361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dell Bitcoin Payments Now Available in UK and Canada on: February 21, 2015, 06:21:50 AM
I have seen no public announcement of how much sales Dell have made, since they accepted Bitcoin as a payment method.  Huh

The fact that they expanding it into the UK / Canada regions can be one of two things :

1. The sales was poor and they want to expand it to areas where there are more income potential.
2. The sales was average and further expansion would improve sales figures.

What Bitcoin payment processors are they using? Not BitPay?

Probably bit pay,

if not it could be coinbase

But what was the reason for it being disabled?

Disgusting behavior, edmonddantes.

I really hope some day you put work into something like this, try to sell it, and end up with the same problem you are creating for johny.

Invest your money there.
365  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: A reliable faucet list for newbies with an average profit >500 satoshi/claim on: February 17, 2015, 02:58:22 PM
Those are helpful.

But all of those are ref links.

Don't store your coins online.

Rather keep it locally, it's safer.

Well, OP is a scammer, just be careful with him..

Well this is being run by microfaucet.

So he has no control over the payments.

Use bitcoin-qt .

In my opinion it's the easiest to use.
370  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My New Bitcoin Faucet [Need Feedback] on: February 17, 2015, 02:37:08 PM
It's a nice looking faucet.

But I've seen a theme like this before.
371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can you -not- buy with bitcoin? Let's get that list down to zero by 2016 on: February 17, 2015, 02:29:53 PM
Love, you can only buy lust.
372  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: good mining company on: February 17, 2015, 02:21:37 PM
Cex.io is also good.

But I'm not sure if they are still mining.
373  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: UnTorrent.Me - Convert torrents into zip downloads on: February 17, 2015, 02:18:50 PM
I tried downloading a torrent a day ago.

The file a I downloaded came with no extention.

So I couldn't open it.

Can you PM me either the /status or /fetch link?

Also what did the filename end up being?
It should be a string of random characters with .zip at the end

I didn't save the links, but adding the .zip helped.
374  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Escrow list on: February 17, 2015, 02:14:42 PM
Why are some of the profiles linking to an ip address instead of the official forum page?

109.201.133.195 is the ip of bitcointalk.org [_hostname] (check it yourself here : http://www.whatismyip.com/ip-address-host-name-lookup/ ).

My browser gave me a warning that it was a phish.

But thanks now.

It should be visibile in especially the Newbie section.

Newbies can fall into lots of scammers easily.

Do you have a personal message campaign?
I'm sorry, at the moment no.

Will you introduce one later on?
378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why big companies like amazon don't accept bitcoin? on: February 17, 2015, 11:20:29 AM
It's sometimes not feasible for big companies.

And it's sometimes not useful to small local businesses.
379  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [request] keybase.io inivation code on: February 17, 2015, 11:14:13 AM
