The price has improve a little. But the volume of trading is very very low. That's why some coins are very volatile. Bitcoin volume of trading is not very great too. Look for example at hitbtc.

That's life. We can't control the prices of tokens. We have to accept the current situation of the coin price. You can complain, but nobody can really change the current market trend.
You can be lucky sometimes and sometimes unlucky. Sometimes bounty coins are not distributed or are locked for some months. And sometimes we do bounty for scam projects which don't have anything.
It is still not bad if the tokens are distributed. That's why you should do bounties as a hobby.

I am not surprised of pump and dump coins in cryptos. There has been always thoses kind of schemes to try to attract new investors and dump coins on them.
Usually it is made by the team of the coin. That's why you should not buy when they pump a coin. If you bought at the start of the pump it can be fine.
Sometimes coins die because they got pumped too hard and they are left dead as team has sold all its coins and ran away.

They have an app in beta which give us an idea of what they want to do. A kind of linkedin and facebook. They don't seem to be a scam ICO. But i can't guarantee it. The app for the moment is very limited and people don't really post real information on it. Only the profiles information can be modified and comments on another profile. For the moment, they don't control the informations posted on the app. But maybe they are going to do it if  they want it to be legitimate.

IEO guarantee you that the coins are going to be tradeable at the exchange. It doesn't guarantee that the project is going to be successul or not. But i think it is more attractive for the investors to know that the coin is going to be listed at a good exchange. And there is more hope that team is not scamming its investors and that they will receive their coins.

It is very difficult to trade without making some loss. You should decide what goal you want to reach. Earn more BTC or USDT? And analyze well how the coin move and how bitcoin move compare to USDT.
It is more difficult to trade altcoins vs USDT as they depend on Bitcoin and have their own pattern compare to BTC. It is difficult to see where is the bottom and where is the top price.
And it is easier to trade a few money. It is easier to trade altcoins vs Bitcoin or vs ETH than USDT.

You can now buy the Veriblock coins at near the price demanded at the IEO. I have read that you can't deposit or withdraw VBK coins. It should fall a lot more if the miners and the team can deposit their coins. And their bags are surely a lot of more as the mining coins were doubled from testnet to mainnet. This coin is not so good. Only the first sellers did get some profits.

I think IEO protect the investors from scam projects. But as some people mentionned, it is impossible to participate in an IEO if you are a normal investor. Apparently some people use bots to buy the coins. I don't know if it is true or not? Can people really use bots in an IEO as the coins are still not for trading? Or maybe big investors have already bought all the coins before the start of the IEO. I think exchanges need to limit the number of big investors to permit more people to participate in an IEO if they want normal people to be interested in the coin. Else, only the investors who participated in the IEO are going to trade the coins.

This coin only seems to be a shitcoin. I personnaly won't invest into it. Yes, there could be some pump and dump. But volume of trading is very low. The dev team can manipulate the price of his coin. Good luck with it.

Yes, why not? If you succeed to get some profits it can be a good idea to cash out. I suppose the price is going to stabilize before a new pump or dump. It is good to secure some profits.
