Is it true? I've never tried it myself because I've always thought that it's like $1 per hour at best. Well, at one point I was making probably less than $1/hour solving captures, so it would be interesting to know what did I miss back then.

Surveys pay well if you live in the US/ UK/ CA/ AU or those mainly English-speaking countries.

Anywhere else and they can fuck off with frequent screenouts.

That's what I heard and that's why I didn't even try to make money on doing surveys. But it was long time ago. Several years have passed since the last time I researched it, and maybe things have changed. Now when I google it I see very different payments mentioned: from 41 cents per hour to more than $20 per survey. And probably you are right, this job is for English-speaking countries mostly, but it would be interesting to hear from someone who really was doing this job.

As of Jackpots, I won them 2 times, 100k and 10k sats, and here's my stats for them:

~

I though jackpot winning is the bigger prizes we win from free rolls but just now got to know it is the 8888 number form multiply BTC game.
Well yeah I never played for the jackpot since it was costly.

It's not that costly, actually. Just add 2 sats to your bet in the Multiply BTC game, and you can potentially win 10k sats. Add 13 stas, and you'll win 100k sats if you are lucky.

Today I tried to hit it, and was pretty close at one point,

but nope, I didn't win it. It was fun, though. Smiley
3565  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: December 07, 2021, 12:22:12 PM
I've earned 8.5 points this time

One of my best results so far. If I was winning 8.5 in every round, I'd be close to the top 20 right now. And yet I'm still sitting on the 44th place

You guys are terrific predictors. It's so hard to compete with you. Smiley

And it's not like I'm not trying. Quite the contrary. I analyze the historic results, the odds etc. ... and yet, 44th place in several rounds in a row. Well, we are not halfway yet, so, I'm not losing my hope. Smiley
3566  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — Holiday season has began 🎊 33 days of gifts 🎁 on: December 07, 2021, 11:12:56 AM
Guys look at how big MEGA and MAJOR Jackpots have become!

I really hope one of us here will win one of those prizes. Smiley

Today I played Caribbean Anne 2 for some time. Didn't won a Jackpot, but as @LFC_Bitcoin said above it's a great game to play. I mean, you just can't stop when you have this

already, right? Smiley In the end my best win was only 2x of my bet, but I had my fun. I call it "meditation on slots", and it's always worth the money spent.

Thx That`s what i wanted to understand. Smiley Looks like that this is a world trend - people become more practical, strategies becomes more defensive. In such a way bluff percentage decreases and pocket cards becomes the one of most important thing in the game. Bluff ceases to be the decisive tool, it just helps sometimes.

Well, it's still poker, so you can't win without bluffing occasionally, but you are right, good players are doing it less often these days.

~ Poker is like chess, it's a mind game and the smart one will always win.

I don't think poker is like chess. They are very different games, actually. Just read our discussion with @mak013 above, and then come back here. Smiley

But if you don't have time for that, I'll tell you this: chess is a game of complete information, meaning that luck plays zero part in it. It is determined how to play in this or that situation, you just have to know it. Memorize all the games played during the past 100 years by the best chess players, and you are guaranteed to win most of the time. But you can't do that trick with poker.

~So, I deposit only what I can afford to lose now. I almost quit gambling, but sometimes that kind of promotion gets me back to gambling again. ~

It's better late than never. Congrats on that decision, mate! Of course, what we can afford to lose is always a big question. Can I afford to lose my daily wage? Sure. But it will hurt. And if I'll be losing it daily? Well ...

~
That is a playstyle that many people gamble with, so do not feel bad about it. I have seen plenty of people who wager this way and I have tested it a while back in the day myself as well. However, I have to say my psychology couldn't handle it, I understand people who could feel happy about this, it is a big win after all but I just couldn't handle all those losses back to back constantly non-stop and that is why I stopped gambling that way. I rather gamble with as minimum odds as possible and wager a bit higher, keep having plenty of wins back to back and then I would be able to lose it all back in a single bet and yet it is still a lot of greens for me which is what I like to see.

That's nice actually, because gambling should be about good feelings, not about making money with it.
3569  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🎰 Sportsbet.io 🎰 "Soccer Blackjack" @ 21.00 odds on: December 06, 2021, 01:00:42 PM
And again my stake returned on the two latest ones:

I love this game. There are not so many busts(for me at least). It feels like you either win or you get your money back.

Just look at the latest results:

New Rules effective September 14, 2021

Blackjack! = 9
Bust = 77
Push = 61
~

Normally, for 9 Blackjacks we could expect around 190 busts. Clearly it's a positive EV game.
3570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: December 06, 2021, 11:42:47 AM
And the full results are as follows

~
Thanks for sharing! I wasn't able to watch any fights this time, so I was just reading this article to find out what happened, and then I saw your post. Very helpful. All the needed info in one place.

So, this time I got 8 of them right:

15)  Jose Aldo
14)  Rafael Fiziev
13)  Clay Guida
12)  Jamahal Hill
11)  Brendan Allen
10)  Bryan Barberena
9)  Dusko Todorovic
8 )  Zhalgas Zhumagulov
7)  Jake Matthews
6)  Cheyanne Buys
5)  Alonzo Menifield
4)  Chris Gruetzemacher
3)  Azamat Murzakanov
2)  Alex Morono
1)  Louis Smolka

But I'm especially glad that I was right about Clay Guida, "a caveman", as he is called sometimes. Few people believed in his victory, but I did. Smiley I like betting on the underdog. Now I regret that I didn't bet on Chris Curtis. I just didn't have the balls. And he won! Damn.
3571  Economy / Economics / Re: No where is actually safe on: December 06, 2021, 10:44:46 AM
I can say nobody can actually graduate from the institute of cryptocurrency trading. Every season needs its peculiar strategy. It is better to be involved in both other normal business and cryptocurrency trading. Getting rich in cryptocurrency trading needs the right strategy.

It's a strategy that no one has invented yet. Luck is still a big factor in cryptocurrency trading, and this will hardly change any time soon, if ever. So, I agree with you on the "normal business" part. Imo, it should be the primary source of income. Same with stocks trading: most people are doing it as a hobby, having a regular job at the same time.

I did not say gambling websites are not trustworthy. However you would have to agree that there a lot of questions regarding trustworthiness of gambling websites popping up on here. Talking of strangers, I take it you really know the person who you bet with? Have a nice day.

Maybe I don't know them personally, but I can see what is their reputation here, and make my conclusions. Hang around here for a while, build up some reputation, a good one, then open a thread with practically the same words, and I will never say that there's something wrong with that. Only I'm pretty sure that after spending some time reading this forum, your words won't be the same. At least regarding the organizer fee, they won't. Smiley
3573  Economy / Economics / Re: A way to make money online? on: December 06, 2021, 09:18:49 AM
There are many ways to make online money. First so many people started with survey sites where you can earn some good money

Is it true? I've never tried it myself because I've always thought that it's like $1 per hour at best. Well, at one point I was making probably less than $1/hour solving captures, so it would be interesting to know what did I miss back then.

But main online job after Bitcoin in market, trading has been a new source on money. Crypto trading has now become a part of our daily life. I have been in market since 2017 so much fluctuation has been happened I can say it's too much. Crypto airdrop and bounty are also a good online earnings system but these are long process to earn so might not be handled by everyone.

Trading is a way, but a very risky one. To potentially earn good money, you have to risk significant amounts. It's never guaranteed that you won't lose a big part of them.

It is better to find a job where you can apply skills that you have and earn money with that.

Finally a higher win on Free Spin than the Base Amount!
I thought they were out.  Grin

The jackpot would also be nice, with now over 8700 spins...  Cheesy

With nearly the same amount of free spins made, , I got 3 or 4 in the range 9994 - 9997($2 award), and many of those higher than base amount. And yeah, the jackpot would also be nice some time soon. Good luck to both of us! Smiley

Just thought of checking my winnings and found that I have played 1060 rolls till date. It's so less compared to you guys.
I have won 0.00135 BTC from the free roll  Grin Now that was quite surprising.
But the stats say that I won 0 jackpot winnings but I think I did score the jackpot of 300 sats approximately 2-3 times.

I have won 480k sats, , from free rolls, but it's only 4 times more than you have while you've made like  8 times less rolls, so you are lucky. Smiley

As of Jackpots, I won them 2 times, 100k and 10k sats, and here's my stats for them:

Also I think you must be missing something regarding Jackpots.

The minimum prize for rolling 8888 has always been 10k sats.

what a shitty round, Liverpool beat us to 1:4, ~

Tell me about it, mate. Yet again, being a Liverpool fan, I wasn't confident enough in my favourite team. I predicted 1-3 for their away win. Only one guy from our pool

was exactly right with his prediction.

[...] It's not even first week December and already the scores are all over the place. I'd love to still finish top by Boxing Day but it's a long road ahead.
You should try harder and make your predictions more carefully as some of us are on your tail. For example, this week I went up by 10 points at once, taking the 12th line ~

Congrats, @icopress! With this pace you can find yourself in the top 3 in no time. I'm rooting for you, mate! Smiley

~
This is still a long season we arent even at the halfway mark. Anything can happen, for me its good that i am picking up pace and i am really close to that top 10 spot and even first place is just 11 points far and that can change in 1-2 rounds. I hope this week i can reach top 10

Why not? All of you guys in the top 15 are super close to each other, and in a round or two anyone can be in the top 3. And my goal is to be in the top 30 in a round or two. Smiley

@Betwrong

Joker Max is a great slot, don’t be so down on yourself. We are all unlucky gamblers until we’re not, if you know what I mean. Jackpots are out there & somebody has to win them so why not us? Bitcasino.io have some of the best jackpots & most exciting games to play. Let’s keep our fingers crossed, who knows what can happen in the future.

After reading your post and seeing that not a single Jackpot has been won yet, and also that all Jackpots have become significantly higher

I tried again, but to no avail. Idk, maybe it's because I'm not accustomed to play slots with such high bets. I usually play $0.10 or $0.20 max, and here, if I'm not mistaken, the minimum bet is almost $0.60?

When I play with those bets, man, my balance is decreasing so fast!

Well, you are right, someone should hit it. But maybe it won't be me this time". Smiley

Money back on 2 previous games.

That's not that bad. I lost several bets recently, but I'm still in profit from participating in Soccer Blackjack, because most of the time I was getting my money back, and one time I won. Hope to win again with this "Fulham v Bournemouth" game. Smiley
