oh and fyi, i am giving CH until end of december to get their act straight. i know they're not perfect but i adhere to patience. if ever by december i see the same problems over and over, we'll see what happens.
for the people who are really serious about CH, please a little patience. come december if it's the same, we can act. right now it is a good time to research on how to file a lawsuit vs them for not honoring their contracts and false advertising.

i raise a ticket and i have no positive answer for my refunds Just wait a little while longer. We will be mining at 100% very soon. I hope so, they are now at 15%, its a long way and a lot of mining equipment to go to 100% or better 120%. |

Mr Anthony akingbade. It is time to start offering refunds, you are breaking uk law.
1) You have to official request a refund stating your reasons why, offer them 48 hours to rectify this situation that meets your satisfaction. 2) Refuse the reply based on the fact they wont be able to reach your satisfaction because they cant!!. 3) Give them 7 days for a FULL refund (UK LAW) 4) If no refund is received then go straight to court proceedings via https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome 5) Fill in the details 6) They will then hear from a UK Court asking them for there response to this matter and how they would like to proceed , Defended or Settle Also claim more then the total you spent , Your Time & Costs + Loss of earnings from your Investment , you will have to calculate this BITCOIN CANT CONTINUE IF WE ARE ALL GET RIPPED OFF Can a Dutch Infester in cloudhasing do that to? |

I vind MTGox totaal negeren niet echt juist.
Negeer juist MTGox!!! Dat zijn oplichters! Ik ben daar al bijna 2 maanden bezig om mijn geld te krijgen van verkoop van bitcoins. Zovaak heb ik ze geschreven en telkens krijg ik geen normaal antwoord behalve "over een paar weken". Zoals velen al weten is dat de uitspraak van BFL en we weten ook hoe betrouwbaar ze zijn. Tevens schrijven ze op hun website dat OKPAY niet langer met bitcoin exchange werkt, dus niet! BTC-e is een bitcoin exchange en OKPAY werkt gewoon daar. Toen ik dit aan MTGox vroeg, kreeg ik uiteraard geen antwoord. Antwoord was ongeveer zoiets:"We doen ons best om binnenkort meerdere mogelijkheden te bieden voor storten en terugboekingen". Yeah right!  Dus blijf weg van MTGox!!!!! ik zal niemand aanraden om nu via gox te beginnen handelen (ben je gek?! te dure coins aankopen en uitcashen quasi onmogelijk :p) Maar waar ik het over heb is de (gemiddelde) bitcoin prijs op bitcoinaverage.com daar is een mogelijkheid om gox uit te schakelen in de berekening. Mijn stelling is dat je ze juist niet moet negeren, omdat dit een deel van van de prijs zetting (nogmaals: mensen die verkiezen hun duur aangekochte coins te houden, en dus NIET te verkopen op bitstamp verhogen onrechtstreeks de prijs. Als coins gekocht op gox massaal zouden verkocht worden op bitstamp, zou de prijs dar nog verder zakken...) Scherp bekeken  |

With The Difficulty Increasing and rewards dwindling dose it makes sense to spend Big Money on expensive miners when they will barely make there ROI, just buying the coins from an exchange makes more sense?
£5000 / £10,000 as an investment i would buy the coins.
For Company's who make Mining technology there costs are instantly high , company rates , employment costs, energy costs,Taxes ect ect ect, there products devalue faster than a Ferrari driven off the forecourt !!! already Ive seen many BFL jalapenos barely get the asking price and the 30G 60G getting cheaper and cheaper with 60Ghash becoming the basic entry level to mining.
SO what happens when these company's close down and we don't have any more new mining boxes to pre order or purchase? the KNC miners are burning out BFL power Supplys are Burning out and a host of other issue with the other tech i keep reading about, because of greedy people rushing this tech out the door. I know electrical equipment is prone to issues but with such low Volumes having 50 units fail is a larger % compared with a GFX Producer who makes millions of Units having had there RnD spend years tweaking the product with Millions of $ spent on quality control.
Im starting to see the downfall of the tech because of the price nothing else!

I guess the Diff will be >911.000.000 on 8 of January 2014, its make no sense to build mining equipment whit that kind of difficulty. Ondanks dat silkroad en het bitcointalk forum plat gingen heeft de koest zich snel hersteld.
Reken er maar op dat we binnenkort op de 150USD per bitcoin zitten.
