How many days left to block halving?
Let's try a calculation (please correct me if I am wrong): From OP: USDE max supply: 1.6 Billion (1,600,000,000) Block halving: block halving every 1/3rd of the coin's total supply Time per block: 1 min There are on average 4000 coins in 1 block: 1.6 billion / 4000 = 400.000 blocks 400.000/3 = 133.333 coins first block halving Current block: ~61850 133.333-61850=71483 blocks to go 71483*1 min = 71483 min = 1192 hours = 50 days good maths, well done, honey. |

For the moment, the situation is bad for all cryptos...I knew if i'm gonna buy a mining rig, the entire market will crash, but this is unbelievable  ) It isn't that bad. BTC is a bit low due to the problems associated with MTGox. It will be sorted out and the coin price will correct itself. USDe is pretty steady on Coinmarket. Some good buy orders in place to keep it steady. With some effort of all it can go up. MTGox, BTC-e, Bitstamp, Virwox, closed bitcoin withdraws, for the moment it looks pretty bad We need to get USDe to USD and withdraw with Paypal ) Indeed! That is a must do it guys, im waiting on the ground floor, siting on cozy sofa with my favorite cigar smoking,,,  That sounds lovely. Like all of you, really like and support USDe and the idea - but what can we do to get this currency more noticed, worth a higher value, and really increase it's presence? Should we time something as a group?
i think now is a crucial time for the team to do something posivite to the coin. make the 1.5% reserve count! Guys, coins that had been premined was used to create a website, giveaways, promotions. There are users that have more than 1% of the coin. They should chippin' . And remember, one of the founders fled aways with 5 mil coins. my appology. i know that u are on something, but u keep so silent these 2 days. we really need to make some attractive promotions for this coin, something creative and fun to get more money involved.. btw, the Dev just vanished without giving back the 5M ? r these days his dumping ? maybe u can check his wallet add... |

Why all this panic about price in this thread?
Stop being so anxious. The coin is really good to mine and have a good working transaction time. It just feels very solid compared to many/most other coins.
When it starts trading more on exchanges it will go up in value, but what is really the point here? To sell? Well, a few yes, for the newcomers who don't mine. But dump? No. There is no point. Why dump one of the best coins?
Calm down dudes. The value is in the coin, not the fiat.

This coin looked really promising at start, then lost it's momentum... Right marketing can still raise this coin to 400 satoshi range... But somehow the marketing part is dying... Also no major exchanges till now is also hurting the coin.. Hope the USDe community will find that positive mood again..
+1 Should hire more professional guy to do the marketing stuff, otherwise we'll soon be playing with ourselves, and soon be forgotten. Look at the diff and hashrate now. After the dev's issue, we are losing momentum, seriously, guys. I am still holding a lof of USDe and hope it will rise one day. But please do something!! We've already reached 1/8 of all USDe supply and are going to reach 1/3 total supply in about 5 weeks. So we are going to mine all USDe within a year? I am so surprised about that, not sure it is good or bad, though. But the road ahead is still not clear enough and success will never come easy. Have we done our best? We have so much strength, but why some other coins still outrun us? Could someone give me an answer?
to me, i think the team focus too much on the coin itself, too much useless dicussing, little useful job was done. |

Yes. It goes down from time to time, but it has proven to be a safe site. well, the web loads much faster than coinedup or cryptsy. also, the speed of deposit and withdraw is seconds.. love that so much. |
