3561  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Technology and comfort taking over our lives. Privacy, a thing of the past? on: September 26, 2020, 06:25:44 PM
Data are the new oil. And companies are using that. Sooner or latter mentality about it will change and people will use products and services where they dont give out any data. At this point of time there is lite demand fro that. But that will change. Probably already in this decade. If not this then next.

I hope you have heard the term "BIG DATA"
There is no privacy left and all our activity online and offline are traced and recorded in the form of data. This data can be used for good things like targeted marketing or it can be misused at any level.
3562  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The second hand clothes market is booming. on: September 26, 2020, 06:15:45 PM

So what do you think about the trend to buy second hand clothes? Would you consider buying or selling clothes?

This shows that people purchasing power is decreasing as they can't afford to buy the new clothes. These second hand clothes markets are a blessing for poor people as they can get good quality branded clothes from these markets at a very cheap price.
3563  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hacker blackmailing me and ask for money. Did you also get this email? on: September 26, 2020, 04:39:05 PM
The fact that he's worried about it makes me think what he was doing in the early hours of the night Cheesy
The email came a few days ago. So I did not worried about the last night.  Grin But surely I was worrying about how they know the password.

I don't even bother to read those emails.
I am also don't care to read spam folders. Even I did not notice it for a few months. Today suddenly I visit and see the password of mine. I was shocked then.  Smiley

They may have send this type of mail to many people and asking for the money. These people keep doing such attempts to collect money and they are successful too. Some may send money to these scammers which make them feel that this is an easy way to get money out of people's pocket. People needs to be educated and understand what the hacker can or cannot do with the information he has.
3564  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone know a dice game that is actually fair? on: September 26, 2020, 04:26:17 PM
Every Casino promote their service to be provably fair. Every Casino too have their own procedure to check the fairness of the roll. Just on the coincidence people believe in it. No one is sure, to what extent this is fair. With the trusted gambling site, it is good to spend unlike the fair functioning.

That is correct every casino has its own definition of fairness and that is why they use the word probably fair as according to them they are fair to the gamblers. Playing on a trusted exchange only gives confidence in their fairness policy and nothing more.

Every casino will claim to be "probably fair", even if they are not. I only prefer to play gambling on the old trusted casinos because everyone is sure about their fairness. Many new casinos may also be fair but it will take time when majority of the gamblers will trust them.
3565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Less Volatile Coins on: September 25, 2020, 09:02:11 PM
You can see OP is a newbie when he starts talking about "volatile coins likebitcoin".

If you think Bitcoin is the volatile one you should spend some time in the altcoin section Wink Bitcoin is actually one of the least if not the least volatile.

I keep telling you people taht stablecoins cannot be used as investments. You are better off investing on forex than trying to make money holding USDt.

Actually OP is comparing bitcoins with stable fiat currency. Since the fiat currency is non-volatile, many people who are new to crypto currencies may find bitcoin to be very volatile. However who are using bitcoins and altcoins for some time, will know that bitcoin is the least volatile coin amoung all digital currencies.
3566  Other / Politics & Society / Re: People are so slow these days. on: September 20, 2020, 11:13:13 AM
Obviously it isn't everybody. Before the lock down I used the cafe in a leisure centre with an active gym membership. The pace of life in there, and the alertness of the members was a massive contrast to the supermarket. People will say " Well, what do you expect then ", but my point is that education by the government, and initiatives by the so-called health services could bring the supermarket traffic up to at least the slow lane in the gymway traffic.

People priority have changed a lot. People are more happy to spend time in clubs, casino and super markets rather then in the gym. To remain slim smart and healthy is now only the need for the ladies or some un-married men. Once they are married, they stop thinking about themselves to keep them fit.
3567  Economy / Gambling / Re: ❤️CRYPSINO💚 Blackjack 🃏 Poker 🃏 Keno ⭐ Dice 🎲 Wheel 🍀 Slots 🎰 Roulette on: September 20, 2020, 09:13:36 AM
Lowest price for Curacao license, it cost about 20K EUR  / for first year,+ annually fees later... Smiley

So you are operating your casino without a license ?

Is this legal and allowed to run a casino with no license ? Also it can be an issue for the players too who play at your site  Sad

In many countries cryptocurrency is NOT a money. So gambling with no real money is not illegal.

If you have more questions, please open support tciket: https://crypsino.io/page/support

This is just a vague argument and make no sense. Even if we consider it right, then if I belong to a country where crypto currencies are legal and i play at your site with no license, where do I stand ?
There is no need to open a ticket for any query.
3568  Economy / Services / Re: Naming and logo design on: September 20, 2020, 08:34:30 AM
Bump!

OP did you get any orders for your service. I doubt so ?

Even after months, you have not shown your any previous work. Maybe you can show us what you developed for "examplens" so that we have some idea about your skills.

let's write the first feedback to user @logomaker as a logo designer.
3569  Economy / Gambling / Re: Tower.bet - Joker * Crash *Hi-Lo on: September 20, 2020, 08:20:03 AM
Definitely a little weird and raises some flags, it also makes me feel like it's a beta and not out of development, not something you want to risk a lot of funds with.
Raising flags is not necessary in my opinion, it has nothing to do with scaming people I think. But I am sure your second point is valid, they are still in a very early development phase. In such a phase it makes sense to regulate and control the amount of users who have access to the site. So they are able to tune their system (more servers, more database, ...) before they go public.

If you see a scamming website you will  definitely know not all websites are created to scam people, because looking at this tower websites you will notice that the site is designed for positive mission.

Tower.bet is an emerging site and I don't seen any problem with it so far nor there are any complains about this site. The overall feedback from the players playing at the site is good one and also they are promoting it through signature campaign managed by trusted manager.
3570  Other / Politics & Society / Re: People are so slow these days. on: September 20, 2020, 07:57:01 AM
I thought that we elderly members of the population were supposed to be slow and doddery, but it seems that most people now are slow and meandering as they move around. The fat ones seem to stop in the doorways as well, and that causes problems. With the Covid rubbish, people look at you as if you are a wild animal if you try to overtake them, and some even utter the chant of the sheeple "two metres, two metres".

Will people recover from their brain atrophy when the plandemic (sic) is seen for the scam that it is?

Just keep aside the pandemic and still you will feel that the younger generation now is slow as compare to the older generation at their time. The reason is the younger generation lack the sporting activities and are mostly occupied on their mobile and social media platforms. They do not have time for the exercise, morning walks and all such stuff which make the person fit and energetic.
3571  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: September 20, 2020, 05:02:33 AM
There wasnt many that actually win big when they gamble. Even if they win a huge amount, they probably lose ton they day before. Thats expected to happen because gambling is EV-. Even all those gambling streamer actually admitted that their source of revenue wasnt comes from gambling but from all those streams, merchandise and sponsors. At best, getting break even would be nice for them
Streamers have many other sources of income instead of the money they make on casinos. They are not gods who can change the way the casino works to make the casino lose money for them even if some brainwashed supporters of those streams think so.

They lose money just like any other gambler. But they make a lot by showing off the game and their money on the game and attempt to draw a affiliate crowd there. That is the point of all the marketing there. And also the merch like you said.

Nobody should get the false idea that casino game streamers make a lot of money on the game, its the opposite. I have no idea why this common sense is lacking in some people.

This is just a common sense that the streamers are making money from the stream itself plus perhaps sponsorships too depending upon how much popular a streamer is. They for sure can't beat the casino but only difference is that they show the world that they are successful gamblers and that's their part of trick in order to attract more people to the live streams.
3572  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamblineers.com | the Bitcoin Casino Guide on: September 19, 2020, 11:01:42 PM
Just check out the top 3 casino listed on gamlineers. I did not know any three of them and I know most of this forum users never heard of them. I hate sites which wrongly numbered the ranking of casino and their main focus is to get referral commissions.

3573  Other / Meta / Re: Reduced forum activity on: September 19, 2020, 10:47:22 PM

If we look at our local Croatian section we are doing just fine and we are active and making more or less good posts, and have normal discussion.
As for rest of the forum it is true that quality and quantity of posts has gone down, and I don't see many new genuine people joining the forum.
Young people who are into crypto never even heard about Bitcointalk, and I am directing them  to join here, but often times they can't register in forum (evil fee or try later).
We are near 2021 and we do need changes to keep up with progress.

Does this chart shows that the most active users on this forum are from Russia ? They have made more than 10,000 posts in a month of August.
Can I have the full data of all the countries and how accurate is this data ?
3574  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅ DuckDice.io 🎲 Faucet 🎲 Rainbot 🎲 Jackpot 🎲 Wagering Contest 🎲 1%Edge 🎲 on: September 19, 2020, 11:42:18 AM
Wow 100% deposit bonus?
That's freaking awesome.
But it would have been better if you could have mentioned the terms and conditions of the promo here clearly.
Like if i deposit 0.1 BTC , i will get 0.2 BTC and i can withdraw it instantly after placing 1 bet? Or is there any threshold amount of bets required to withdraw the funds?
I am eagerly waiting for a reply to make me understand about the BONUS more clearly.

here are all the terms and conditions: https://duckdice.io/faq#depositbonus

The main points you need to check before claiming it.

1. You do not to explicitly make a deposit, any funds on your main balance will do
2. This particular bonus is from 0.002 BTC and up to 0.1 BTC.
3. Important: this Deposit Bonus runs with extended house edge - it is 3% this is to compensate for the game on 98% chance
4. Wagering requirement is x25 - means you need to wager your bonus balance 25 times.
5. You can cancel it but check in advance how we calcualte "Return" amount

Quote
If current Bonus Balance is equal or greater than initial Bonus Balance:

Return = your initial share

If current Bonus Balance is less than initial Bonus Balance:

Return = Current Bonus Balance - DuckDice initial share

6. Usually you can claim up to 3 bonuses.
7. All deposit bonus wager qualifies for affiliate commission and for level up.

These are the main points, but make sure to check conditions in advance as deposit bonuses.

In order for us to withdraw that bonus, we have to wager in 25 times and also with increased house edge of 3% instead of 1%  Huh
Will this will make us difficult to withdraw this bonus because with 3% house edge it will be extremely difficult to wager and win at the same time.

3576  Economy / Gambling / Re: Exbet | The Bitcoin Betting Exchange [exbet.io] on: September 19, 2020, 07:33:21 AM

In all honesty, we are unlikely to see launch this week. Most likely next week (Sept 15-19) in time for second week of NFL. So close we can almost touch it!

I don't trust you anymore  Cry

 Wink

If you don't trust them, then you can wait a bit and see how its goes on after the launch. If many people play there and they have a good feedback, then you can also trust them. However if they do not have good feedbacks, you can put them on the avoid list forever.
3577  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Indonesia and covid19 on: September 18, 2020, 10:36:12 PM
It is very sad to see the current situation in Indonesia.

STRESS, FRUSTATION and CONFUSION

Lockdown continues to apply in Indonesia. I don't understand what is happening right now, 'HERE' sometimes I think that the current situation is just fabricated. Because with the current situation there are some people who are at an advantage.

Seeing that other countries are safe from Corona and have started living a normal life, working and doing activities as usual

Meanwhile in Indonesia it is very difficult to earn income. Layoffs are everywhere, being fired from their jobs and leaving many people confused about how they make a living.

Please Indonesia !!!!!
This is already very dangerous

Many countries are facing the same situation after/during the covid 19. Initially I thought that only the underdeveloped countries would suffer more in this pandemic but not its seems that even the most developed countries cannot prevent its citizens from the drawbacks of pandemic and there is emergency situation everywhere in the world.
3578  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: fortunejack withdarwal delay on: September 17, 2020, 06:42:44 PM
i got my my money from fortunejack 4btc  thank you they r legit
1.4 btc became 4 btc? or you forgot to type "1."?

It's a mortal sin to make a typo error in figures, and more so that OP has not responded.

Absolutely, it's okay to misspell some words but not the figures.

For example, this 1.4 btc is equivalent to 15,250 usd per preev while 4 btc is 43,580 usd, so there's a big disparity.

And like what I stated above, OP had made a scam accusation against Bitcasino.io and has not responded, so what do you expect on this one?
So is this the one who claims delay withdrawal also to Bitcasino.io?

but i think He also claim that Bitcasino has already allow His withdrawal and same Message he reply,That he already Get his claim and they are legit.

It look like he has got the money from both fortunejack and Bitcasino. He is a lucky guy indeed.

Its time he should lock this thread as he is received the funds and the issued is resolved.  Smiley
3579  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: THE MOST PAINFUL DAY IN MY BETTING CAREER on: September 17, 2020, 06:30:17 PM
That was how my hope of winning 260k bet was dashed. I can never forget that very day in hurry, Sunday 10 Nov.2013

That's why people say that gambling is uncertain and lot of people have lose their hopes only because they did not win the bets they thought they were close to winning. Again as mentioned many times, you cannot predict perfectly and should always know that in case you lose, you have to accept it. There is no point regreting and remember the bet which was lost in 2013.
