Complaints against Fortunejack is not at all new on this forum but as far as I have seen all the times, FJ wins at the end by either processing the withdraw request after verifying the legitimate of the player or by denying the request by providing enough proof on where the player violated their TOS. It means if your withdraw is getting delayed, it means your activity is under surveillance and your money will arrive at your address if you are clean in all means.

Here is one classy example where FJ proved their stand on denying a withdraw request:

I lost in the discussion does OP had already his winnings withdrawn? I was curios because the winning prize was difinitely good like 2.4 btc is almost 26k$ and that money is already good here even to build a good 2 storey house semi finished (bare).

Anyway, OP did withdraw 1.4 btc. The amount withdraw was consider as his winning since his deposit was 1btc. OP was lucky and that is a good thing happen to every gambler.

I hope other guys will open up too in their winnings so that we will know how really fun and the excitement to win in a gambling platform.

They can get a bad reputation if they will going to accommodate your request in withdrawals. We know fortunejack is one establish gambling site so I do not think that they will going to throe their reputation against to a 1.4 BTC withdrawal.Just think positive OP transferring even 1 BTC really take some time due to high traffic of request transaction for confirmation.

I also made a withdrawal from casineos last week, it's not that big as yours but I also happened to experienced delayed on their withdrawal. But the other day, I already received it. There must be proofs for this concerns, we couldn't just believe without facts because sometimes our errors can justify the means of everything. waggering for bonus is not the case here because he said he already won and processed a widthrawal  . he was also an old player of the site so he knew all the rules including the rules on how to avail the depo bonus  but errors cant be avoided no matter how much is your experience , you could be right that what if he entered a wrong address . i dont think support can help if thats what happen but better be not because 1 btc and above is a huge amount already to be wasted

There is a normal delay really happening when you are doing winthdrawals. It is just that you have nothing to worry about as long as you do know that you have entered a correct address that will be the recipient of your withdrawal. AFAIK, they are requiring for an email verification with such withdrawals. Check your email maybe there's an email from them and you have to confirm it.

And when you're done, the withdrawal with push through but if not, contact the support.

I think what livingfree means is that you need to verify the withdrawal request, so have you checked your email and do you get any emails from them regarding your withdrawal.
There are some cases when players need verify that the withdrawal is indeed requested by real account's owners.
Other cases, your withdrawal is on hold as they need to verify your winning bets first.
I do believe contacting them privately is a better way for your situation, hopefully you'll get your money asap.

Nevertheless, let's look at the brighter side that everything has been ok with op now and there's no need to think of many things. His money were given and transaction went smoothly.
