3561  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 21.5 BTC TAKEN BY SPORTSBET.IO on: April 17, 2017, 08:12:10 PM

Id like to thank this community for assisting me in recovering my stolen funds, I honestly thought I would just be ignored or only get 1 or 2 replies. But I am overwhelmed by the support offered by some of the people in this forum. Hopefully when this is over I can offer a few of you a reward.
We should really start a community for busting gambling scams.
It already exists!

If it hadn't for our continuous efforts and of course support of fellow DT members like Lauda and other's,I don't think they'd even take his accusations seriously.
I was contacted by Satoshidice after I called out their scam and they saw the necessity to move to a new domain.

Next up : Powerbet.io
Powerbet is beaten, I have everything. The only problem is that victims are brain washed and do not want to spend anything. They are happy to throw a ton of Bitcoins after scams, but they are not willing to spend some more to enforce their claim.
3562  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 21.5 BTC TAKEN BY SPORTSBET.IO on: April 17, 2017, 07:48:35 PM
The OP has now responded to us and sent us a bitcoin address for the original deposit (15btc) to be returned to, which our accounting team will do tomorrow, so we  consider this case closed.
Maybe he will remember what he said:

Regarding regulatory – sportsbet.io is regulated by Curaçao license as stated in https://sportsbet.io/about/gaming-licence, and we do have regulatory requirements to follow, which we continue to do so.
How does Curacao eGaming regulate you and where are these regulatory requirements stated?
3563  Economy / Gambling / Re: MegaDice.com - 0.9% edge Dice, 26 High End Slots, Bet on the House on: April 17, 2017, 12:19:33 PM
Is it possible that Rakki N.V. never owned satoshidice.com domain in the first place? The domain leased out to Rakki N.V. who hosted the game with Satoshidice brand. Later the owner of the domain gets a better deal from bitcoinvideocasino, and Rakki N.V. moves out to a new domain with Megadice brand?

This is the best theory so far. It explains that there was no need to move the cold storage too.
This theory is absolute nonsense, because the operator of the website need to have access to the cold storage to pay larger wins and not the domain holder who lease it to the operator. Hence, an absolute brain wash theory! Roll Eyes

The theory was that the domain was never owned by the current smooth operators. Are you saying that the cold storage was handled by whoever had/has the satoshidice domain? Proof?
Yes, the owner and operator of the satoshidice.com domain must have handled the cold storage, because the operator has to pay possible huge winnings from the cold storage, because the operator has to refill the hot wallet from the cold storage, if required!

- If A) is owner of the satoshidice.com domain and leases it to the operator B), for what did operator B) pay $12 million?

- If operator B) leased the satoshidice.com domain, why would they invest time and money to make a foreign satoshidice.com domain more valuable?

- O.k., in the case of SatoshiDice, the operator destroyed the value of the domain. Why would the owner of satoshidice.com lease his very valuable domain to a foreign operator who then destroy the value of his domain?

Despite of all the above mentioned points, it does not make any sense that an online gambling operation lease a domain from a third party. The operator of a website would either buy the domain or pay for the redirected traffic to his own domain.
3564  Economy / Services / Re: Lunarbets.eu - Bitcoin Sports Betting | Signature Campaign on: April 17, 2017, 12:50:46 AM
Lunarbets state on their website to have a UK license, but they nowhere state the license and also nowhere state the name of the operator!

Can you please clarify?

There is already a thread created for discussing about that type of matter. Go to here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1790950.0  and ask there.
Lunarbets is not able to answer my question. But the promoters should know who they promote, shouldn't they?

Its the principle, I dont mind giving out free money, but scam me and i'll spend triple to make sure you suffer Smiley
If the scammed gamblers would have your mentality, Game Protect would flourish! Smiley

Unfortunately, most gambling victims are not willing to spend anything to enforce their claim.

Send a ton of Bitcoins to criminals, yes, spend some more to enforce their claim, no.
3567  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Need Neteller.. Good rates on: April 16, 2017, 08:13:05 PM
I can sell $2700 neteller USD, what rate are you offering?

Where is proof of funds? probably another scammer..

hey i can do this any amount with good rates PM me if you are still interested
Is 20% commission a good rate?

And how much is escrow fee?

So basically you want $10,000 while if someone offers you $2700 you are so surprised that you call him/her a scammer ?

I believe that's not the right attitude mate, I know he might well be a scammer but first ask for proofs and if the user denies or try to stay out then you can call that way. You are a newbie here and suddenly wants $10000 while not being interested below $2000/per deal makes me doubt you too mate.
Did you realize that he sent the coins first?

How can he scam if he sends the coins first?
3568  Economy / Gambling / Re: ADMIRALSPOT.COM | DEPOSIT 0.5 BTC PLAY WITH 1 BTC on: April 16, 2017, 07:37:03 PM
"Users are offered a welcome bonus of up to 500mBTC for their first deposit and at least a 10% reload bonus on each subsequent deposit."

Great looking website and lots of games to choose from. Although I'm kind of confused on the amount your suppose to deposit, is the minimum requirement 0.5 btc? Or is there any another option to change it to a lesser deposit amount?
Translate "UP TO" to your mother language and you will have the answer of your question. Wink

Thank you for highlighting the words "UP TO", but my question was not how much I could get from a welcome bonus amount for my first deposit but rather how much IS the minimum deposit. There's a difference but thank you though, I already got my answer.  Smiley
You asked if the minimum amount for the deposit bonus you suppose to deposit is 0.5 BTC and I informed you that it is up to 0.5 BTC.

Minimum deposit amount in general is around $20.
3569  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Your advice needed on: April 16, 2017, 05:27:57 PM
I vote for the space game.

Not only because there are already enough lotteries, but if you will collect money for a car, then there is the question of the trust!

Based on what will people trust you for a car?
3570  Economy / Gambling / Re: #1 RATINGS of SPORTSBOOKS : poster book discussion on: April 16, 2017, 03:53:57 PM
powerbet is a scam, they dont answer to support.
If wallet is empty, withdrawals get stuck on pending, never to return to your balance.
Yes, powerbet is a scam!

But thanks to Game Protect, victims have now the opportunity to enforce their claim:

Powerbet usually confiscates players' funds, avoid it. High odds providing is designed to scam your deposit. For soccer, nitrogen has best odds, for basketball, betcoin has best odds.
I think people have no interest in the best odds of the publicly proven Betcoin.ag scam!

However, as people loved to deposit to the powerbet scam, you might will find the one or other interested person.  Wink
3572  Economy / Gambling / Re: TOP / BEST Bitcoin Sportsbooks by daily ODDS on: April 16, 2017, 02:39:38 PM
A quick look at Online Gambling Scams would have avoided any damage!

No no, they did not disappear and victims have the chance to get their money:

"Best odds" obviously do not help if you can not withdraw your balance!

Can you please clarify?

Hi,

Please be informed that I only handle the community part of lunarbets and I don't have an information regarding your concern. I suggest that you should send an email to our support team to clarify your concern. They will help you Smiley
But you should be aware who you promote?

They will not answer, it is obvious that they false and misleading claim something!

Is your poker room listed on pokerscout?

No it's not listed on pokerscout.
I have interest to add you, what is your traffic approximately?

How to become an affiliate, can not find anything on your website?

The payment is not done yet. It is not good that you are making that much delay it will destroy your image in the forum. Please pay the previous week payment to members.
Did you make a poll about their image in the forum or how do you know?
3579  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Are signature campaigns really working for gambling sites? on: April 15, 2017, 11:13:40 PM
Betcoin.ag is the best example why signature campgaigns are really working for gambling sites!

They are a publicly proven scam, but with their 70 signature campaign promoters they still can find customers.

Their traffic decreased for 66% recently and their poker traffic has now only 14 players in average, but be rest assured that Barbut will continue to swear for betcoin when they will have only 5 players in average left, as long.... as long as he will get paid.  Cheesy

On the other side, as soon as the 1xBit scam was called out, they instantly stopped their signature campaign!
3580  Economy / Gambling / Re: 📱 WIN GALAXY S8 📱 BETOPEN.CO Sportsbook 🎾125% Bonus ⚽ 35% Affiliate 🏀 Live🏈 on: April 15, 2017, 10:40:05 PM
That makes no sense, the problem is is that you are cancelling bets after the events have already ended.

I was looking for possible sportsbook where I can bet and got me interested on that 35% affiliate bonus so I read this thread and end up reading the issue about cancelling bets.  Quite unfair if the bets are cancelled after the event, it should be done before the events end.  This kind of happening is not inviting for a suppose to be new bettor like me.  I hope you fix this problem, for now I think I will follow this thread and watch a bit longer before deciding.
Are you allowed to refer yourself?

Is it an affiliate bonus and not commission?

My main concern is the cancelling of winning bets..
Cancelling winning bets is fraud, isn't it?

My main concern is that they pay 35% affiliate commission for lost bets, while their house edge is unlike smaller! But with the cancelled winning bets,
this ponzi scheme could last longer!
