361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No Christmas gifts this year, all my money in Bitcoin on: January 02, 2019, 10:39:08 PM
Who's with me?
It is nice to see someone that is that committed to bitcoin and to improve his life in the future thanks to the investment that he has made, but I think it is too much, there should be circumstances in which you should not be thinking about getting profits, you also need to relax and to enjoy your money and to let your family and friends enjoy that money as well.
362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why Big Successful ICO Coins Price are sinking? on: January 02, 2019, 10:35:22 PM
first is market itself, crypto is not favourable like last year, and second factor is ico still not have a working product after long time, and it make investor to losing faith
Some people are treating the current lack of interest in icos from the community as something that is impossible to explain and that is simply not the case, the explanation is really simple, people are not really interested in investing in those projects that we know are not going to become successful when everyone has been experimenting huge losses for the last year.
363  Economy / Speculation / Re: As 2018 winds down, what is your opinion about bitcoin for 2019? on: January 02, 2019, 10:27:13 PM
As 2018 gradually winds to a close, what would be your honest assertion about the outlook of bitcoin in 2019?
Would you toe the line of the believers of the coin (just like me) who have predicted and argued that the coin will do better from 2nd quarter and stabilize at 3rd quarter or would you rather believer the various negatives predicted about the coin?
Nothing has really changed, even if the price of bitcoin did not improve during the next year I will still be very positive about the future of bitcoin, while I understand the price is important it is not the only thing, the progress of the technology has been great and the developers are working hard to make it even better so sooner or later the price will have to recover, that is why I'm not really worried.
364  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I still get wealthy through Bitcoin? on: January 02, 2019, 10:11:04 PM
Who will now enter the market at such delicious prices will be able to earn very well! A lot of positive news that digital money can take a considerable part in the world of Finance
It is true that those that buy cryptocurrencies during the next days or weeks will get huge benefits out of them but only those that are completely convinced about the market will do it, everyone else is simply too scared to do it and while I can understand that, only those that take risks when the market is not in the best conditions are the ones that will be able to get huge profits out of this market.
365  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do You Need To Put Your Emotion in Trading ? on: January 02, 2019, 09:54:56 PM
In topic title you are asking about emotions during trading on crypto currency. Then my opinion is delete emotions during trading. Use your brain to trade crypto coin. Emotion is not only harmful but also one of the main reason of loss your capital. Main thing is patience for crypto trading, there is no place for emotions. Emotional trade will depend on your luck, it might be profitable or loss nobody can say. So use your brain, experience and analysis. My answere is depend on your title. But remember one think trade is always risky so take risk what you can afford loss.
But that is something that is very difficult to do because many people do not really have a system that they use to trade, they look at the markets and they just decide right there if it is the time to buy or to sell, if you were to ask them why they bought they will not be capable of giving you an answer that only relied on technical analysis and they will use their emotions as well, and when you use your emotions to buy you use your emotions to sell.
366  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why the whales are inactive during Xmas holidays? on: December 28, 2018, 11:16:33 PM
After carefully studying the market conditions this morning I finally discovered there is a very small amount of money in circulation. The market lost approximately $18 billion in capitalization in the last 48 hours. There is no strong momentum in the market today, it seems all the whales took off for this special holiday season. What should we do now? Stay on the market and keep monitoring the market behaviors or take off too?
We do not really know what it is happening but if the whales really took some time off then it is completely understandable, even if they are very powerful they are like every other person, they need some time to relax and to do something else instead of concentrating in the market and what it is doing every single day, so it could be a good thing if we could do the same.
367  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will the bull run return this December? on: December 28, 2018, 11:12:03 PM
Last year we had a great run. Despite the downs in the beginning of this year, I still believed that by the starting of October, the will be a good run, but I don't see anything of significant improvement. What do you guys think?
At first I also believed that the bull run would occur since October or late December, but I am not sure if I see the reality now, now December will end soon, but the signs of the bull run are not yet visible, I am a little pessimistic
You do not need to be pessimistic, you just need to look at what the market is doing and come to conclusions that are not affected by your own wishes, all of those that were predicting a bull market were not seeing the market for what it was they were seeing the market as they wanted the market to be and when that happens most of the time people get huge losses.
368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why not buy Ethereum on: December 28, 2018, 11:08:51 PM
No one is forcing you to buy ethereum, if you do not like the coin then just stay away from it and from any coin that has anything to do with it, but even with all the flaws that ethereum has it is still one of the best projects that the community can offer so if you decide to not invest in ethereum you are limiting your options in a very big way and that will limit your profits as well.
369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am just Dumping all my altcoins! on: December 28, 2018, 10:15:43 PM
Maybe this is the right decision to sell coins if you think you have lost a lot of money. From me, you sell coins too fast and I think you will regret later if this coin goes up again. But this has been a decision and if prices have soared you will return to the market.
I mean if you're holding garbage like Litecoin you can't dump that early enough.
But there's some alts that are gonna completely rock it next bull run, I hope I'll get to buy more of them cheap
Litecoin is not garbage, litecoin is one of the best coins in the market and if you think that is that bad then I do not really know which coin do you like, also I'm not really sure what kind of profits are you looking for in the market of cryptocurrencies because litecoin has been nothing more but profitable for all of those that kept their coins for a long time.
370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I don`t care about the market. I will HODL to USE! on: December 28, 2018, 06:47:15 PM
This is the most perfect time to buy cryptocurrency because the market price are so cheap and I'm sure bitcoin hasn't reach its bottom yet so we might witness more drop in price ,I make up my mind to keep buying and holding cos its just the best way to maximize my profit ,the future looks brighter for cryptocurrency
It is the perfect time to buy bitcoin and many other cryptocurrencies but many are not seeing it that way, what they are seeing is that the price is still going down and many are giving up and are selling their coins when they should be holding them or buying them and you can be sure that those people that are saying that now are going to claim that the market was manipulated and that is why they sold.
371  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading or other business what do you choose? on: December 26, 2018, 10:37:24 PM
I love a stable job with a monthly salary, a steady income. Trading brings a lot of risks and you are not sure about the profit you can make monthly. I do not love risk, and I worry about my daily living expenses.
Thats your choice no problem with that. and I also want safely. thats why i use both. yeah trading is risky but the risk will be worthed
with the possible benefits you will get. there is no income limit in trading
People need to find what makes them comfortable, even if I try to control the risk that I take when I trade that doesn't mean that I hate it, it is the opposite I like risk because that means that you can get profits out of the market, when the market is not moving much there is nothing that you can do as a trader, but I understand that not everyone is like me so if someone prefers safety over risk that's fine.
372  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to be A Good Trader? [new] on: December 26, 2018, 10:33:53 PM
I want to Learn by myself For This I need Some Tips and Some Good Ways.Should I Learn From Online Article Or Books? What should be the Way to Learn Well. What is The First thing I Have to do. Please Give me Your Suggesstion. It Will Be Great Help For me.
The first thing that you need to do is to try to find out which is the most effective way in which you learn, many kids fail at school not because they are not intelligent enough to absorb the material that teachers expose to them, different people have different ways to learn and you need to try to find your own, there are those that learn better with a teacher, there are those that prefer to learn from books and there are those that prefer to learn from videos.
373  Economy / Economics / Re: You cannot eat your cake and have it on: December 26, 2018, 10:23:08 PM
Always think before you put your money in a specific investment. Try to figure out the outcome that you will get through making investment. You should have enough knowledge to protect your capital.
Most investors never learn to protect the capital, they are concentrated in trying to get as many profits as possible with their capital not understanding that the bigger the potential profits that you can get the greater the risk that you need to take and the more unlikely it is that you will get those profits, if people were to choose a more conservative approach they could make more profits and take lesser risks.
374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: With all honesty, who still wants bitcoin to die? on: December 26, 2018, 10:18:16 PM
I think only the people who wants to buy at a very low price ,
Or those who lost so many money because of Bitcoin.
I have known a few of those people that are mad that they lost money with bitcoin and now they are spreading all kind of lies to try to make people not invest in the market, it seems as if they blame bitcoin for their losses when the first thing that you need to learn as an investor is that any losses that you get are your own fault and if you did something wrong then you are the one that needs to fix it.
375  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: December 20, 2018, 10:53:54 PM
If i have 10,000 USD now i will buy Ethereum worth 9,000 USD.
And will hold it for many months until the new ATH will get.
The 1,000 USD will be for my Christmas budget for the kids and family.
Cheesy i know investing is one of the best thing to do for the future.
But you family is also your future so why not invest some to them!
Nothing wrong with spending money in your family but there are times when you must make decisions, and in my opinion the price of ethereum is simply too good to not invest all the money that you have available in it even if that means not spending as much money during the holidays, after the price skyrockets you can buy many more gifts if that is what you want.
376  Economy / Speculation / Re: A big advice on how to invest with BTC on: December 20, 2018, 10:50:28 PM
Hello world.

So I've a small advice for everyone a bit new around here... Get a storage wallet.
Not mandatory a hardware wallet of course but get a wallet that you won't use daily, somewhere where your coins are safe and not too easily accessible.

Because otherwise with the amount of opportunities and tentations you're going to go all in in too much opportunities, one is doomed to fail and you'll lose it all.
I'm giving this advice because since I've got a hardware wallet I've finally managed to split my profits from investments between reinvesting and storing.

Before that I ended mainly losing my profits because I reinvested everything all the time...

So get a storage wallet, and split your profits.
This should be done by everyone, some people are too cheap and think they do not need to invest in a hardware wallet but if you had millions of dollars will you have your money laying around everywhere or will you buy a safe? The same principle is at play here, it is better to buy a hardware wallet where most of your money is safely stored and only carry with you the money that you could use during the day.
377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My main writing clients have stopped BTC Payments on: December 20, 2018, 10:30:44 PM
I have been receiving BTC payments for writing since 2016 by my two main clients. Only odd amounts of work, but still always been paid in BTC. They have both stopped paying me in Bitcoin as they said the volatility is driving them up the wall using it, and have wanted to go back to PayPal :/

The volatility sucks. I am less bothered about the price but more want it to stop jumping over the place. This is one major issue with adoption.
The volatility is a huge issue so I can see why your clients have dropped bitcoin as a form of payment, they are not the only ones during the bear market many businesses that were accepting bitcoin have decided to stop accepting it but once the bull market appears we will see many of those people to come back to the market, so for the time begin accept paypal and soon they will be willing to pay you in bitcoin again.
378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: buy Altcoins on this time ??? on: December 20, 2018, 09:55:11 PM
Yup I think this is a good time to invest but do it if you would hold it for a long time,
I think it would be a good investment for the future maybe if you invest now and hold it for a couple of years you might earn a big amount of money.
Holding altcoins for the long term only works if you are holding good altcoins, many make the mistake of buying an altcoin that no one knows and hold it for years even when the altcoin is not giving any signal that it will go up and that is a mistake, if you want to buy altcoins with small market caps you can do it but at the first sign of problems you need to sell them.
379  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is BTC dead on: December 20, 2018, 09:22:33 PM
Simple explanation. There were few on the top, earned a lot of money, the rest were just losing it. The problem is, there will be no new investments. This is not stock market aka Tesla, FB...BTC do not produce any usability to anyone. It is just mere speculation.

Not to mention all the scams related to blockchain coins. From Tezos to Bankera and Centra, and we are talking about milions.

Btc will be replaced with coins like TUSD.

As I said, few gained fortune the majority lost most of the investment. I lost 10k eur. Not to kill myself but still a lot for an average Joe.

You are not seeing the whole picture, it is true that bitcoin does not produce a product but it gives a service, the service of sending your money wherever you want and to hold your money in a coin independent from government control, so stablecoins are not going to replace bitcoin, if you really like them that much then just use fiat, those coins are not even cryptocurrencies at all even if people buy them and think of them as part of the market.
380  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I still get wealthy through Bitcoin? on: December 14, 2018, 03:14:08 AM
Definitely yes you can still rich to bitcoin once you invested to the bitcoin right now because price is cheaper but if you want to wait to dump more is okay but time is gold and you need to grab this opportunity and for sure the result is good and satisfy.

I like your opinion, but if I adopt your opinion, this is a big challenge for me if I buy bitcoin when the price drops dramatically because what I'm afraid of is if bitcoin falls even worse than the current price.

You have made a great discovery about yourself, you know what you can do and what you cannot, many people thought that they could buy bitcoin and deal with its volatility only to find out too late that was not the case, at least you know that you are not willing to buy bitcoin for a cheap price because you know you will not be able to hold your coins if the price goes down.
