We assume so and we already have got in touch with him in terms of the logistics. However some customers would prefer a more formal legal escrow set-up or through Escrow.com. We will be announcing more details on that soon but please note that we will be only accepting multi-signature escrows for all orders. Thanks but I want to get USD in btc-e then buy btc from within btc-e You would think that there would be happy people to sell btc-e usd codes and get money out without fees but I can't find anyone to trade with yet. |

i bought a greendot moneypak from a local drugstore and then used localbitcoins.com to find someone who accepted it as payment. total time took ~1 hour. the only fee was the moneypak reload fee which was $4.95 and the exchange rate of USD/BTC the seller wanted
Not sure they have moneypak in my area. Are you looking to speculate with just BTC? or other Altcoins?
You can always buy BTC 10 different ways and then send the BTC to BTC-E.
I want want btc both to trade and buy mining equipment. Btce-e has good prices for buying and trading but I can not find a way to fund usd into btc-e. |

Hi,
Well I have tried to offer to buy BTC-e Codes in the Currency Exchange sub forum (no success).
I have tried to deposit USD in BTC-e looking at all the available deposit methods they list (ex. Okpay Perfect Money etc.) none seem to work without using exchangers and they charge crazy fees and don't even think can be done from my location.
Can anyone help with the cheapest and most efficient method to get USD into BTC-e?
I am located in Canada.

Please use an escrow guys, both of you are newbies so to speak and I'm not saying it would happen, but this is a perfect situation for someone to get scammed in the end. I offer free escrow for transactions under 3 BTC. Know though that paypal is reversible even sent as gift. If after the escrow is released they can still chargeback on it. The escrow would not be responsible for this. I run an escrow service, if interested check my signature for a link to it and my reputation thread. Even if I do not qualify as trustworthy enough please contact JohnK or BCB or another more trusted escrow. I've seen already 3 scams happen in the last 48 hours. Sadly people here cannot be trusted like we hope the world would be over something small as $50. Good luck to you.
This guys a scammer watch out. Please be more specific on who you are calling a scammer as I have not scammed anyone. I may be new and have to earn trust but have done nothing to be called a scammer. |

I am sorry to hear this happened to you.
Have been looking to buy BTC-e code and he offered me a trade yesterday.
I felt he was a scam and got lucky and passed on it.
Quoting a post is a very good idea and I will start doing that myself when in trade discussions.
Is there a sticky list of trustworthy escrow members anywhere?
