/later? Does $3K-$4K sound like a good price compared to $20K for the X Hobby?  I had a newbie to the Cryptocurrency card collecting arena say that the prices will go back down, recently...........we've watched it from day 1. There's been plenty of "Collectors" tell me that these cards would never be worth anything, they said that I was CRAZY!!! lol I say to them : DO YOU STILL THINK IM CRAZY???   (Crazy like a Fox...all of us in here)

What is interesting is Ebay will issue you the 1099 but it appears up to you to then disclose to IRS. It appears Ebay will not, but will cooperate with IRS if any documentation is requested of them. Agree next year appears messy…. Yep ebay flash sale end of year everyone trying to get in lasties. Then actually eBay might become of sellers market and get better sales due to sellers drying up. ^Morris brothers dirty plays should also be given some attention. It's not like this is the first time they hurt somebody or try to hurt them using cheap shots. That's an intentional foul but Morris went overboard using his elbow and knees. The same goes for Jokic fighting back, he could just push Morris first and let him fight face to face.
Nuggets will be up to Pacers today. I don't know how they can put a good game without their star and then MPJ is still out too.
But my bets will not be for them. I know the Nets will try to bounce back after a bad defeat against the Bulls. They had their rest too.

Yeah there isn't many games I like today but I do like the Nets. I see them at -9 though where did you get them at -6.5? The other game I like is golden state against the Wolves at -7. Gotta ride the steph wave especially when they are home. Funny to see Lakers giving 4 at home to the heat. Looks like the lines finally caught up with reality. Trying to see what I can play tonight and not seeing a ton I love either. My Bulls have been doing a pretty good job this year so far in beating the spread. They are currently -3.5 vs the Dallas Mavericks tonight and am considering taking some action on that. I of course am a bit scared of Luka, that dude is just crazy good. I am also seeing the Nets at -9. Lakers should start to pick things up, but that is pretty crazy to see. Yeah I might take the bulls in this too. Dallas isn't deep and beyond Luka they are very average at best. Bulls have a lot of options and think they match up well vs Dallas. Stayimg away from the knick game, Bucks are definitely going to come in pissed after losing to them last week after being up 20+ points. |

Tough lines today I might take a game or 2 but definately tough. Jazz giving 12.5 on the road on a second night of a back to back. I might actually take Orlando here. I do like golden state -13 at home against Houston. I think they route Houston at home. And even though I'm a knicks fan giving 7.5 at home against Cleveland seems like a lot. Cleveland has been tough all year. Might take the cavs, and then hit the Knicks on a ML bet and try to nail the middle.
Hit the cavs and pushed the gs game. As far as tonight I know the Knicks are on the back end of a back to back, but embid just popped out for testing positive to covid. Knicks -2 I really like here. Don't know if the sixers have enough fire power to keep up with the Knicks. I'm taking the Knicks and taking the under on the game, I expect a sloppy game tonight out of both teams. Got a trifecta. First knicks with another win! Hit the spread and the over was 213, ended up 10-15 under the line. Tonight its one game (at least for nba) that I like. Jazz -8.5 at home playing the Hawks who are on game 2 of a road back to back. This game could end up real ugly. I kinda like the under on this one too buy just taking a stab at the line at 8.5. It's very clear that Hawks gassed out against the GSW, so what more they can give in this game when it's a back to back game for them. Most likely an easy win because fatigue is the main factor to consider why betting against the Hawks is a good idea. I'm thinking the same thing. Might actually tease the points up into double digits to get better odds. I see 117-96 type of game. Now that Trae isn't getting all those calls when he jumps sideways into defenders hawks are struggling. And John Collins and capella are going to struggle with Rudy inside. This is a bad matchup for the Hawks. (I say that and now the Jazz will throw up a stinker lol). Little bit off 110-98 but pretty dang close. Hit the spread and the Hawks lost. As a knick fan couldn't have seen anything better  Was scared to bet the clips game. I like the clips but no matter what I do I can't bet against Dame. I am not quite certain what would happen to Odell Beckham Jr., however, the Las Vegas Raiders lost their wide receiver because of alcohol abuse and stupidity. They might get him next season? What other teams have lost or wants to replace their wr1?
New Orleans is one of the teams which need a WR1, Michael Thomas is out for the season and they are the only team that had talks with the Browns about a potential trade for Odell, Seattle is also a team which is been mentioned despite having a good WR core, while New England does not really have a WR1, but can Odell deal with Belichick and his Odel would be perfect down in New orleans if Winston was still under center. With Taylor probably going to take the job from Simeon O'Dell will he frustrated there. Seatle with Lockett and Metcalf are good they don't need him. New England might actually be a good spot for him. Another good landing spot for him (for him personally) would be the Ravens. Not a lot of pressure to be thean, team that needs another receiver, and ultimately in the browns division so he can stick it to him. But this is definately true, he will eventually run out of chances if he doesn't pipe down. He fails on another team and people will just look at him like a liability. |

PSA #83 population count, 93 cards exist with a PSA 9 grade   Yes, quoting the pop count as a marketing device doesn't mean a lot, unless the card is a perfect 10 grade. Defiantely impressive. As the rest of the card world has shrunk in price the crypto card keeps expanding. Definately wish I had some unopened boxes to rip. Would be fun but at these current prices it doesn't make sense. Rather just straight buy a crypto card.

Kicking up tonight is ncaa basketball. Don't know if there is another thread (I will lock this if there is). But some great opening games like usual. We got Michigan state versus Kansas, and Duke vs Kentucky.
This is coach k's final year with Duke. Should be a great opening night. Throwing some sheckles down on the Duke ML.
Anyone else a huge college basketball fan??

Golden State Warriors do look like they are back on a roll. However, I am worried about what could happen when Klay is back. Wiggins is still in that team and normally they clash in position, both of them are Shooting Guards. I am sure they could move Klay to Small Forward if they want to, it is looking a lot like they could do that when he comes back, but with how his injury looking, I am not sure if he will be ready to defend bigger guys, and we all know Wiggins doesn't have the defence required to be there neither.
I am worried that they may have a bad chemistry all together when they are playing. Talking about bad chemistry, Lakers won a game but they looked so tired at the end there, if you are barely beating Charlotte then you are not ready to fight for a title yet at all. They need to get together and be a team but it is taking some time apparently.
Wiggins will be on the pine once klay is back. Poole will get more run than Wiggins will. Wiggins will end up getting a 15-20 minute role off the bench so long as the test of the team is healthy. Curry is covering up how inefficient Wiggins really is. They should turn him into a 6th or 7th man role and take the pressure off of him. Maybe that will help him in the long run, kind of what Clarkson has turned into over on the jazz. |

Good question Moon. As of like two weeks ago I was sold on the Bills being the favorite, but now it truly is wide open. The Bills, Rams, Bucs, Cardinals, and imo the current favorite to win it all, the god damn Packers  . As a bears fan that is very hard to swallow. Honestly until Tom Brady is out of the league, his team no matter which one he is on is the favorite. Kills me to say it but it's true. Tell me a team that will be favorites in the playoffs over them? Not a chance. Vegas and betting money will come in hard on playoff Brady and squad. At this point no one should ever peel a Casacius ever again. Sell funded
This discussion has been had many times over. There are good arguments on both sides. At this stage of the game in 2021, with price of BTC at 60k, whats the argument for peeling a casacius? Unless you need the money today what other reason would there be? If you have a funded 25btc or even a funded 100 btc bar you won't get much of a premium. If you want access to 100 btc it can be as easy as redeeming the bar. Is getting 1-5% over spot worth the possible risk? That's the risk people weigh and some feel it's not worth the Hassle. |

About the Michael Porter Jr. issue. It's the backache that he had been dealing with since the last playoffs and I think it's coming back. Perhaps, he is not fully healed yet and he is trying to force it. He should think about taking a long rest to avoid worst-case scenarios.
The Toronto Raptors versus the Brooklyn Nets line looks inviting. Is it a trap or is it a steal? I'd go for a steal and bet with the Nets.

I don't know what happened to AD but he didn't come back after he exited in the first half. Coach Vogel says he had stomach illness.
I can sense a trouble in LA, things are so messed up. I'm not gonna be surprise there will be a lot changes happening soon lol.
Yeah, it looks like coach Vogel should make some changes because the Lakers can't do anything without Lebron. By the way, Russell Westbrook had another disgusting performance considering that he scored only 1 out of 13 and made six turnovers in this game. That's Russell's game. He needs to play 20-25 minutes off the bench and be a 6th man guy. Put him in when you need a flurry of scoring. I think he would thrive off the bench. Either way stacking a bunch of "old guys" together has never worked in the NBA, I don't know why the Lakers think they could change that. Wait until mid season once the injuries really start racking up. |

Decent fight last night canelo looked good. For me plant gambled to much by staying inside him all night. Think if he stayed back and just waited to counter he might have been able to catch canelo in a spot or 2. Either way plant put up a good fight but canelo was just too much for him.
