https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=754271.msg8516436#msg8516436here is the evidence which bct admin gave us. If you want IPs, get a legal request for information, such as a court order. It's best to have a "chain of custody" so to speak when it comes to things like this. If we handed out IPs to any random who asked, and violence of some sort ended up happening, then we would be on the hook if we couldn't show a paper trail of who requested the information. If you are on the up and up and don't plan on doing anything illegal, then there shouldn't be any problems with this. Court orders (which, again, are just a legal request for information) are standard when requesting information from third parties.
Thanks for the response BadBear, would you be able to tell us if the accounts in question have overlapping log ins from the same IP? That would answer the question without disclosing any information that could cause you legal or ethical problems. There is a considerable amount of BTC riding on this decision, any help you can render would be greatly appreciated. R. Yes they do, though they are shared with many accounts, so it's likely either an unknown proxy/vpn or bought accounts.

So what happened with that coin? dev still seems to be active. Did the IPO guys (buy-n-dump when it hits exchange) dump on everyone to get their quick profits and now everyone thinks it's a scam? Why don't you check my thread? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=754138.0I did. But I asked what actually happened with the coin and your thread it just conspiracy theories with no actual proof of a scam that I could find. wait until the dev runs off with 350 btc? We should protect the fund ahead He very well could. But that's the risk you take. You're free to make your own choices without any government or regulatory body dictating what crypto you can and cannot put your money into. Free market and all that ya know. You can't have it both ways. you guys are always saying free market, lol, did u get scammed before? PPL lost because they bought the coins but not blaming or banning scammers? That is why more and more scammers are here

but we need find proofs to show they are the same scammer, or bittrex may not refund 350 btc to ICO investors, we are fucked by CLUSTERCOIN ico, constant dump after ICO and many possible proofs show they 3 are the same person, it is 350 btc, a big amount of money. If we don't have the proof, I am afraid bittrex won't refund us, we investors will be victims. You actually think Bittrex will refund you 350BTC because you didn't do your due diligence very well? Even anyone blind, deaf and dumb would have realized early on what you have too late. BTW, the forum doesn't take a stand against scams. ~BCX~ Yep! Look at this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=737636.msg8479518#msg8479518Crying after panic buying ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) fox is a sneaky bastard..... He deleted his post in clstr thread that he panic bought so what? I bought scam, so you blame me not the scammers? Yes, you are to blame for falling for a scam. You knew better. It's called greed and visions of dancing sugar plum fairies sprinkling vast riches upon you for "getting in early" polluted your mind. The fairy sprinkled scammers instead, who are at fault too. You both are guilty. What you don't understand is responsibility: no one is gonna bail you out here. Stop whining and go get a court order. If you are old enough go see a court clerk and file pro se, if not ask your parent to help. many investors are scammed, it is escrowed by bittrex, so bittrex request proofs to know that IP. Sorry, I know I was wrong, plz help us because we are helpless

let's open anti scam topic
anti ipo ico
with proofs of scams ..and conclusions ..
let those scams unite us and we fight back
+1, all exchanges reject ICO in the future, except real projects are done. Sounds good. Proof of Developer (anti-scam) should be decentralized and community driven. anti scam league. 1. To promote real value in crypto *** no premine, istamine, or ipo ico.. 2. To influence on marketplaces to read code and reveal if is something wrong, something hidden.. 3. To vote for best dev..best work... 4. Protect us from scams ..and if happened we must reveal all master minds..and make bitcointalk to ban them forever.. 5.POD to become standard before coin launch All interested are welcome.. give suggestions 5.POD to become standard before coin launch Great!

Essex343 just posted in the Official Moderated ClusterCoin thread. He said, "lastly I didn't buy this account. I was experimenting with crypto back then, looking what others were doing. Away time was due to some rough time at my former job." Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=753089.msg8507913#msg8507913IF you believe what he says, that he did not buy the account, then that leaves only 2 possibilities: 1) He is also ShameOnYou and HarryT1923 or 2) He ran up the posts on all three accounts (Essex343, ShameOnYou, HarryT1923) and sold ShameOnYou and HarryT1923, but kept the Essex343 account. The similarities are too close, there are no other possibilities. +1, the first one is more possible

[18:57] <@bittrex-rami> hold on we are trying to get a generic answer from the BCT admins [18:57] <@bittrex-rami> that won't violate their legal obligations
It seems rami is taking some actions to protect ICO investors.
